Saved up to get my 1st grill! And decided to go here, they had a display case with grills and I knew exactly wich one I wanted! Diamond cut with Diamond dust yellow gold! Even showed the guy this is exactly how I wanted it! He said it will be just like that one!! Days later I get the call that it was there! I went and got it and it was not like the example I showed him! The cuts were poorly done! The gold isn’t even yellow looks more like a bronze tone! It was way too tight, hurts my teeth when I wear it! Doesn’t even match any of my other 14K yellow gold pieces! I don’t even wear it,just sits in the dresser now!! Save ya money go somewhere else!! I did get it tested and they said there is gold in it but they can tell there’s definitely not much in it! They must be cutting there gold with other metals! SMH!

Just walked in to WINDOW SHOP!!! but sale reps was OUTSTANDING and very knowledgeable. I got my wife a ring she saw at another store, but it was above our budget. Little to our knowledge THIS STORE happen to have something that was extremely close to what she had put her 👁on. Do not spend any money with this jewelry store they sell fake gold without telling you it’s gold filled. Bought this piece of trash back in March of this year and the gold is wearing off. Took it back to show them what happened and they wanted me to spend more money to have it replaced. Would not even exchange it for something else. This place is a rip off find a better place to spend your hard earned money. ••Update•• Owner responded saying I was told upfront that the piece I purchased from them was gold filled. That’s a LIE and he knows it. Why would I put something FAKE on my 700 dollar Gold Milano chain. I still stand by my review!

Very Dissatisfied and disappointed. I was referred to get a diamond replaced in my ring here and I received my ring back but the quality of the diamond is So OBVIOUSLY different, not the Same clarity plus now there’s glue on the side of the ring. I did call and let the woman know I don’t like how it turned out and she told me to ‘Bring it’ so I was responding that I have already paid and was going to ask how would it even be fixed and she Just yelled ‘BRING IT’ even louder. So I said okay and hung up. I did not take it back in because I just feel like they will make it even worse. The diamond looks very different and the glue just looks so bad on the ring. I definitely regret going. Never going back there again..

I was very disappointed on the last service we were charged with out our permission for a bracelet that I could of chose else were and better but because we thought we could trust this person for many years that we had been doing business w her but we were wrong. One chain was too long so it was cut to fit w wat was cut made a bracelet for grandson trade in a chain which we were told we were getting 850.00 that I dont believe now for the fact we payed $ 4,109.74 I SUGGEST TO ALL DOUBLE CHECK EVERY THING AND MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT THEY TELL YOU IN WRIGHTING

Got four teeth gold didn’t fit he had to tighten it n it fit so I thought maybe that’s how it is when you first get a grill then I got two more then it chipped the inside of one of my teeth now I’m sketched out about the gold he said it was solid the owner that is and now I’m going to have to go to the dentist and get a filling for my tooth on the bottom. If you live in Texas by Houston area I suggest that you go to Johnny dang in Houston I didn’t even know he was in Houston until looking at his videos on YouTube he does a lot of rappers grillz and there all dope.

Me and my husband bought our wedding rings from them. I only had my ring for 4 days and one of the diamonds came out. Took it to them to fix,had to wait a week for my ring. Got it back and two weeks later, a dimond falls out again and the ring was turning gold,It was suppose to be white gold. Take it back again. The owner wants to give me excuses why its turning...a buch of BS. He told me that he can have my ring back Saturday 04-14-18, call the lady said he will be in at 1:30pm and he will have it. So I come to the mall, no ring. No communication about my ring, all they want to do is send a text message. I hate we spent our money with this place. Quality of jewelry is poor, no one should have to buy a ring and have the diamond come out twice within a month nor should it be turning gold, if its white gold. Very poor customer service, cause I assure you that if they spent their money somewhere and they experience what I am experiencing right now they would feel what I am but worst. Dont buy from this place, avoid the BS and the inconvenience they will cause you.

They charge me 35 dollars for a watch band and they told me the band will be leather band, what i received was a CHEAP made rubber band, i know they bought it on line for 2 dollars or even less and re sell it to me for 35 plus taxes, i learn my lesson and i know GOD will make justice of this robbery
