The customer service at the pharmacy is as bad as it gets.They’ll sit around chatting and leave you at the window for 5-10 minutes before even acknowledging you. Then they seem more concerned with trying to find a reason not to give you your prescription than doing their job.

Pharmacist on a power trip who thinks she knows more about caring for my wife as a patient than her doctor.Even after speaking with the doctor office ,twice, refused to fill prescription and cancelled.This is what happens when a pharmacist is executing the will to cya for Walgreens after they were fined millions my the DEA.Go somewhere where a pharmacist fills prescriptions and doesnt attempt to discern whether you need a medication or not.Geographical area is not defined by Walgreens bad faith guidelines.

If I could give 0 stars I would. How do u deny to fill someones prescription bc they went to another pharmacy before? I took my sons script to Houston 2 times previously and when we got his next script I took it to this walgreens, and she refused to fill it bc I had been to a walgreens in Houston. Are you kidding. I must add this was the worst display of customer service Ive ever dealt with. Ill never use this pharmacy ever!!!

The card machine is always messed up, making them use my card several times before it’s read, but tonight it was used 4x before I asked them to just check me out on the other register. There’s never anyone at the photo department, tonight, someone was called to help the 3 of us waiting on our photos for lord knows how long, 3x. And yet, still no one came over, even with 2 ladies at the front check out, and one of them had no one at her register. So when we chose to step back and help ourselves, we grabbed our photos and proceeded to check out at the front, and the ladies were rude and seemed mad that we helped ourselves, when none of the staff would. And then I get in my car and check my photos, that I payed $50 for, and 1/2 of them are useless, cut off frame, or exposed too much.. that’s never happened, and on my phone they were fine. Always something there. So irritating. It’s the closest place to my home to have photos printed, but tonight was just ridiculous. I’ll take driving a little further to have decent service. I only blame myself for still going after several attempts to get different outcomes. 🙄😑

I’m waiting asWell as an elderly man stands there before me. The young cashier walks up yes sir walks to the register knowing he can barely walk as it is! So rude as if doesn’t work there. I mentioned what he did I told him all he needed was customer assistance and he replied I didn’t know what to do .. I had a customer me and one lady willing to wait a minute or so just to help him calling b.s he was lazy and not helpful at all when your supposed to provide customer service!! DUH

This location is a joke. The pharmacy is beyond rude and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and drive elsewhere.

The best place to run in and get a few items for a good price and nice cashiers!

They get prescriptions ready in about an hour and a half. Every once in awhile they get behind but I never go there in a hurry. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy is extremely slow, they dont return phone calls promptly (6 days later), have to leave messages because they rarely answer the phone. Takes a long time to get through the drive thru and if you go inside its the same. Only positive thing in my opinion is the location.

This is the best place to get some medicine for my mom and the lady was real nice to will recommend.

I went to pick up some pictures and the lady at the desk was so rude i have dealt with this same lady a couple months ago when i picked up some prints and she had the same attitude shes rude as can be she needs to learn how to treat people with respect! This will def. Be the last time i get my prints here

I was traveling and forgot my prescription. Got it refilled in fifteen minutes. Great service.

Im going to leave 3 stars and I hate that its not a full 5 but after being there on the 4th I was just disgusted... A young blonde worker was putting a shelf type thing up and she was struggling with it and as Im walking in the cosmetic area all I hear from the cosmetic girl a young dark haired female nothing but rude remarks... A gentleman why to help the female with the shelf and the cosmetic girl popped off with what is she doing why is it going there is she dumb that she needs help putting that up... Never once did I get asked if I needed help she was more concerned with being hateful to the blonde on the floor around customers... Thats bad customer service and I feel it should be addressed... I shop here daily its my favorite store its close by where I live but the actions of the cosmetic worker was disrespectful...

The pharmacist Janet is simply excellent. Very knowledgeable, looks out for the welfare of her clients and is a delight to work with for prescription as well as over the counter medications and products..

The pharmacy is conveniently slow !!!! It makes no sense to have to wait in the drive thru 20-25 mins; especially when there is no line inside of Walgreens.

The pharmacy is very unorganized and slow you have to wait 20 mins here 20 mins there just to get a prescription picked up. Not once not twice but Everytime I go there samething. There have no urgency.

So Im standing out side at 715 am ,time to open... delivery trucks here, and nobody has a key to open the joint...what a bunch of clowns

Terrible service absolutely no professionalism. Never more than two (pharmacist/helper) behind the counter, probably because everyone started going were else where. And, to be specific V.J. Patel (pharmacist) is one of the most ignorantly rude people Ive ever encountered. I strongly suggest trying the many other locations near by.

If youre trying to find a pharmacy in Baytown, this is the one to go to. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Extremely slow pharmacy service. Waited inside for 10 minutes just to drop off. Then waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to pick up. This is a regular occurrence no matter the time of day or day of the week.
