Ordered online, fast prompt service..ordered on Saturday received my order on Friday.

Just left the store, the WORST experience Ive had there. Sale rep Giselle asked me to take all my charms off my braclet as they cant do that.. I told her Ive never been told that in this store. I asked for the Manger georgis.. whi when I told her what was said looked at the worker and said :yes we can where then Giselle states due to covid she doesnt feel comfortable, then the Manger tells me..oh she has health issues. Well Im on my way back to return the whole bracelet and go to roosevelt field( actual corporate store) and buy something else.

Workers nice and place was clean. They just need to change their return and exchange policy.

I agree with the other reviewers. The people working here are extremely rude. I avoided this location after having a few bad experiences, but my most recent experience made me decide to never return again. I went with my sister and despite being empty, no one greeted us and they couldnt be bothered to even lift their heads to look at us.Store is dirty with tons of scratches all over the counter tops. The lady who helped us was unbelievably rude. She gave short yes or no answers and cut me off whenever I spoke. I was looking at rings and she simply threw the ring tray on the counter and said heres your size. As I looked she picked and chewed her nails and looked bored out of her mind.During checkout she couldnt figure out the exchange, so the manager got involved. Whenever I answered her questions she would rudely shout NO as if I had no idea what I was talking about and like I was wrong about everything. Once I got my rings, she simply shoved the rings in their boxes into my hands and sent me off on my way, and didnt even offer or ask if I needed a bag.

I wont be a repeat customer at this Pandora location ever again. The manager is obnoxious. I was spending $400+ and she would not authorize the nice girl that was helping me to use the $10 discount from doing a survey online which is printed on the bottom of each receipt and must be completed within seven days of purchase. The way she looked at me and the way she responded was extremely repulsive and hateful. This white obnoxious woman should not be working there! I have been to this location many times before and I kept going back only because the girls were always nice and helpful. The girl that helped me was nice, but the other girls around her looked like they didnt even want to bother helping other people looking on the counter none of them would bother to ask if they needed assistance. I wonder what happened to the nice people that used to work here.My suggestion is please stay away from this location and go spend your money somewhere else. I left the store without making a purchase and immediately googled another Pandora location where I felt confortable spending my money. What is a business without good customer service! This store is rotten.

I come to this store quite often. Every time I go I am always greeted with a smile. Even when I am here due to something going wrong, like the time my bracelet broke, I leave happy. The staff and management here are consistently friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. I would give more stars if it was an option. Pandora Bayshore is the best pandora location Ive been to thus far and I have been shopping with the brand since 2008.

Terrible customer service. Called on Christmas Eve to see if they had an Olaf charm since 4 other stores were sold out. Was told by Jordan the store is too busy to check. What is the point of answering the phone. Dont support this store. There are other stores with friendly sales associates willing to help. Give them your hard earned money.

Friendly fast service. My mom loved it. Very professional.in and out within 10 minutes during one the busiest times of the season.

Easy to see right off of Sunrise Highway servicing Bayshore and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Located inside the Westfield Mall. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. Give it a try and you decide.

Worst place rather drive to a different location. The girls that work here are so nasty and the manager is worse she definitely needs extra training!!!! No one wants to Help you out and when they do try to help they are so nasty! Will not be coming back to this location ever !!!!!

I stopped in to get my ring cleaned today and the girl told me how to do it myself. She was very nasty and I WAA a great customer

Have had my pandora bracelet for 8 years now, gotten it clean numerous times. I usually get it cleaned at the location in Smithaven Mall. Went to Bayshore Pandora to get my bracelet (20pc bracelet) cleaned...the first time getting it cleaned at this location and I WILL NOT be back! Had to wait around for an hour for it to be cleaned and when we returned it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in. When I looked at my charms they were still dirty and blackish. Super disappointed and the women Who helped us couldn’t of cared less.

Small shop with good collection of braclets, charms, rings. Friendly staffs.

Older woman helped me, didn’t allow me to touch the charm that I was planning on purchasing. She kept tugging away as I touched it, I would presume that I could touch and see something I’m about to spend money on. But whatever, needless fo say I felt rushed and won’t be back I understand why this location has so many bad reviews

This is the worst possible pandora ever there so rude and nasty the workers I went in to exchange a ring bc the color was off on my birthstone and she would not even let me see the other rings and told me I was wrong rude your better off going to massapequa with nicer people then this horrible place

The people at the store are terrible I bought a ring for Mother’s Day on Saturday my my wife went back on Monday to get a exchange because it did not fit her they wouldn’t change it because they said it was wore.only wore it to check if it fits her do not recommend this place.
