10/10. Was easily the smoothest best gift shopping experience I’ve ever had. Went in to buy my mother a bag wallet & a bracelet & Thea was just the absolute best !!! I went in with not much of clue of what to get but she was so kind so sweet & so helpful, walked around with me showed me some items she recommended and it was all smooth. She made my day so much better and her help lifted a lot of stress off my shoulders for this gift shopping. Thea was truly God sent and deserves the best !! Easily the best guest experience I’ve ever had anywhere, very much appreciated!

I’ve been coming to this exact location for years now and I have the greatest experiences with the staff and managers every single time! Today I had the pleasure of working with the store manager (forgot her name) she recommended some really nice time pieces for my Dad for Father’s Day. I couldn’t be happier with the choices. She’s extremely knowledgable about all the product and provided me with an everlasting experience. I will be back! Thank you again!

I love shopping at this location! The manager and team are extremely welcoming and very professional. They offer great customer service and are very knowledgeable about the product always helping me find what I need for any occasion. My shopping experience here is always enjoyable. Aside from the great customer service, the store is always so spotless and cleanly, which allows me to feel comfortable especially during this time with COVID. I highly recommend shopping here and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have been a customer at this location since they opened and the reason I continue to go is largely due to the staff especially the manager. My experience with them have always been pleasant. The manager goes beyond for her customers. I have asked to be contacted for any new promotions and new arrivals and the staff has been great in communicating with me. I take great pleasure in shopping here.

Everything about this store is fantastic. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect gift for my mom. Not to mention the store was spotless. I have nothing but great things to stay and I will be returning!

I always loved the items in this store. The most beautiful watches and handbags. If youre lucky enough to catch them when are having sales its truly worth it. Ive had Michael Kors watches and handbags for many years , they are high quality made items.

Im a customer for several years and can not say enough about the staff. The entire staff goes out of the way to welcome you and are knowledgeable. Farrah goes above and beyond to get you what you need and is my go to for gifts and and special occasions!

Even though I live closer to other malls with Michael Kors stores in them, I will ALWAYS make the trek to go to the Bayshore location when Im shopping for MK products. Not only is the store always immaculate, but the staff is friendly, thoughtful, and deliberate in making sure you see all options available and leave with the perfect product for what youre looking for. Every time Ive gone in, whether it be for a new jacket, a watch, or a bag, the girls there are so patient and willing to let you try on anything you want to ensure your satisfaction. Theyre more than willing to offer their time and professional advice on whatever questions you have. Further, theyre just so personable and I always wind up having a great conversation with them!In terms of COVID-19 safety policies, since they opened again I have always felt confident when Im in the store that all possible precautions are being taken. Everything is wiped down, the staff practices safe communication/service methods, and the capacity is kept at a minimum. The store is spotless and organized, as usual.My favorite MK store, hands down. Cant wait to visit soon!

Horrible staff. One lady with blonde hair she’s the worst. I believe she was the manager.Christina was on the sales floor and was really mean and rude. She kept forcing me to buy whatever I laid my eyes on. She didn’t want to answer any questions.Very unprofessional and toxic environment.Avoid at all costs.

I would give 0 Stars. All items are used or returns by the salegirls themselves. When I asked Christina a question she turned me away. They only approach you for sales commission. Floors were dirty too. Not covid friendly.

So I have been shopping at this store location since I purchased my home in 2015 and I have always had a pleasant experience. But I must say, I stopped causally as I have on many occassions and this young lady named Deirdre assisted me. What can I say, I mean I cant say enough about her and the outstanding customer service she provided me. Deirdre helped me with a new bag, phone case, and 2 outfits that I would have never chosen if not for her!!!! I mean she was outstanding!!! She also followed up with me about another item that I wanted. Gabriella was also very nice and assisted with the smart watches. The new group of young ladies is refreshing but Deirdre has won over my heart!!!

TRANS FRIENDLY STORE!!When I started out my transition I was first nervous when going to by my first hand bag. I knew what I wanted (crossbody bag) and finally worked up the courage to go in. I couldn’t have been more happy with the customer service! Not only did they help me find exactly the bag I was looking for they added in a small change pouch as a show of support to me and I have never forgotten their kindness! Iam now a lifelong customer of this location and MK in general!

The girls here are so sweet I love them . Great customer service ! I went to the Michael kors store at the smith haven mall and the girls were extremely nasty! Very stuck up . I work a construction job which obviously Im not always dressed to impress . I go in the store to buy a bag and the lady looked me up and down as if I was trash and told me I should try shopping somewhere else . Disgusting !
