Went in for something on sale only. Spent enough got $15.00 bucks. Those Kohls bucks are crazy making ya wait days before ya can use.

Waste of time, they need to separate the 6 to 12 month filter on their website. Plenty of 6 to 9 month PJs, but ZERO 6 to 12 month ones. Absolutely nothing between 9 and 12 month sizing for onesie PJs.

Incredibly disorganized and the front counter girl was so rude we left all our thing and purchased nothing. Wont be coming back to this Old Navy.

After ordering online, I received an incorrect item in place of an item I had ordered. I went to the store to resolve the issue and although Im sure I confused the staff, they helped me and ensured that I found the correct item! Thanks for your help!

During the pandemic: dressing rooms open (Dec. 19). Good sale on masks. Some other good deals. Nice staff.

Great store for doing family shopping. You will never be disappointed by a lack of choices. Plenty of variety in all areas. So from head to toe, you can find something to be pleased to wear and show off. Large store with well stocked racks. Be sure to give yourself extra time as you will need it to fully benefit from all of the selections. Plus it also likely that you will discover more.

The women who work here are always very nice and helpful! They now have carts for shopping...a BIG improvement!

Its Old Navy. Not much has changed for better or worse during COVID.Cleanliness standards seem high. Trying on clothes is allowed, though I dont think I really understand the safety implications of that.

Friendly, helpful staff members. Good selection of clothes for smaller adults. The return policy leaves much to be desired. If you take the tags off and/or wash it, you cant return it . Not nice when the clothes you want to buy are cotton and may shrink.

Still one of the best places for kids aged zero up to middle school. Before they really care about whats cool. Okay maybe second grade but we all had to go through it.

Found exactly what I was looking for with the help of an associate. During checkout, two additional registers opened up to keep the line moving, which I very much appreciated. The item I had did not have a tag, but the cashier knew exactly where to look on the item and ring it up without having to call for a time-consuming price check. Then, she showed me how to identify the necessary code to order more on-line and wrote it down for me, as well. All of this happened in less than 10 minutes. An outstanding retail experience!

Pretty good, respectable, and ice people. On the other hand. They didnt really have good custom service. Again they were nice just bad customer service.

This store has a great selection and for the most part, is very organized. Speedy lines at check out, and the cashiers are very friendly. This isn’t a place I frequent often, but it’s a good one stop shop if you need cheap clothing/accessories to wear for one season.

Old navy has some of the best clothing for my kids and the prices are very good!

Great staff, always courteous and friendly. As with all Old Navy stores if you go on a sale day go early or good luck digging through the piles of clothes to find sizes. Their tables and racks are always so crammed its impossible for customers or employees to keep them in order.

Great place to go when you need something quick and cheap. You wont find really quality items here but it truly serves its intended purpose.I mean no one expects to get jeans that last forever for $20. The shirts are really low thread count too and wont last terribly long.The place gets really busy during heavy shopping times but it moves decently quick and the space is big enough to move around in and do what you need to go.I know my review doesnt sound super positive but it Im just being realistic about expectations and that this place hits its respective mark exactly.

This Old Navy is in a good easy to get to location. Its usually pretty organized but today it was chaos from back to school shopping I believe. Sadly if you want to get and out on your lunch break be prepared to wait in a line for a bit. Only two were working the registers. Only Old Navy I have shopped at that the waiting time in line is always an issue. I was very pleased however that they exchanged a shirt for my son that he took the tags off of.

Got what I was looking for, and was pleased . But waiting in line for 15 minutes, a bit much! Only 2 cashiers, only 4 people ahead of me. One of cashiers had spent the whole time with one customer. I understand there are times when it will take longer with a customer. As I was waiting I was talking to a lady behind me. She pointed out how dirty the floors where. Around the check out counters you could see all kinds of garbage under the counters. She said it is always this dirty, no matter what time of day.

Always tidy and with the seasons. Plus they always have awesome deals ! Located in a one stop shopping center just off the highway.

Not a bad selection of clothes for the price. Usually you can find some gems on clearance. It helps that my fashion tastes run a bit odd, since I can find good shirts that are usually overlooked by more discriminating folks.

I love that they have larger sizes in everything. Once you figure out your size you never have to try it on first before you buy.

Its an Old Navy - nothing unique about the location. Great value on basics like summer t-shirts, and on things my kids will only need to wear once (leggings purchased for a costume, for example.)

Old Navy always has great service and lots of specials! Their baby clothes section is super cheap!

Good selection of clothes, but the one thing I dislikes was that their jeans and pants only went up to a size 18. I am a size 20/22, and I was very displeased that they didnt go any higher than 18. I feel like they need to carry sizes 20 and up for women who are bigger.

I had to do an exchange and a return plus I bought extra stuff and the check out lady was so helpful it was crazy busy yesterday when we 1st purchased our stuff and went back in and they have a mobile or not a mobile but a floating person that can check you out and she wished his so friendly and wonderful very good experience thank you
