Great clean Home Depot..! Great staff..! This is the smallest HD in the world, or so I was told... What you see is what get, or they will get it for you...

Im starting to lose patience with home Depot. 1st off, I dont trust anyone they get to install anything. A few years ago we had carpet installed. Rude and unprofessional. Gaps in the carpet and they just left a mess in our yard. The padding underneath carpet is already getting madded down in spots. This was supposed to be the most expensive kind as well.Now for my other complaint. Recently just purchased a water heater. Had to drive over an hour away to buy one because none of the stores close to me do not carry the proper ones I needed. I hired a professional to install unit and when he arrived I unpackaged the water heater, it was badly dented in 2 places like it was dropped. Package has arrows pointing up and this one was damaged on the top. I gave them 1 star because I usually get friendly service but that seems to be all I get.(Edited) I also forgot that I cannot get my five year protection plan registered through text message as they suggested. I keep getting errors when I send it.

Had to get some plywood. Needed one cut to a certain size. I stood there for 10 mins while two employees had a conversation amongst eachother. Ended up having to go to the front of the store to ask another employee to please get me some assistance. So the young man took his old sweet time and apparently was mad I had interrupted his conversation with the other female employee because he never said a word to me and wouldnt even help me get it to the check out. Very sad customer service. The lady and the do it yourself checkout was very nice.

O boy.If you want help & customer service; I wouldnt recommend here.1. Its was damn near impossible to get it.2. Almost impossible to find anyone that works in what ever dept your in. They all say I dont work in this dept, & walk away.3. If by some miracle you are able to find someone that works in that dept; they have no idea about anything in it. Or how to get the information you need.I will not be going back.

Weve been going to this store for years and its been great, but recently we have been doing a lot of home projects. So we have been there multiple times over the last couple weeks. It has changed and not in a good way. There are alot of workers on the floor and they are constantly asking do you need help? Which is fine because sometimes we do but when you say no but thank you they should go on but weve actually had a guy dig through our cart to figure out what project we were doing to make sure we had everything.?!! That is absolutely rediculous. Weve had multiple workers not take no for an answer about the credit card thing when they approached us while shopping and they were extremely pushy with it. We said no thank you and not interested multiple times before she finally stopped. Also with so many floor workers there should be no reason why I have to go through the whole store looking for a lumber cart not find 1 and ask a worker where 1 is, only to be told to go outside and get 1 because if there wasnt 1 there then it was outside. Which is theyre job not mine. The floor people are absolutely lazy and pushy. Something has vastly changed here and its not in a good way. It makes me so uncomfortable shopping here lately.

The saleswoman in the home appliance section couldnt be bothered to help us. But we did find a pot of flowers.

We made a return on an item we ordered on line.we were in and out in 5min. No hassle,everyone greeted us and were polite and helpful. Which is why we keep going back...!!!

Home Depot has anything and everything with a great selection at competitive prices. The store is always full of shoppers even in this pandemic so at times its hard to find a store employee to help you if you need any assistance in the store. Other than that its a good place to shop.

My Husband tried to return an Item he had bought at your Store and the Woman at the Return Counter basically called him a Liar and said that he didnt buy that item at Home Depot. My Husband had the Receipt with matching UPC# and everything. She was rude on top of thatMy Husband was very upset by this Womens Attitude. She told him that she could only give him $5 the minimum so my Husband accepted it because he was fed up with this Woman.We will never ever shop at this Location again. You need to teach your People some manners.

Im always in home Depot its cuz Im a pro member I get to park in the special spot up at the frontsometimes other customers think that Im not a pro memberbut it doesnt bother me because I know I spent 20 million dollars here

The evening of 12/11/20 Bay City, MI. Very clean & organized store. All employees were keeping busy but made time for me on several occasions to ask if I needed assistance. One instance I did need help choosing an adhesive and she looked up the specs to make sure it would work with the two different surfaces. Thank you for the good experience.

Can never find help when you need it and when you do, the ones Id had questions for were rude and acted like I was bothering them. Especially your worker in the electronic section

The Home Depot you walk through the doors its clean, smells like tools. The staff are busy at work. Help is available around every corner. I went there with the intention of putting a motor and tires from there on a childrens ATV it was electric they showed me all available resources to do this with even though my idea was far-fetched they still wanted to see it and encouraged me they did not sell me anything that I did not need and sold me only something that would help me progress in life. A four cycle s340 Ryobi with expand-it 18-in gas straight shaft string trimmer no mixing of gas an oil attachment capability reloads in under 60 seconds with speed winder and Powers multiple attachments for ultimate versatility. A someone showed up to retrieve the phone that I did not know this person was doing this. It did not make him feel uncomfortable and asked him to inform me the whereabouts of the phone so that way I may retrieve it. I went there they already recognized me not that I spent a lot of time talking to anybody that gave me my phone good nights were exchanged and I left happy. Good service, good products, it is your typical home Depot with a huge selection of construction materials. Lawn Garden, lighting, paint. Pretty much if you have to work on your house this place probably has it.

Its kinda hard to get help, had to load 60 fence post by my self in the outside garden building at about 150 deg. Couldnt find anyone to help me. I did get help loading in my car.

Some of the best customer service Ive ever had in my entire life. I want in there needing exact cuts on a trailer I was building. Then the worker came right outside measure the trailer told me exactly what kind of wood I needed and how much it would cost and made every cut for me took it home. And I was able to put everything together perfectly.

Saw the line employees on duty doing their part to be COVID safe. Isle to narrow in tool section for social distancing. To many customers NOT not mask up or distancing. Need to have someone stoping the maskless.Love the product selection and how friendly the staff is.

We are working on the finishing touches for our cement patio and needed items for a firepit, cement, tools, etc. Upon my entry to the store I was greeted by Jason in the garden department and he instantly answered my questions, got all the heavy items I needed and helped me to setup a pickup of my retainer blocks and cement! He was patient, answered my questions, led me to all the areas of the store for the various items I needed. He not one time was frustrated or upset that we went back and forth, instead he was kind and smiled while giving helpful tips! I recommend this location to anyone in the Bay City area.

Ordered an exterior door for our church, New Life Ministries Church 6 weeks ago. It was to be an out swing door. Went to great length to make sure everything was right . They showed us computer version of the door swinging out the right way. Went to pick up the door when came in , we live 60 miles away. Our custom door was WRONG it swings inward not outward like we ordered ☹️. We already told our contractor we were picking up the door and scheduled for it to be installed Now no door ! Now what??? Wait again, no can’t! 😡

Visited Home Depot in Bay City today July 27, 2020. I inquiring about carpet we purchased awhile ago. Maybe 4 years or so. At first gentleman was very helpful. Checking on when we bought it and asking him about warranty on carpet. No luck in finding any info. So we told him how disappointed we were in the carpet that it was buckling and was suppose to be stain resistant. He informed us that Id we dont have it professionally cleaned once a year the warranty doesnt apply. Should of told us this when we purchased it. So we started to look around at other carpet samples and he decided to wait on someone else. After looking around for 20-15 minutes no one was to be found in the department. Not a very good customer service encounter. Will no longer bother going back to Home Depot for anything.

Went for a gas range and advertised big labor day sale however it was a wasted drive. No appliances in stock. Everything has to be ordered and delivered. I took a day off work to go get a new stove and was not going to take another off waiting on a delivery two weeks later. I needed the appliance that day so bought one at ABC warehouse. Also three employees in the appliance area and nobody offered to help. Was treated at the door at ABC and helped the whole process.

They really dont care about veterans a DD214 and veteran on Id isnt enough to get discount menards gives everyone 11 percent

Great place to shop for all your handyman or woman needs. They have a very experienced staff and they are very helpful. The prices here can be a little high, but you they also have a lot of sales that can help you out. I would recommend shopping here.

Its a Home Depot not to bad for the location saginaw location seems to have more at times but that could be due to the current state if things with covid19. Still friendly staff and good service for a big box store along with menards Home Depot still has thr best tool selection in Bay City.

Bought a new shed. In and out the door. And loaded in 15 minutes. Not bad.

The paint department was vary helpful and match my paint samples perfectly.

Home Depot is your builder/home improvement outlet store to find almost anything that you can imagine or need for your home project and beyond. I have tackled many projects in the home myself with the enormous selection of tools and building supplies, as well as plumbing and thats just the tip of the iceberg. I would definately say that if you need it, they most likely have it!Friendly staff help as needed for many topics or in-store searches for items youre looking to purchase. I have always found what I needed.

My visa card got hacked 20 minutes after using my card at the store. Im 55 and my card has only been hacked twice in my life. Both times imediatly after using my card at a home depot.I called them and reported this to them but all I got was a runaround Their firewall is weak and they dont care cause they get their money
