My refrigerator was in need of service, the freezer was cold but the fridge was warm. I called around and no one else could come to fix it, they were busy. But the owner of this place said he could definitely come out that day. He came within 2 hours of my call and knew what was wrong right away, he was very clear on pricing and very reasonable. He didnt have the part I needed which was a defrost heater for the freezer, so he manually defrosted my freezer to make sure it would work so my food wouldnt spoil, and he ordered the part, it came the next day and he came right away to install it. He was very professional and polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Couldnt have asked for a better service man. Thank you very much!

Bottom Line Up Front. I will always call this company for any home appliance repairs needed. They are very personable and professional. Once the technician was in my house there was no fooling around. He really tried to complete the task in a short time while being very thorough. Cost was extremely reasonable as well.

Very Small, simple store. We only bought a used refrigerator from him and he was pleasant but I cannot rate his service as we didnt have that done.

When I need appliance parts, this is where I go. They have never been unable to get me the parts I need. The prices seem kind of high sometimes, but no higher than what Ive been able to find online.

This place takes advantage of hard working people. About 2 months ago I went into the store to look at used washer. They had a Maytag for$200. Now a month later I called and he told me the same washer was now$500. He raised the price because everyone seems to want the older washing machines with an agitator and no sensors.Check out the brand new Maytags at the Maytag store in Saginaw and pay less than this man charges for a used one.Everyone works hard for their money. Shop smart.This business does bad business. I had to give them one star to post this, but they dont deserve it.
