A one service vehicle was very clean but smelled like smoke we had to put our own air fressure very reliable

This location has the BEST customer service! Their care for the customer and their experience is above and beyond! Zach helped me through every detail of my rental of my truck and my storage unit. I am so greatly appreciative of all they did. Nick was helpful when I needed to add a second unit as well. I would recommend this location to anyone! Best one around!

Friendly staff, great deals if u book online, clean, comfortable temperature for storing your belongings.I didnt like that it takes 24 hrs + for my access card to work.

I had a great experience with the management at this location. Had a very bad experience with weather and the man who was working, (didn’t catch his name), was extremely nice and concerned for my wellbeing! Despite having my rental back late, and less than should have gas, the man and woman who run this location are very customer oriented! Extremely nice I’ll bring my business here again!!!

You need to call ahead of time to rent a U-Haul to make sure you get the size you need on the date you will be using it. They will ask for payment on the day you call to make your reservation. The payment holds the U-haul for you. There are many locations in the city that are nearest to where you live. We were also able to leave our car there until we returned the truck. They also have moving helpers if you want to pay extra for them. I highly recommend using this company. 😊

The manager was the nicest, most helpful person Ive ever met. He helped me so much.

We had a lot of last minute changes coming in to Michigan with our uhaul and luckily, they transferred us to this location! Zac was extremely accommodating, he helped us through several issues that had come in last minute and was very patient as we worked out exactly what we needed to do. The facility is wonderful, nice new storage lockers (plus, that month free storage with one way rental? Yes please!) and it made unloading the uhaul the easiest part of our whole trip. I had allowed myself a whole day to deal with everything, and it was under two hours. Very happy with this uhaul location!

Horrible hours. Can only access your inside units during business hours, which 7-4 is very inconvenient. Outside units are built on a HILL so you can just imagine what using one of those would be. If youre looking for a convenient location with hours that work with their customers Id suggest KNAPP DR STORAGE. They only lock you out if you dont pay, not because they wanna go home at 4
