Stopped in to see if Store Space had any units available for my needs. I met Eric who was very professional and motivated in taking care of my needs. Within 15 minutes he had showed me several units, I picked one and was out the door a very happy new customer. Thank You Eric, you made my day!

The manager, Bonnie, and Marcus went outstandingly above and beyond for me during a 5 month homeless situation in my life. Theres no way I can express my appreciation enough for their genuine care and willingness to go well beyond the extra mile to help me. Marcus helped me with his willingness by doing a job most would never consider. Whoever owns this company...keep the Battle Creek staff. They are valuable to Store Space Self Storages future success.

I was just paying $66 and they sent me an email that they are raising my price by $32! So now I have to pay $98. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVER recommend. Please don’t go here they do this to a lot of people I just didn’t listen.

I have rented from here many times in years past and my opinion is that the staff could use improvement Maby its just me but the last time I was there I was just giving a friend a ride to pay bill the time before I was cleaning out storage unit and observed employees just standing around smoking 🚬 and that was some time ago so Maby they have new people there now .I did notice that they are under construction so Hopefully they will get some good people to operate this place because People do bissnes with people who show that they care and are concerned about others needs

I was researching storage for an upcoming move and Bonnie was very helpful by showing me a unit that would fit my belongings. She also showed me how she has so many different was to wrap and box my stuff. I would recommend this facility it looked well taking care of. I will definitely be using this facility if I do not get into my house right away.

Ok. Expensive. Starts out 80.00 a month. Now 200.00 mo wont prorate pretty sad. Wont go back. Management acts like its their money. Look at you like your an alien..times are getting hard.

Bonnie in the office moved my sister into a unit my sister is going through a domestic violence situation Bonnie did a quick move in and then took the time to talk to my sister and even hugged her to let her know its going to be ok not too many people care anymore But Bonnie went way above the call of duty if you need a unit go see Bonnie my sister was even smiling by the time we got done Thanks so much Bonnie

!!BEWARE!!Would not recommend they like to call the police to start drama.theres an older blond lady who runs the place whos extremely rude.they never answer the phone will never give these ppl my money again or recommend them to anyone.My stuff was stolen from me from these people!!!

Outstanding customer service.I had a unit here for a few months while I was moving. The employees are friendly and helpful. All the inside units are clean, cool, and dry. I was storing a bunch of computer/audio equipment so that was really important. Shout out to Jason specifically for answering all my questions and helping with any little problems I ran into.

Difficult to locate unit. No directions

The facility is an outstanding repurposing of a completely different kind of business. The staff (Bonnie) is helpful, friendly. It is climate controlled to 68° in the summer. Im not worried about damage to our household items.

Justin was outstanding from providing all the information, working through logistics and stepping back in from lunch to answer urgent questions. Justin ensured I understood how to get into storage unit and potential tricks if lock was tough to open. After having a very rough week i was left with finding a storage unit in a hurry and with very low extra cash. I searched online and was assisted with great customer support over the phone. I had all of my questions answered prior to my arrival. Upon arrival i was greeted by the manager Justin. The place was very clean and well lit up. And the process to obtain a unit was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family. Another perk to this is there is no long contract to bind yourself into as its based month to month.

Strongly recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs, this place is massive but it’s incredibly clean, organized and well staffed.The guys I talked to (Justin and Tyler) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the building, the area and the process. Justin even helped me track down a couple carts to move in with. Great place!

I strongly recommend!! Great customer service. Very clean and tidy. Justin gave me a tour, informed me on the hours of service, how to get in and out, made sure I understood everything need be before signing my agreement. Units are indoor meaning VERY SECURE. I Immediately signed for my unit after the tour and amazing customer service!!

We love the place but could use some bathrooms sometimes.

I did reserve a parking spot on line then me and my wife went into the site Bonnie took her time even though you could see 10 other people needed her . She explained the parking took us out to the spot gave us hours to go in and out of the gate very good customer service

Tyler called me when the size of the rental unit I needed became available. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. While I am not looking forward to the necessity of storing a lot of our home furnishings, I am looking forward to working with managers like Tyler who make a stressful move a little less stressful.

Simply Self Storage is the place to go. Lance was awesome, he gave me a complete tour of the facility (which used to be the Bill Knapps commissary for us old folks) and was very helpful in helping me decide on which size unit would best serve me. I just moved back to MI from FL and the units are 1/2 the cost here as in FL. Thanks Lance!

The communication was terrible with this company. I have rented a storage unit for several months and the lights surrounding my storage unit have not worked since i started renting the unit. As i try to get them to correct the issue, they dont respond and ignore my plea to fix it so i can see in my unit. I would never do business with this company again or rent from them. Stay clear of this place!

Rented a storage unit there for 2 years, every couple of months, the price kept going up and they couldnt even change a lightbulb.. seriously, we called them because the ONLY light by our storage unit was burnt out, and they fed us some story about how they were working on repairing the roof, then they would be able to replace the light....

Not particularly happy with this place.The units are large and very affordable, they even have a nice weekend book sale. However, after recent roof work my unit was covered with dust, debris and some minor water damage. Not enough to pay my insurance deductible but an inconvenience to say the least. They did not apologize. I asked for compensation and cleaning and the property manager Crystal didnt even return my call.Its really too bad, if the customer service and overall cleanliness of the place was better I would give it a much higher rating.

Staff nice but ceiling leaked and ruined my things now filling out claim and they want receipts from items ruined some where gifts from my deceased husband irreplaceable and most items have had for yrs and yrs dont have receipts for them. Feeling dissappointed. Especially since i told the staff there about leaks and felt they kind of blew me off.

I think this room spacing is perfect for businesses and simple storing things.

Drove over an hour to put things in storage and my unit had a red lock on it. I couldnt access and had to be back to prepare catching a flight 3 hours away. I had been traveling since 6am (now 9pm) and mentioned needing to hurry (I allotted enough time to move, not be locked out and then wait for them to see what was going on) and even mentioning my hurry, the 1800 support said theyd call the management and see if someone could come out. *My account was current with automatic payments so it was not an overdue issue. Not only was I at the wrong unit (even the 800 # suppprt person confirmed the number I was using when I said its been awhile but this or that) Needless to say, I was at the wrong unit.... The United States customer support staff was horribly slow and rude not the local staff eventually came out and were helpful. They said the red lock was normal (I dont remember it) and not only do I feel like a jerk, but the local manager was professional and nice. He deserves the stars!

Great place to store stuff if you dont mind cieling leaks. Ruined most of my stuff .

Leaking roof repeatedly. Ruined several boxes of items that I had stored there for two years. It was a real mess. I had to throw out several moldy items. Even if you leave at half the month, they keep the full months rent.

This place doesnt care about their customers at all. Especially the corporate office. I have called repeatedly, left voicemails, and I receive no answer or response. I never once used the storage unit I paid two months up front for. I told them the day after I got the unit that I no longer needed the storage unit and they proceeded to charge me for two more months and send me to collections when the storage unit was literally never used once.
