Great service and friendly staff. They took the time to help my fiance and I choose the right bed for us and answered all of our questions, without judgement. The bed we chose is amazing and we couldnt be happier! This company has Michigan based, so it was nice to support local companies in this state. My fiance and I will be recommending this store to others looking for a new bed.

Well i think these guys in Battle Creek are AWESOME i mean they are great. I have bought there 2 times now 2 years apart , both times each guy was friendly Kevin and Jeff , gave a little on price and had it delivered to my house, i will be going back there again in about 2 years , i have a bad back so i like a new mattress every couple years, i used to buy from other places but i will be buying from them the rest of my life . great place thanks

Great service! Chad came and introduced himself and help us with the hard decision of picking out the correct mattress for us. He spent an hour will we were pretty indecisive at the start and had the patients to deal with us. In the end we found a mattress and a frame that fit our needs and the had it delivered and even set it up for us. Amazing attitudes, amazing service, and willing to go that extra mile to help out. Even gave my girl friend one of the pillows off the mattresses because she loved it so much lol. Would recommend and will shop here again if the need arises. Thanks again Chad.

Nice and clean

Warranty isn’t what they say. I bought a Sealy Posturepedic in 2008 from Mattress Mart with a 10 year warranty. Four years later the mattress was broken down and we received a credit toward another mattress. We decided to purchase a Sterns & Foster thinking it was a better made mattress and if it broke down within the warranty period on the new mattress it would be covered. Well I was sadly mistaken. The warranty only covers from the purchase of the original mattress you purchased. Not the new mattress although it has a warranty they don’t recognize it. Don’t trust what they say unless they put it in writing!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Chad was very helpful and didn’t pressure my mother in law to buy anything and was very willing to show her all the bed frames and what they can do and explained everything. Over all very nice costumer service. I would highly recommend considering them for your mattress needs.

Picked out a new bed in-store about three weeks ago, after my old mattress finally wore out. (Old mattress was purchased from the same location and lasted almost 17 years.) Jeff C. was incredibly patient and extremely helpful. He made sure to point out every possible option I might like and the pros/cons of each, and made sure I had all the time in the world to test every one until I was completely satisfied. After two-and-a-half weeks of sleeping on the new mattress, Im even more grateful for the thorough assistance. Couldnt be happier with the purchase. Its exactly what I needed and Im sleeping much better.

We were welcomed by a young, fully masked gentleman that went by the, imo, the “All American” name, Jeffrey Clements.Not only did we appreciate the courtesy and respect of him wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing, he was able to strategically recommend multiple beds that would fulfill our “bed bucket list”.After many minutes of debating...our “Deidra” made her presence known. The gentleman was very kind and covered everything with us. The delivery was the same day within maybe an hour or two of us paying for the bed. Overall, theyre a great place to buy a new bed! I highly recommend them. Prices arent outrageous either.

This was our second purchase from Mattress Mart, and, unfortunately our last. Our first one, many years ago was very satisfactory.On our recommendtion, our daughter purchased a mattress box springcombination which we later found out was not at all comfortable.Before finding out about her mattress, we ordered and purchsed two twin size for our own use. They were so firm and uncomfortable that we had to order snd purchase mattress toppers before we could usethem.Thats my Mattress Mart story Sorry it had to be negative as we really prefer to purchase locally.William F.
