We went to multiple different stores looking for a new refrigerator, and couldn’t get anyone to even walk over to help us. Walked into ABC warehouse and Chris greeted us immediately, asked what we were looking for, and the space we had. We told him and he pointed out our options right away. My daughter is building a home and we had went to Home Depot who treated her as if she were a nuisance for needing to order appliances for her new home. They basically said “sorry we can’t get appliances at this time so you’ll have to figure something else out”. They tried to sell her Samsung and LG appliances which have terrible reviews, you can’t get parts for, and no repair shop in a 3 county radius works on them. So as a last result we thought we would check out ABC Warehouse, and thank God we did!! Our salesman Chris Voss was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about all of the appliances and was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with additional information that we hadn’t considered. He gave us deals on all of the appliances and warranties and made the financing process a breeze! Chris made the whole experience fantastic and we now have appliances ordered!! Definitely changed our mind about ABC!!

From start to finish my experience was great, had an awesome salesman named Jay who answered all of my questions, he helped me find the perfect bedroom set for my 16 year old son, found a dining room sets & tables that coordinated perfectly with my color scheme. Chris worked hard to coordinate my delivery around my busy schedule and made me aware of items that were on back order and when they were expected to come in. The Delivery guys were courteous and on time. This has been the best furniture purchase from start to finish that I have ever had. Went in store, looking for a bed, dresser, 2 tv’s and a chair. Had exactly what we were looking for and he shaved the price and gave us free delivery. Delivered on time fast n set everything up. Super happy. On the flip side, Loves furniture still hasn’t delivered my new sofa from 3 months ago, delivered wrong one twice, scheduled 4 no call no show deliveries since. Crazy.

I purchased a new washing machine at ABC Warehouse as I have purchase many appliances there over the years. Always had good service and respect from their associates. I had my washing machine delivered and installed this last Tuesday, however I couldnt get any Cold water to come through my machine. So I called the store immediately and they said they will get back to me and call the delivery guys to come out and fix it. The next day I still had that not heard from anybody and the third day I still had not heard from anybody. Then I got a hold of Chris Lewis, the manager of the store, Thursday night, and he was sensational! He was very apologetic, very energetic to resolve my issue, and did so in a very friendly and professional manner. And this morning, the delivery guys came out and my cold and hot water lines were installed opposite so they corrected it and then they leveled it and they even fixed my French door that opened in front of it as an added bonus just because it was rubbing on the floor. I couldnt ask for better service from everybody but I especially want to give a shout out to Chris Lewis for making this happen and following through. They sometimes on select occasions have competitive prices, but rarely. Even then the only reason to even consider coming to ABC Warehouse is if by chance the other same or similarly priced place is sold out. Otherwise do yourself a favor and save a ton of headache and go to the other place. Whats so bad about ABC Warehouse? On the surface they just appear to be a business thats privately owned and has been for years, which is great.........except its clearly gone to their heads as everytime Ive been there, even back in the 90s, the treatment was the same wherein I didnt act like it was a prestigious honor to be allowed to shop there and so they threw in one little annoying thing to adhere to after another just because I havent been kissing up to them all of these years. See? Its not about them making simple sales and sending you on your way, its about them deciding if they like you personally and going from that. If they personally like you your fine, if they dont then theres umpteen people whove already been banned from there just at the BC location alone and those in the middle ground sorta speak just get hassled everytime they go there. Naturally any sales person there will either deny all of this and/or make it sound like its solely the fault of that customer, but no. They quickly develop a personal opinion of people and go from that. This isnt a business to be at unless you have a universally brilliant personality that can assuringly win these guys over, cause thats the only way things will go even remotely acceptable for someone shopping this places dwindling selection. Only upside is that in addition to occasionally competitive prices is equal quality as places such as Walmart & Best Buy for the same & similar stuff they have. Their merchandise aint bad at all, just good luck getting along with them and getting them to get along with you as well. See, thats the problem, it shouldnt have to be about if they like you personally or not, but regardless of what they say that really will determine if you have a good experience there or not.

I had been exploring all the Black Friday deals for a kitchen suite online and just happened to be in the area & stopped in to see if ABC could beat the online deals. I really didnt think anything was going to happen, just looking.Chris Lewis was wonderful! He checked out the online deals and helped me to get a better deal! He was amazing! No pressure! He was courteous, pleasant and hard working to get me better quality at a lower price for well over an hour. He loaded up a Microwave and Dishwasher from stock to save me some delivery charges.The delivery men were also great. They were careful in bringing in my range and refrigerator, put them in place, and discarded the packaging on our burn pit as requested.I couldnt have asked for a better experience. No damage to any of the appliances and everything has been working great these past 2 weeks!! Half the time when ever I have car electronic needs I come to ABC. I had been casually shopping and then started looking around at different locations. I came into ABC portage and then ABC Battle Creek and met Todd. He knew all the specs on what I was looking for from deck, to speaker cable and camera’s (take note local cops and bad drivers). I assumed it would just be another day shopping but the knowledgeable staff got me started while waiting for Todd’s shift to start. They where happy to work w me to use my old amp and sub as well. ABC sealed the deal with the best prices around as I have grown accustomed to them meeting and setting reasonable honest and realistic expectations. Definitely stop by and see the great team at Battle Creek ABC and all ABC’s in SW Michigan. And also it felt good to support the local and state economy by shopping at a Michigan based company! Take this former Marines word for it.

I moved to Battle Creek recently and desperately needed a stove and fridge. The staff here are amazing and the manager is such a sweet guy. I got an amazing deal with no issues and I did not feel pressured into getting something I didnt want. When you walk in you feel like the staff treat each other like family. The products are all well priced and you always see major deal prices throughout the store.

Absolutely do not shop here. They make promises and then do not order your product and have no communication or accountability. Kimberly is a terrible sales person and after 2 weeks of lies and not receiving our product, the manager attempted to rectify the problem with a cheaper product for the same price I had already paid. Spend your money anywhere else because they will take your money and not actually give you the product that you paid for!!I figured I would give an update as were were contacted by the regional manager. They convinced us to order the upgraded stove which was there when we were able to pick it up. The only reason that the manager stated we were able to find the stove cheaper was because those ones are dented, scratched, rusted ect. Well. when we pick ours up, guess what?! It is missing paint and rusted underneath. They are supposed to be sending us paint to repair the side that is missing paint but at the end of the day they just wanted the sale and a good review.

Awesome salesmen. They gave us a better deal on our new washer than what Sears had for their going out of business sale. Also the salesmen their were very helpful.

The 2 salesmen I worked with were not very forthcoming about delivery details and did not inform the drivers my bedroom furniture would need to be assembled by them. I also was not informed all of the furniture packaging would be left in my driveway. Was not impressed to go outside and see foam and plastic strewn across my front yard. Not cool.

Today was my first time buying anything for myself from ABC and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Chris V., the store manager, was very helpful and made the decision process easy. I would definitely recommend ABC in the future!

My wife and I have had trouble the last few years with washing machines and have went to the usual places like Lowes and Menards so we tried something new. We were greeted immediately and asked what brought us in. Chris Lewis asked us a few questions and brought us right to a washing machine we needed. Now one of the things that sold us was he could have taken us to the expensive large machines for our family but he didnt. My wife was pretty adamant about not having an agitator and I asked what was the difference. Chriss knowledge on the machines changed her mind. He worked hard for us and we are happy so far with our purchase.

I would recommend this store the prices are right and everything was explained to me about my purchase. UPDATE: love my new refrigerator however wanted to mention the rudeness of the delivery guys... could had done a better job.. they were in such a rush that the Styrofoam packaging and plastic was brought back to me from my neighbors when it blew in their yards.

Today I stopped in to find the best deal possible for a new stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Thanks to the awesome manager Chris I was able to purchase all 4 items including tax and delivery for under 1800.00 and no I did not purchase the least expensive items! I am more than pleased and happy about my experience. I am in a state of euphoria!!! Thanks again Chris!UPDATE:I purchased a black Frigidaire refrigerator and a black Frigidaire stove to match along with a white washer and dryer set. The dryer has a huge scratch on the door that is hard to ignore and I was told they would swap the door with one that isnt damaged and no one has contacted me yet. The stove was the wrong stove in white and not only was it the wrong stove but one side of the stove is caved in. I was supposed to have the washer and the refrigerator installed but they would only install the washer so I have to put a bunch of pieces on the refrigerator and that wasnt part of the deal. The older manager chris went out of his way to bring me a black Amana brand stove that they had there in store. After delivery I noticed that it is missing one leg and 1 oven rack so I called the store today as it was delivered and noticed yesterday after store hours. I was placed on hold for 5min and told that the manager would call me after taking another phone call. Well I waited 4 hrs and now the store is closed. I am not a happy customer at all. I do not have the stove I purchased and now have one with half its function! I have to change my rating from 5 to 2. Not sure if I would recommend them to anyone I care about. Started out great and ended badly.
