We recently had Sims Electric install a new furnace in our home. Mark came right out and serviced our existing one when it shut down and helped us choose a new model that fit our needs. It was a great choice! Installers Greg and Ridge were courteous and conscientious and did a beautiful job. Beth and Olivia in the office were very helpful and kind. Needed some breakers changed out and Scott came right out and took care of that. You couldnt choose a more friendly and reputable business. Many thanks to all of you! It is much appreciated!

In light of all the power outages weve had with storms as of late, we decided to get a generator interlock kit installed on our panel, as well as an 30A inlet box. This was a much cheaper option vs a manual transfer box. It took a little longer than hoped to be contacted to set up a date of install, but I later found out it was because they were still waiting on Consumers to give them a day/time. I was pleasantly surprised, when I expected to get it installed in September, to get a call saying they could do the work a month earlier due to an opening.Both electricians showed up early, were professional, and knowledgeable. The new inlet had a slight issue where it kept tripping the breaker on my generator, but was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend them and will seek them out for future work. As far as prices, I felt they were reasonable and they priced about the same as another local company.

They were fantastic. My furnace died during the coldest week we have had in months. Sims Electric was able to come out quickly for a diagnostic test and to inform me that I needed a new furnace.They installed a new one the next day. The entire crew was professional and courteous. I had one small issue with the thermostat that was installed and they sent someone right back out to correct it.The level of customer service I received from the installers (Mark and Justin) to the office (Beth) was above and beyond. They really know how to take care of their customers.Based on my experience - I highly recommend Sims.

What a solid team straight from Sales, to Beth at the front desk to schedule everything to the team that did our install on a commercial heater for our building. You can not ask for better service at an amazing price. Sims is top notch I would highly recommend them for any of their services and we surely will be using them again and again and again.

Sims electric has done a lot of work on my home. I live in Grand Rapids but had to have Sims do the work for me even though they are 50 miles away after I was referred to them by someone close to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better price. They have installed a whole new electrical panel, can lights, under counter lights, all new outlets and switches, exterior lights, set up my smart thermostat, and put in a new hot water heater for me. They were at my house a lot. Even the owner showed up to pitch in. I couldn’t believe the great deal Sims gave me!

I have had Sims Electric out twice to install new functionality at my home. Both times they showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and charged me a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any of my friends and family.

If I could give this company 0 - Stars I would. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I own some rental property in Battle Creek and asked them to come out an give me a bid on updating the wiring in some of my properties. Every time I call they keep telling me the person I need to talk to is out of the office. Now remember, I am the customer and they never return my call or email. If you NEVER want any work performed and want HORRIBLE service - this the the NUMBER ONE company for you. - STAY AWAY... I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW BAD THEIR ACTUAL WORK IS IF THEY CANT EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL OR A QUOTE AFTER COMING OUT - over MONTH AGO! - STAY AWAY!!!

We found out today sims doses not stand behind there work after we payed five hundred dollars to replace a sub pump and rewire it. When they put the lid back on it they pinched the wire two years later the pump stopped working this is when we fine all this out and now sims tells us they will come back to fix it on our expense. So I call someone else Im not that loyal . So heads up there not ether. Have a good day

Needed help with my air conditioner, came out the same day. Great customer service!

We had Sims wire an up pump in 2016. The pump stop working the other day. Once I got the cover off I noticed that the electriction had tighten down the cover over the core causing the jacket to get worn over time. This is why we lost power. When I called Sim and explain the situation and asked then come it fix the mistake. They said they would at my cost. They wouldnt even said out someone to investigate. Beware of these guys
