This is the worst customer service. Would not do an exchange. Bought costume on Thur and wanted to exchange on Fri. Wanted the same thing in a different size. They told me they could not do any exchanges. That’s horrible and no way to do business

Great store love the product maps took me to Target in Battle Creek though The store is located in the same building as the Lakeview Mall.

Very bad customer service And very bad management. Manager suggested to exchange our products we purchased after Halloween Because there would be a sale just to find out they lied to us because theyre policy states no returns after the 31st. Now were out 75$ I dont recommend this place at all and really rate this place zero stars. I told the manager to just keeps the products obviously they needed the money that bad.

Website claimed it was to open today (8/20/19). It wasnt.
