I went by today to mail a package. I had inadvertently put an envelope in the Box that I needed to give to a friend. It would have been a nightmare to get that letter back- more than likely it would have been thrown away. The young woman called me from the mailbag and said she found the letter when she was packing the box and that I could pick it up at my convienence tomorrow. I was SO THANKFUL that mailbag has wonderful personal Service. Again thank you very much.

The Mail Bag meets your mailing needs and more. I needed to ship 2 handmade rockers to my son and his wife in Illinois. Louis did a fantastic job of packing and shipping them. He personally kept in touch via email and phone as the Rockers made their way there. They arrived in perfect condition and my son and daughter in law are thrilled. Business was well marked from the road & easy to find. Store front was clean and welcoming. The counter attendant was professional and pretty. I hope my package makes it.

The owner resents people who just drop off packages and dont spend any money. After dropping off a dozen different business packages with prepaid UPS labels, he became rude & discourteous. When asked if he would check a package that was not appearing on UPS Tracking he said No unless you pay me for my time. We now use USPS and enjoy their professional service.
