I dropped off three return packages today, one FedEx and two USPS, which I wasnt sure they would take. The store manager helped me with quick, friendly service! She was perfectly lovely to interact with and didnt mind putting extra tape on the box I brought to protect the contents during shipment.

I was in this store around 10:30 a.m. September 12, 2020. The store was closed - a sign on door said Back in 10 minutes. Sure enough, in about 15 minutes a young lady walked out of the Starbucks (next door), opened the FedEx door and began helping the line of people who had been waiting outside in 90 degree weather.When it was my turn I politely asked if there is a particular time of day that she closes - so I could avoid that time slot in the future and avoid standing in the heat. Her response, in an incredibly arrogant tone of voice, was, Not when Im by myself and am taking a break.This girl was clearly upset that she was by herself. She was the the rudest, most condescending retail clerk I have ever encountered. Whoever owns this store needs to get her attitude adjusted, or needs to replace her. She has no business in a service position.

They had a system computer error when I dropped off package to ship. Manager called me near end of day to ask what she should do. While they had a problem, the manager worked hard to get my package shipped and called me to let me know status. Great customer service.

Employees do not communicate. Allow patrons to skip lines. Unapologetic. Even Combative. We also went to UPS store the same day. Staff at UPS definitely more communicative. I own FDX stock. It dropped 25 points recently (poor earnings). FedEx is certainly not winning customers over at this store today!

I came here one day and experienced an awesome customer service from one of the employees so I went back second back thinking I will receive the same experience. But unfortunately, the store manager helped this time. And, she was not friendly and not really helpful. It was not a pleasant service because of her.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I came here to print out a bunch of copies on a Sunday afternoon. The guy working was rude, unhelpful, and completely disinterested in doing anything close to his job. The machines kept breaking and not accepting multiple different cards from different companies and banks. The employee offered no help at all and told us there would be an extra charge for him to print it out. Furthermore, these prices were higher than the other printing places in town (e.g., UPS). Ill never come here again. Really astoundingly poor customer service.

This store was very disappointing in regards to the customer service. On January 22, 2019, I had just arrived in town for a meeting with a large insurance carrier. At 6:00 PM, I arrived at the store and made contact with Rebecca B. who was working at the front desk. I explained to Rebecca B. what I needed printed (10 copies of a 40 page power point presentation as well as another document that was a total of 56 pages). Rebecca B. told me to email the documents to her and she would print and bind them. I sent this documentation to her at 6:11 PM. After waiting approximately 20 minutes without acknowledgment that she had received the email, I made contact with Rebecca B. and she stated that she was unable to print the items in the quantity that I had requested. Rebecca B. informed me she had two other projects that she needed to complete before the close of business at 9:00 PM. I suggested to her that we could forgo the binding and just staple or binder clip the documents. I received no verbal response from her in regards to my suggestion. I then ask Rebecca B. how to use the customer use printers in store, realizing that I would be getting no further assistance from her. When Rebecca B. explained the printer use she was very abrupt with her explanation. I began printing my documents at 6:42 PM. At 7:14 PM I had my documents binder clipped and was at the register paying $360.74 for a printing service that FedEx promotes that they specialize in, but that I had to complete myself. The project took me 32 minutes to complete.Lesson learned, I should have used the Office Depot - Print & Copy store that is located across the street from this FedEx location. I travel for company meetings often and it is usually necessary to print material for the meetings. I know that I will not choose FedEx for my printing projects. Providing poor customer service and poor training for your front desk employees does not help to maintain your customer base.

Not only this Fedex-Kinkos, but all Fedex Print and Shipping generally are not worth it to me. All of the services at Fedex Print and Shipping can generally be found for less money at other companies. Fedex Print and Shipping can charge me money to scan, copy and prep a document, but I can generally scan, copy and prep that document for 1 percent of what Fedex charges. Scanning documents for $0.81 per page gets very expensive for even the smallest of documents. 100 pages is not a very large document. $81.00 plus tax is kind of exorbitant. And I can do it myself for less than 25 cents... So these places do, what anyone can already do, and they charge a lot to do what anyone can do. Shop around a little, you will find a better place for your business.
