Totally loaded DOES NOT require any of their employees or customers to wear masks and the owner doesn’t as well. Be careful. Also, their teas are very watered down and some of the worst I’ve had. I used to get teas to go and they never gave me aloe before I asked for it. That’s bad business especially since the drink is over 8 dollars.
