I have shopped here several times and always been pleased. Not sure what has changed, but today I was clearly not very welcome there. The young man working was very aggravated with each question I asked, which wasnt many, but I had a couple of them because it was for my 14 year old daughter who has a broken bone. Not very helpful at all. They young man was super rude and eventually I apologized for taking up his time, clearly he seemed outdone with me. Sorry to be leaving this place but I definitely will not be back.

0 star if it was possible. I’ve shopped here since 2016 and it was always a good experience, but today it was really a bad one. The person at the front counter seemed to be aggravated.. not coming back, unfortunately.

The staff was very knowledgeable especially a guy named Brady. Not sure if he was manager or not but he should be if he isn’t. Answered all questions and gave me and my wife great customer service! A very good experience and we will definitely shop there again.

The salesperson was rude over the phone and in person. He was worse when we had to return an item due to ingredients, slamming and banging things around.

Good prices and selection of stuff. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very rude salesman that answered the phone . I began to ask questions regarding a product I saw online and he immediately yelled “that’s what it says on the package right “ I asked him if it was a problem that I’m asking questions and he began to rant LOUDLY and talk over me while I’m still trying to ask questions . Very horrible customer service how is this individual still employed.

I was difficult. Wanted to try the isopure fruit protein because I’m tired of milky products. Didn’t like it. Brought it back and they suggested something else. Didn’t like it and brought it back. Today I went with the BodyTech Cinnamon Milk and ITS AWESOME! Great consistency. Flavor is incredible. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. I live in walker but won’t go anywhere else for supplements.

Went in to get some replacement vitamins and they helped me find comparable replacements to the vitamins my doctor gave me.

Love the guys in there whom are always very knowledable on their Products. Join their awesome reward club too. They always keep me satisfied.

I would highly recommend this store over the other options. Ive been in several times. The staff has helped me every time to find what I was looking for. There is a very large selection of protein and pre workout supplements and so much more. They also have some of the best sale prices available.

This is one of the few options available for supplements without the fillers. They offer a pretty good selection of non Gmo and Organic brands. I purchase from here, Whole Foods or Amazon depending on the availability and sales/promos.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.I have refered several of my friends and colleagues to this location with outstanding results. Nick and his team are amazing !

Store was just not organized- a complete mess. But, shelves were in order (the ones in the middle of the store). The staff was extremely rude, and almost condescending it seemed. I walked around the store for about 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledged my presence... overall it was not a good experience. I will not be returning to this location in particular 100% for certain.

Fantastic place, friendly staff, good prices...

I started going here after Walmart quit carrying Muscle Milk protein powder. Well it turns out they have exact same thing here in a bigger container for a slightly cheaper price per serving. For this reason alone Im a return customer. They have lots of other high end protein and nutrition products. There are definitely lots of impulse buy items (some I had to try) to tempt you. Deduct one star for the ridiculous amount of stuff in the store. There seem to be some very good clearance items, I just have not needed those particular items when I have visited.

Experienced a racist employee staring at me the whole time today after I told him I didnt need any assistance. I went straight to the shelf where the product was because I frequent this shoppe, this employee turned his whole body around to watch me. I proceed to bring my products to the counter when another item caught my eye. After I placed my items on the counter i go back to the item that caught my eye to grab those, he then again turned his whole body around to stare at me. When I looked up at him as if he had a problem he tried to tell me that my products were B1G1 half off (which they were not, they were actually the same products but you had to buy them by the case which was on a totally different aisle) that was just a way for him to spark up a conversation after he noticed that I saw him staring at me. At this day and age where racism is at an all time high its necessary for all employees like the one I encountered today attend discrimination classes to learn the right way to deal with customers who dont look or have the same hue as them.

This place is awesome never knew anything like this existed but I am surely glad they do.
