No communication. Would not contact me to place an order and charged me for food I didn’t order. When I called twice and sent an email requesting a credit/refund, no response. Won’t be back.
They DO NOT communicate with customers well. I booked an appointment online for 12:30 pm and they moved it to 11:30 am because they have over booked themselves. The whole reason for having an online system is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I even took the time to call them and make sure that my appointment was at 12:30 pm and not 11:30 am due to class.
