Upon entering, I was somewhat put off by the reps behavior when I stated I was here to exchange my bracelet I received for Mothers Day due to an apparent defect. The chain had broken, and Id only worn it approximately 4 times.Once she identified the account, her demeanor seemed to change. I took the offered credit card deal to receive a free bracelet. There was a huge selection to in which to choose. She found me the perfect Mary Poppins charm.Im officially a Pandora lover.

This one is in the mall of Louisiana in baton Rouge. The staff is always super friendly and they have a huge selection and they even have a counter in the back with stuff that is 30% off all the time. I bought a couple of things for Christmas presents and used in store pick up this time The process was fast and easy in and out in no time I definitely recommend especially since this place is usually always so busy this is a good way to avoid waiting in line. Just order on the website and select in-store pickup

Very satisfied! The staff is 2nd to none with their courtesy, consideration, professionalism, and with the ideas they have which assist you in making the right selection. You briefly tell them your story and they will put you on the right path to selecting pieces that are unique and meaningful. Their input for whatever piece that you are looking for is top notch. My experience there was very personable and enjoyable. The atmosphere is very inviting as you feel very welcomed when you enter the Store, If you are not greeted at the very moment you enter (Which annoys me sometimes at certain places) you wont wait long before you are greeted. Please do not base this review on last minute shopping experiences such as on special occasions (Holidays) because as with anywhere many places are packed full of people and theres a wait. I went at 4:00 PM on Christmas eve and waited more than an hour and ended having to leave before I was helped (Hell! What did you expect, it was Christmas. I sure as hell am not complaining!). I ended up going on another day during normal hours and I had a very decent experience. From the moment I walked out of the Store, I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. I will be going back for years to come!

We had Adam help us and he was so awesome! He went above and beyond to show us all the charms and help us choose some. He did awesome wrapping everything for us and gave us a pandora ornament. He really went above and beyond on customer service, we couldn’t be more happy with our purchase!

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. I used to love coming here, but ever since it has come into new management the place is a constant wreck. Almost all of the workers are new and have no idea what is going on. If I were you I would go to Jareds and not waste my time or money on this poorly run establishment.
