Piccadilly never fails!! There was one rude worker on the line, but she may have just been having a rough Sunday. She is usually great. The food was good, but the steak was cold.

Yes I grocery shop here frequently. They have done fairly well in keeping the shelves stocked with most items.The store is busy just about every time I go so it is a great location. I do wish that they would be a little more discreet about when they are stocking because the aisles are jammed with receiving carts of the occasional pallet as they try to restock during business hours. PPP is what I think of.The store has been clean when I go even the bathrooms don’t look to bad. These employees work hard to keep the store and parking area clean which is a good sign. Yes I will keep returning as my shopping experience gets better every time.

I use to love going to walmart but now Ill definitely pass by it unless i really really have no other choice but to go there.its just sad how they have so many register but only want to have 2 maybe 3 registers open

Store layout very different from other supercenters. Had a great variety for women fashions.

On todays, date November 4th Im addicted to going to Wal-Mart, Cortana Walmart I shop at Wal-mart all the time at least five or more times a week this is my go-to place for everything and I always have my children with me which one of them needs a mobility scooter to get around in the store. I have to go to the store leave him in the car by himself; so now I have to do my shopping and his shopping, and he wants to do his shopping but he cant because of no mobility scooters in store for him to ride on I need Cortana Wal-mart to get a lot better. I go to other Wal-marts in another area of baton Rouge they have mobility carts thats why I cant believe Walmart does not have any carts today. I asked one of the workers at Walmart do they have any carts available she said its only one cart in the store and all the handicapped spots are taken this is unacceptable I mean every time we come to Walmart.

Very busy store. I had a couple of returns and the lady at customer service was extremely busy and was running customer service and assisting the cashiers with any issues they had. With that said she handled everything very well. She was fast and efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She works very well under pressure. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Helpful employees, great product selection. Was looking for printer cartridges which I locked up. I didnt have to look for help. The clerk suggested other items I needed.

This place is horrible !! Incompetent workers, and no one knows how to do THEIR JOB! The customer service is something else. Denise from customer service and everyone (whom I cant reference cause they had no name tag) in customer service is rude and DONT know how to handle customer issues. Joshua in grocery pickup beats on the windows of customer vehicles and brings out damaged food. Very ghetto store. With amazon building its facility this walmart probably won’t be around much longer. Unfortunate for the locals of the area, but no one deserves the level of care this walmart gives. And apparently no one knows who the store manager is! I will never return to this walmart again.

Asked an associate for help, she held up her pointer finger, said Hold on and walked off... Wish I got her name... When I see her again, Ill get her name and post... Thank goodness for the woman in sporting goods,very helpful...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just left this horrible location. I went to purchase some lawn equipment. I gathered what I needed and headed to the lawn and garden register. The young lady came in to assist another guy with taping up a hover board box. After assisting him, she just walked away and got back on her phone. I know this girl saw me standing there. When I called to speak with management, Kelly took the call. Well, I could tell by her nonchalant tone that it wasnt going for. Unbelievable the way they treat customers here.

They look like they’re about to go out of business. The shelves are consistently empty. They usually only have one cashier working. Sam Walton would be ashamed.

Worst customer service ever received at any Walmart Ive been to. I ask 3 different associates for assistance and I was basically told I had to go an ask someone else. I am a customer not a worker. And its asking alot to run around the store to buy items youve locked up. Some close like pharmacy shouldve been able to assist and have a key. Even after getting ready to purchase and asking for help a four time I was told the same thing not only that but completely pushed aside I was in tge middle of being service and because they did not provide assistance they literally cleared my items to make me wait. So as a result I left and will no longer be spending my hard earn money here. No thanks!!!!

Walmart was a very busy store on Seigen, but the service was gr8 !!!

Good prices they got most everything.

This wal-mart has being going down hill and consistently getting worse and worse in the last 2 to 3 years. Dont even bother going if your paying with cash. Over half of the registers are always closed and not one of the self check out lines accept cash. So if your using cash you are forced to wait in a huge line and will be lucky of the line doesnt close before you get up to the register.

I have a torn Achilles tendon and there were zero scooters available. When I asked a csm she didnt even bother looking or asking anyone If they had any available. Yet as I was leaving I saw 3 just sitting outside in the rain.

Workers are rude !! Self check out never works with certain peoples card not just myself. Have to scan stuff seem like multiple time for it to work !Worker came over Rude & just took something out my bag as if i was trying to steal .! I told her i scanned that already like what is you doing she ignores me !!Scans it again ! It was the first thing i scanned them had to end up taking something off due to it being already scanned !!!!

Not the best Walmart in the area but at least customer service is good most days. They never have enough cashiers throughout the day.

CRAZY LONG Lines - I believe I counted 18 people in two different checkout lines, there were probably more. Yall dont like your customers or what? 🧐 I could not feel comfortable working in a place where people exhausted from work and hauling their babies around HAVE to stand in line this long or NOT get their groceries. HIRE MORE CASHIERS, or find the ones hiding and put them to work. Ps., I will NOT EVER use self-checkout; give people jobs or I will go to Target or shop on-line and all my peeps are coming with me.

Checking yourself at the checkout is well.bur I understand the person at the door o your way out have a bad attitude. You have to be careful what and how you talk to someone.she asks for my ticket and I dont know that I had to put my drinks in a bagAs I was walking off she asks the person behind me whats wrong with me. I told to asks me whats wrong. She and I exchange words and I left. Put someone at the door that know how to talk with a better attitude.

Not particularly good compared to other Walmarts. Most of the employees ice dealt with are not very knowledgeable although that seems to have improved some ice the past year. Its almost always crowded and the lines will often be 4-5 people long or longer at the self checkouts. The produce and meat are par for the course. Someone in the store usually comes up to me and asks me for money and the employees dont typically do much about that sort of behavior I assume because they are too busy dealing with shoplifters. I have had two phones stolen while I was here. Its wise to keep your careful watch over your things. Its relatively clean and fairly well stocked. The pharmacy is hit or miss. They have been quite helpful and at other times downright rude. They can get very busy and its not unusual to see at least five people in line. It will do in a pinch but literally every other Walmart in the Baton Rouge area is better than this one.

Always a great place to get any and everything pretty much possible.

I cant even waste my time explaining the severity of how horrible this place is. I live half a mile from it so its convenient but I have to take medication even enter the store. I only put one star because maps made me.

Its ok, a little better that years ago when you had to plan ahead to shop then stand an hour in line. I dont dred going there anymore.

The cashier at the money center was so helpful and she worked very well under pressure with a very long line and only her cashing checks

I get up early because the Walmart store page says this establishment opens at 6am. I get to the location people are standing outside and an employee informs me they dont open until 7am. Why does the store page and Google display 6am?!!!!! This was a total waste of my time and GAS. Im livid. Unprofessional.

Plaquemine Walmart Pharmacy is always prompt.THe store registers are slower.I attribute it to being under staffed as everyone is.

I usually shop at the Walmart stores in baton Rouge, thinking that theyd have a better selection. But after going to the Port Allen Walmart, I see that I have been wrong. Not only is this Walmart closer to me, there is so much more variety.

The staff dont help instead of helping they look at you like ypur stealing lol and im a delivery guy

Its always a good example at this Walmart location, its always stocked , and its very clean and, all the employees are helpful and very friendly , the management is very professional and eager to help with any request or help solve any issues that may arise. I give them 5 🌟

Went to buy a money order in Zachary. Cashier acted as if I bother her just by being there. Customer service is horrible

When I visited this location the manager refused and walked away from me when I requested a refund on a purchase I made within the same hour. Great stocks, reasonable prices, but that manager Missy needs to work on her attitude.

This Supercenter has relatively more options than other ones in the Baton Rouge

Crowded, not enuff lanes open and self checkout cashiers just walk off and dont come back, customers have to go get them from conversation with the employees at the customer service counter, etc.....

I make it a point to go shopping at the supercenter frequently. The front has really been upgraded with the new bus stop area.

The manager there is always pleasant & well mannered...love shopping there

OMG, I’ve only picked up groceries from this store twice and today was the last time. It’s always something, either they don’t have it or there’s something broke and or just so delayed. Never again, sometimes this is the only store that has certain items I need or want... BUT next time I will go without, because never again. Horrible grocery pickup! I usually go to Sullivan store, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!!!

When walking in there were a couple of rather large women sitting in chairs just inside the entrance and one shouted at me in a rather unfriendly manner, wheres ya mask? Disgusted at her attempt to begin an undignified conversation, I ignored her and proceeded on to the rest room which I found in a horrible state of disrepair.

What can I say its walmart. Theyll have what you want more than likely but youll have to deal with lots of people and no help with product location or services but your chinese made products will usually come at a fair price.

I found everything i needed without the hassle and even though the lines were long and other customers had a lot of items, the lines was moving fast. The cashier was so polite and she knew jst what to do without me telling her anything. I love walmart. As a woman going to walmart more than anywhere else, i go there for one thing and end up wit everything else🤦🏽‍♀🙄😜 I love it every time 🤣.

I was supposed to receive 10 items today, but I only got 7. Of the other 3, the online tracking is telling me that 2 of those were delivered today. They were not. I was unavailable when my shipment arrived, so they were left outside my door. I hope my neighbors didnt take my items. These were ordered online and fulfilled by one of the local stores. This is the first order Ive placed that involved delivery from a local store. Im awaiting several more items from this weeks orders, but I think all of those are coming by the major direct shipping industry. My experience with most of those kinds of orders - a couple of things have been screwy - came through very smoothly.
