Something happened with the computers the day that we went into the Baton Rouge store to buy my son his custom Oakleys for Easter. After more than 3 weeks (and no Easter present) I spent hours on the phone trying to find our order. I then emailed the store manager Heather. I am still amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND she went to fix the problem! She began sending me pictures and lists of options that she had in store (we live 2 hours away). After agreeing on a pair, she brought them to UPS herself (on her personal time) and we received them the next day! Thanks to her, my son didn’t have to miss another baseball tournament without sunglasses! I’ve never had such amazing service! She definitely deserves to be recognized for her impeccable service. If it wouldn’t have been for her, I would have never shopped Oakley again.Thank you,Dawn Jarveaux

I have tried calling this store in baton rouge mall they dont answer the phone I dont know if they change the number and also got security dept on phone and message says lens craft instead of Oakley I might as well shop acadiana mall in Lafayette because I would be wasting my time going to Oakley if they still there I purchased ray ban in Lafayette well worth money buy ray ban or blenders polarized in Lafayette

Typical mall store, no service, except for let me know if you need help and walking back to their cell phones. Their is a lost art of how to be a helpful but not pushy salesperson! GREET your guest by welcoming them to the store, and ASK what brings them in. If they are just looking... say great, please look around, Ill check BACK with you in a few minutes and keep your attention on the customer but not like you are stalking them, find work to do nearby.. not on your phone. We would have made a purchase, but I didnt want to bother them by asking for help and then ringing me up!

Dont waste your time buying from this store. You never get a deal. Got the exact pair at an outlet locations for much cheaper, as in $40 less than their retail plus half off due to buying another pair at full price. Their district manager wont let them honor the the deal we got.

This Oakley store is awesome. Britney and Isabel helped me find the right pair of sunglasses. They were extremely patient and helpful. The Oakley products are great and it was nice to have such great customer service!

The store manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all things Oakley. She helped me pick and customize my shades. She even put them together. So my experience was great. I do plan to return for my next pair.

Ive ordered Oakley sunglasses before but luckily they were in stock so I received them in no time. I came into purchasing my second pair with the same mindset but unfortunately they told me it would take 3 weeks. After some nagging they decided to contact the factory in Cali and then thereafter gave me updates on when my glasses would arrive. I know its not their fault for the wait but they still took responsibility for keeping me updated on the situation. Store manager is excellent.

The Oakley store staff is amazing helped me build the glasses i wanted and no matter what i wanted to try or see the help me with out hesitation at all. I will buy my next pair from them and will make sure I dont buy any other brand sunglasses again. I love my new glasses.
