This place has adorable home decor at low prices.

I love how home goods has so much stuff for such good prices. The staff is always really nice and the place is always really well organized. The only complaint i have is most the times it is hard to push a buggy through cause they have so much it blocks the isles

The prices cannot be beat at Home Goods. A comparable rug elsewhere would be hundreds of dollars more and the young man that helped us took down the rug and folded it properly and carried it out to our car. A sign of excellent service. Especially in this competitive world of furnishings.

Always has new and exciting home decor items available. I enjoy the food section for the selection of spices and foods from around the world.

Contents of the store are excellent. However, things are a bit disorganized, and the wait time to check out is absurd. 17 guests in line and only two cashiers open with 5 other employees walking around the store. Not good business. But, if you have the patience, you cant beat the prices.

I’ve visited quite a few HomeGoods stores in different areas. This one is pretty good. They always have a lot of inventory. I always find the bathroom accessories run a little low. Love everything else about the store. The staff is pretty kind. I find it to be more pleasant when it is less crowded. We know everyone loves the candle aisle. Lol.

This store is always chuck full of good finds. I love that I can breeze by after stopping by petco with my pup and browse.Who could hate a store filled with nice people, pretty things, and puppies? No one.

You guys would get four stars if anyone could explain to me whats the difference between a TJ Maxx and a home goods? Im being serious. They both are owned by the same company. So.....?

Nice stuff but I noticed that a lot of items were damaged on the shelves. Like the garbage cans were all dented. Prices were fair and employees seemed nice.

Store was nice and bright, filled with goods for the home & office, toys for kids & kids-at-heart, bath & body care, and a variety of pet supplies. I found more than what I came to buy. They have moved some items to make room for a holiday-themed food and decor section. I love the variety they have of food items (coffee, tea, snacks, etc.) and I can always count on finding kitchen gadgets that are nice and useful. Friendly people on the floor. Keep your eyes open for red-tagged clearance items in this already discounted store

Im conflicted 😐 with how many stars I should leave. The store itself is Beautiful with a large variety of very unique, exotic , many different Design Eras.. This was my first time in the store and it was late so I knew I would have to hurry because they were closing in 20 minutes I stopped in on my way to Ross to see if it would be worth my trip tomorrow. I help stage homes and assist a few Designers with Decorating. Walked inside where there was 4 young male ;employees standing in the entranceway just watching who was walking in, and constantly glancing at thier watches. I guess . No hello or screw you ....I wasnt acknowledged at all. Well a few minutes later as Im passing and peeking down each aisle andt Manager announces that everything needs to be cleaned up to not stand around. As Im looking around everyone I pass keeps making sure to glance at thier watch so Im kept aware they want me to leave.....so I keep on because I know Im going to leave coul)ple minutes before close....and then!!!! this Polite young Lady named Cameron greeted me!! Ive been in this store for about 15 minutes....then the 1 and I Mean 1 employee that spoke and asks if I need help and also just genuine in her customer service...she left the task she was doing to ask what time the store would be opening for me...Please start training and rewarding her and your other employees...young and old about howUntil you leave and get in your car, your attitude is a reflection of the store people dont want to shop around brats and snobby and grouchy middle aged women, or young men who would rather gossip like young girls...anyway I know this is a mouth full but damn I was so disappointed until Cameron helped me to see its not the whole store.....Thank You Cameron!!!

After waiting in line for almost 20 minutes to get into the store I noticed a table at the door that I wanted to buy so I grabbed it and waited in the long check out line to almost get to the counter to have a worker come grab the table from my hands and tell me that the table I had was on hold for some other shopper that hadn’t paid for it yet. I wasn’t given an explanation or an apology either. I found that this situation was handled very poorly because I was close to buying the item that was supposedly “on hold” but wasn’t labeled as it was. I was completely disappointed in my experience and needless to say I will not be returning to this store in the future.

The store is a bit of a mess. It doesnt look anything like it did when it first opened. Stuff everywhere.

Anything you need as it relates to decorating your home you will find it at home goods for the best prices ever I love this place.

That store was so in disarray the last time I was there which was a year ago. It took me that long to go back but today WOW it was so clean! I loved my shopping experience. Everything was orderly and clean. I was very impressed. I will definitely go back soon. Keep up the good job!

The Baton Rouge location of Homegoods is absolutely horrible lately! The store is in complete disarray and you are unable to get down more than half of the Isles. The last few times I went I turned around and walked out it was so bad. As much as I used to love to walk up and down the isles of the store and shop for unusual things I now find myself looking on Wayfair and other online sites to avoid the havoc of the store! There is never more than 1 or 2 cashiers checking out regardless of the time of day & the line is always long. This store needs a serious management overhaul!

Though it was very busy on Saturday, I enjoyed shopping there. Only my 2nd time going there, but I find it to be a very nice place to shop!

I love this chain but this location/store has a lot to be desired. Very cluttered and not enough staff. A manager stood talking at the front door to another man, while one person was checking out the customers which totaled ten of us! No professionalism or managerial skills shown at all. The lone cashier had to round up more people to help check us all out. If I could report the manager I would!! He needs to be fired!

I absolutely love this place, had no idea it existed until this past holiday season. The selection of merchandise is mind blowing and the prices are unbelievable! The have Le Creuset at such cheap prices it should be illegal! Great place to go for gifts, almost all my Christmas gifts came from here. Kitchen, bath, bedding, toys, foodstuff, furniture...you name it, theyve got it. The store is well lit, if a tad bit crowded with stuff and I didnt have to be bothered with salespeople constantly underfoot. The return policy is also really good, I was in and out rather quickly with mine. They missed that last star simply because my cashier did a horrible job of wrapping/bagging my purchase.

Seemed to have some nice things, but the store was a disorganized mess. Different products were stacked on top of each other and scattered on the shelves and floor. It struck me as as strange considering the merchandise seemed to be good. More like a fancy rummage sale.

Love this store! You do have to dig a bit, which I dont mind! And I found a ton of nice Stuff on the clearance aisle!

Quality cheap shoes. Staff is nice and helpful. They have a coupon for 3$ off your next purchase on your receipt. I typically save about 50% when shopping here.

Stuff in the aisles so I couldnt get to things I wanted to see made for an annoying experience. The prices were okay but not the huge discount they claim. I love their items.

Things are a little over priced, especially furniture, lines can be long and items on shelves can be a little crowded, but overall a good store to find things for the home.

I really love homegoods but this one is always messy. Ive been to homegoods in other places and they are more organized and cleaner. Homegoods deserves more than 2 stars but I cant give this one more than 2. You wont get much help from employees here either but I find that with most places I go in this area.

Good place for small things but nothing terribly unusual. Rugs come in very standard sizes and go quickly Furniture is on the tiny side but of course it is good pricing on par with TJ Maxx and Marshalls
