When we originally started calling around for an awning, the owner told us it was a 5 day wait. Its been almost 2 weeks and Ive been given nothing but the rain set us back, we will be there in a couple days ALL week long! Its rained TWICE in the last two week. He told us as long as it doesnt rain today, they would be here! Well... They werent! He pushed it back AGAIN! I was upset and and told him I have planned a party around this and he didnt once apologize. In fact, I was hung up on. Dont waste your time if youre looking for prompt service.

I had an awning installed by this company 2014 a year later it collapsed during a rain storm. Tried to blame me had to fight with them to replace it! now 2017 the awning falls again. I would never recommend this company to anyone
