The individuals who answer the phone are extremely rude! Can’t ever get into your sales representative. Called because my awning is leaking, I was told to clean my gutters and call back. I have enough sense to do all of that before calling.Guess I’ll make a trip to the showroom.

Very happy with the patio cover and screened enclosure Aluminum Specialties did for us. We rarely ever sit in the house anymore. Summer will be great with no wasps and no mosquitoes to bother us. We got the fan beam and put up an outdoor ceiling fan, so that will be another plus on warm days. Jimmy was very attentive to all of our needs and very quick to respond. We used Aluminum Specialties for our patio cover at our first house, so I knew they would do an excellent job again with this project...and they did.

Jimmy (owner) and his crew did a fantastic job on my porch extension project. They constructed a 12’ x 22’ aluminum cover that matches the house perfectly. I had called all around for quotes and estimates and nobody could touch their price and service. Richard came out and quoted the project and knew what would work perfectly for our application. Materials are made in house for the project which results in a quick turn around time. There was no waiting for materials.This is a great company and would definitely recommend their products to friends and family.

I never write reviews but in these times when you get awesome service you just have to take a minute and write something positive. We got 3 estimates from other local contractors and not only did Mr. Jimmie beat the price, but the service and quality of work is awesome. My wife LOVES her new screened in patio.

They were very helpful with information about the structure that was already built when I moved into this house. Part of it was leaking so I gave them a call when I found the company information label on a beam. Mr. O’Neal came out to my house at a scheduled time and was very nice and informative. I will be using them when I add another aluminum cover on the back of my shed.

Owner of the company came out personally multiple times as our project progressed and made sure everything was right for the install . The guys he sent spent extra time making sure the connection between house and patio was solid and would not leak. ( in my opinion most important component). The amount of attention to detail and extra time they spent ensuring the job was done correctly was a nice surprise . They also picked up all the scraps and mess that was left behind . These guys at Aluminum Specialties are the best at what they do. I just had an 3 insulated patio cover installed in the back yard. The guys that came out to install the cover were very professional and made sure that everything I ordered was done to suit me. Their attention to detail was great. Their quality of work was above standards. It took one day to install and by that evening I was enjoying my back yard sun free. I would recommend Aluminum Specialties to anyone needing patio cover. Great job guys.

I love going to this place for some of my gutter supplies. Have been going for years because I truly get great service. They also sell carport awnings etc. Pleasure to deal with.

These guys are fantastic. I had a unique situation with an existing lean too built with lumber and R-panel. I searched and researched for months for who I wanted to build the carport. I’m not going to sugar coat it, the price was higher than the other options which were a typical steel carport with r panel and galvanized columns, a modular-free standing style, or buying the material and doing it my self but the quality and professionalism and that came with the extra was well worth it. I am a diy type of person so it was tough to let someone else do it, with the worry of if they would take the time I would to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. I was pleased with everything and the guys that installed it, worked extremely hard, took their time, were honest and informative, and asked for my opinion during installation. I’m confident I made the right decision and would recommend this company 10 of 10 times.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!! They were punctual and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with the level of passion the salesman had for the job. Its rare to find such wonderful customer service and also be pleased with the product, but these guys do it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job done right.

Recently had cover put over our patio and can’t express enough how much we’ve enjoyed it. Aluminum Specialities was so professional and easy to work with. Personally know the family who owns the company and we are blessed to have them in our lives. Would highly recommend using them for any of your cover needs.

Aluminum Specialties replaced a storm-damaged patio cover for me. They were quick to provide a quote, reasonable and the work was performed as promised. They hauled away all the old mess and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I am very pleased and will recommend them to anyone.
