Needed an igniter for my Samsung gas oven. Put the part number in on the web page , found out they had in stock. Went to the store and they checked the old one for me and confirmed it was not working. Got the new part of a shelf, explained to wire it to the old igniter connector using the included wire nuts, rang me up, and I was done.Great, courteous, professional assistance and fantastic price. I sincerely hope I do not need additional appliance parts, but if I do I know where I am going.

Very disappointed in the service there. Waited 20 minutes while two employees seemed to be doing anything to avoid looking in my direction. Finally was recognized and stepped to counter. I cant help you was all the bearded fellow said. Went to Stantons and was immediately greeted and after I let an elderly gentleman go ahead of me as he seemed to be struggling to stand, the parts counter staff were very helpful, looked up my part in the GE catalog, and ordered it for me. Ideal=rude. Stanton=helpful.

My husband called in advance to see if Ideal had a part, they said they did.. I live in Denham Springs and went to pick it up and was at the store by 1:35 pm on Saturday. When I got there the door was locked, the Closed sign was in the door, but the hours of operation posted on the door stated they were open until 2 pm on Saturdays. I could see people standing in the store so I knocked on the door, but no one acknowledged me. I called the store on the phone and asked what the hours were on Saturday. I was told they were closing in 10 minutes. I asked why the door was locked since they were supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I was told someone would be to the door to let me in within 5 min. I waited 5 minutes, went back to the door, knocked, but no one answered. I left at this point. I called the store after leaving and asked why no one came to open the door. He said they were not open until 2, I said that is what is posted on the door and he stated I know what time this store is open. I told him I was going to report this to the BBB and he said good and offered to give me the phone number. I told him I did not need it. He called me back 5 minutes later and said he would wait on me to come back if I wanted to come get the part. By this time I was almost back to Denham Springs and told him I wasnt coming back. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.
