Austin and Justin delivered my furniture within the time slot scheduled.They were AWESOME: professional, friendly, helpful in moving old furniture out to move my new Ashley furniture in: 2 leather love seats, a leather recliner, a coffee table, and 2 accent chairs. Walked into the store and met such a genial and quite hilarious staff. They were willing to help with everything. Jill went out of her way to find bedroom furniture that I would like. She was a smooth operator, lemme tell ya. Transitioned from selling, to writing up the ticket, to offering me financing options in a matter of 30 minutes. Wow! Excellent customer service at the Batesville store. Before I left, sales staff and manager alike were tossing around jokes and made me feel like one of the clan. Kudos!

The sales lady was fine but everything else went south. Picked out a couch,love seat,and chair with ottoman as a set. Also ordered a recliner. Almost $4K. Delivered the loveseat and chair the following week. Worst upholstery job I have ever seen on the loveseat. They finally came and picked it up for reworking.Most was fixed but still have to put against the wall so you cant see the back of it. When the couch finally came it had the same problems but it has to sit out where it can be seen. The recliner was back ordered so they talked me into ordering a different one. This one is now coming in mid. January which is later than the original one would have arrived. They have had my money since the first week in Sept. so that will be almost 5 months if it comes then. It has all been blamed on the virus. Let the buyer beware!!

Went into the store looking to buy something today. Told the lady that was helping me I wanted something today she agreed and continued to run my credit before even letting us look around. After she runs it she tells me it will be 6-8 weeks before I can get something delivered to me because they don’t keep furniture on property. Would’ve been great to know before I spent time filling out paper work for my credit to drop for no reason. Especially since I told her from the begging what I needed.

Came into see Mr. Kraft for some furniture, unfortunately he wasnt there so nobody in the store approached our family. A few other customers walked in as we were looking at bedroom furniture and they were attended to in a timely fashion. Managers stood behind desk area without acknowledging us even when we stood in his direct path.Came by the following weekend, Mr. Kraft was in the store and we made a purchase.If it wasnt for his sales ethics we wouldnt have returned to this location.Felt very discriminated against due to being hispanic. Company should work on all customers being greeted in a timely fashion whether they think language is going to be a barrier.

I ordered a rug in November, they said they would call me when it came in. They never called. I finally called very late March to tell them I wanted my money back if rug was not in. She said, “oh, it’s been in, we must have overlooked you! It’s in our warehouse, we’ll have it in the store for pickup tomorrow.” THE STORY OF MY LIFE! I waited four days to be on the safe side, went in, only to be told “it’s on the truck headed here”! So had to go back again the next day to get it. An hour round trip each time I go. I will not use this store again. Not well run.

I purchased a bed salesperson promised me it would be the most comfortable bed I ever had turns out to be the most uncomfortable bed, they dont seem to care, will not ever buy again and will not recommend to anyone else.

This store was clean, inviting, and has a large inventory. My sales clerk, Jill Hinkley, is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Mostly, I never felt pressured to purchase anything. My questions were answered and I walked out having purchased a new living room set.
