Customer service is excellent! Very helpful, very friendly! However the couch we bought has been taken in twice for repairs and is now broken again, I do not fault the furniture store for this, I feel the couch was defective and I got tired of trying to find a way to haul it in for repairs.

Charles Covington and staff are not your typical sales staff. They helped us find just what we needed and their service didn’t end when we bought our furniture. When our chair had a problem, they worked with us in getting another chair. I am so pleased! Thank you Batesville Furniture!

The boss and his mom that work there are prejudice people that will only sell to certain people. If you dont look or act a certain way then they will judge you and chase you out of the store. I also heard they mistreat their employees for the same reasons.

I bought a 2700 Dollar couch and it was never put together right they did not try to fix it under warranty real disappointed that is slot of money for a piece of junk.

That was one of the most embarrassing and terrible experiences Ive had to endure. The salesman was overbearing, pushy and cheesy. They beat around the bush, and wasted 2 hours of my time, when all they had to do was an initial credit check... They should get on top of that.
