They are having their closing sale. Sad to see them go. Penneys is pretty much the only place in town that sells mens dress clothes.

Really hate to see it go. It was nice to make a short drive to get something special. Now I will have to drive 2 hours to get someplace.

We went because they are going out of business or whatever& expected to find some good sales but honestly their prices were just as high as normal even the little girls dresses were supposedly HALF off but were still almost $30... if I had it all to do over again I would have saved my breath ( quite literally, due to having to wear a mask) and stayed home

The sales are great!!! The lines were very long and seemed to take forever to get out of the store with just a couple of items!! Saved a ton though!!

I absolutely love jcpennies. I wish it was at a larger location. They have great deals & friendly staff. Jesus helped me the other day and he was very professional. Wish all retailers has a Jesus.

Prices are down to 90% off some things since they are going out of business got some great deals

Clerk was sweet as can be and the store was well stocked and clean. My only complaint was that they didnt have any bras in my size (42DDD) BUT regardless I walkes out with $315 in savings!!!

The associates here are amazingly helpful. They help with whatever you are looking for. They help put outfits together for any occasion.. love this store

It was a very hot day..the store was HOT..sweating too badly to even try on anything and due to Covid there are no returns..the cashiers had fans

Employees could be more nicer friendly and shoe Dept need a person working in it all the time. I live with in a couple of blocks from store so I am just in walking distance. An you can go in an its like help your self day . Need more employees so people can get help an shopping will be more pleasant.

They measure me and my son for tailor fit shirts (dress shirts) very handy when your son grows like a weed

They didnt have a good selection of boys infant clothes, which is why we went there in the first place. They just got some carts for customers. They havent adjusted well to getting cart because their isles are tiny, and you will probably run into about 80% of the displays if you are using a cart. Service was ok. Nobody asked us if we needed help, and they wanted us to get a card from them. Not impressed at all by this store.

Interesting fact I didnt know. My son wanted a certain backpack he found on the internet. I went in to see if they had one. They did not BUT got on line and ordered the same backpack and price matched it! A $75 back pack I got for less than $40. And the sales lady did all the work.She also replaced my Liz Cleburne phone charging clutch without a hassle.I have always gotten friendly service no matter how crowded it is here. And now that I know they price match. Even better!

I did like the Batesville, Ar store, friendly employees and helpful.

My girls and I love shopping here and always find great deals!!! We wish this location could do some updating (bathrooms for sure)!

This store is my favorite but the bad news is that its closing down in Batesville sometime in September, so me and my family are going there a whole bunch.

We looked through all the mens department for dress pants and did not find one pair that were my size. I will have to order without trying on or drive to Little Rock.

It has been years since I shopped here. We took the kids easter shopping here, and to my surprise they have a big and tall. Im a big guy lol. They had a good sale going on and we got 2 full outfits for $60.

The sale lady was so much help she made sure we found what we came after

Thought there would be some good holiday sales going on but couldnt find anything. All thier Nike merchandise was marked way up. You can go to the Nike outlet and pay less for the same item.

The manager is loud!! Shouting across the store at employees while standing with customers. I can never find anything in my size. It appears they only serve large women and juniors. So sad because Batesville needs this retail store!

We have been in Pennys several times in the past two weeks. All the service has been, except for a cashier named Tina. She is rude, not friendly and acts as though we were inconvience to her.,

I know they are closing but with clothes shopping it is impossible to get the right one if we cant try it on...all brands run different unable to exchange or return

Excellent customer service, but not enough cashier. Waited in line for more than 15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open.

A smaller store than I am used to. Found the exact pair of slippers my mom needed!
