Decent clearance clothing racks plus 30% off. Shoes were a bit pricey for my liking and only a few pairs on the clearance table but otherwise one of my favorite stores

When we try using a gift card online at Hibbett Sports, we get a message saying Were temporarily not accepting gift cards. This temporary situation has been going on for weeks, and seems to coincide with purchases that are attempted when there are good online sales. I called them about this problem, and though the person who took my call seemed sympathetic, he was not able to transfer me to a supervisor. After 3 failed attempts at contacting a supervisor, he took my phone number and said I should get a call in 4 hours. That was 6 hours ago. Frankly, I think this is fishy - as if they will only honor gift cards if one pays full retail price for merchandise. I have included a screenshot with the gift card number removed.

Hibbett sports was awesome! First time I walked in. I was greeted by a man I wish I would have got his name. He was very helpful.

The store is small, but will order items from its large online catalog and not harge shipping.
