Extremely kind workers and very clean store. The cashiers are aware of all current cartwheel deals and let you add them at the register. Love it.

We live two minutes away from this Target, and a variety of other stores (grocery/pharmacy/general goods) and we choose to shop at Target first due to its great staff, cleanliness, and because we have a Target Mastercard.

All the employees at the Starbucks section are cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been going to Starbucks for many years and they introduced me to a drink that is my new favorite cause they cared and listened to what I wished I could have and never knew Starbucks had Mistas LOVE THEM!!! Now I am there everyday and they are always so happy to see me

Everybody is very friendly. I have never had any problems at all. Everybody at Starbucks is always talkative and very nice. Everybody is very accommodating as well.

The staff. Target is my go to store for many items to include Starbucks. Leos team at Starbucks is amazing. They are knowledgeable of their product, efficient and their customer service is 2nd to none.

May 8th, 945 pm. Blond girl, young. Working guest service desk and wouldnt help us with the promotional gift card issues we had during checkout. Said “i would have to void and rescan everything- is that what you want me to do?” Ive worked retail and this isnt a question i would ever ask. I would simply take care of it without putting them in the position to have to choose. It was so awkward, we just left and i called target cust service to get it resolved.Other than that- we love target. And several of the employees are the sweetest but this one blond girl just doesnt like doing anything beyond the bare minimum.

Store manager, Beth, is awful. If an item is priced incorrectly, the store should honor the price... not take the item away saying “that’s not the right price”... the price on the sticker is the price the store should honor. Not my problem that their employees don’t know how to price items correctly.

The Drive up is an amazing feature for a busy mom with busy kids! The customer service is excellent as well. I recently returned something that was shipped to me and arrived broken and it was so easy.

It’s a bit disappointing that the app says that they have something in stock and whenever we go to this store they never have the item(s) in stock. This has happened to us a few times already (with a time span of 3 years) and when we check on the app it says it’s in stock, but when we go in person they don’t have it. It’s very inconvenient to go to the store for something that is “in stock” only to find out that they no longer have it. Or that it was an “app error”.

We love the drive-up option! With 2 toddlers and a newborn we have often get everyday staples through the drive up option. Convenient without extra cost like other stores. Quick turnaround time for order and super quick wait time

Clean organized

I am very pleased with the cleaning during the COVID time. I see attendants wiping carts and wiping down the check out screens after each customer uses self check outs. I dont see that at other essential stores that are open! I feel comfortable shopping here for groceries and other needed items. Thank you Target!

Nice store! But one of the female employees working yelled at two young boys for nothing and made a big deal and it was really aggressive and she told them they could leave it was unnecessary and made me and my friend uncomfortable

I wanted to use a coupon that expired today, and it was 10 minutes before closing (most employees in retail would be mean and I get it work retail) but Patricia and the management were so nice, super friendly and helpful! I’m a huge Target fan, and the customer service here is great, however, the new layout is not an improvement. The clothing section is too crammed for strollers/shopping carts (I probably knocked 10 items off the racks as I pushed through today) and the make-shift walls of clothes everywhere are overwhelming- like Walmart. I’m not sure why you remodeled this way, but I’m steering clear of the interior of the store.

Huge clothes selection. There was a variety of beautiful dresses, and the staff was extremely helpful in expertise and all round great.

Sold us an out of stock item

It is always a good visit whenever I go. When a customer was being rude to me, one of the employees took me to the side and helped me out.

Horrible customer service. I drove 50 minutes here to see if they have the nintendo switch and they wouldnt even check their shipments for me. I asked if they could double check because of my drive and the guy rudely refused. This is unacceltable customer service. My family and i will be sure to not ever return to this location.

Normal Target inventory. Staff is generally helpful if you seek them out. The store doesnt seem that busy on times Ive shopped here so checkout is usually quick and efficient

I went into guest services for a very complicated thing that I needed done. I spoke with Patricia and Beth and they had both been there for 13 Hours and had to listen to me ramble on about what I needed help With. They are both very accommodating and helpful and patient and it was my best experience I ever had with or any other store for that matter

Large store with a good stock.

I had such a pleasant encounter today with a woman named Hannaa. She was so helpful with a return that was complicated. I thought it would be impossible to explain but before I even started she understood and came up with a solution. This store is always clean and this is not the first awesome employee I have worked with, sadly the first I remembered her name and was able to give her the recognition. I am a huge fan!

I love Target! I found what I was looking for quickly and self checkout was a breeze. This branch gets a full five stars for having quick easy access to free WiFi, something that too many places in the US dont offer--unlike other developed countries in Europe, for example

Please train your self checkout workers to not hover over the customers. The gal working this afternoon asked to search my stuff then proceeded to stand there and stare at me while I checked out. Never a “hello” or “excuse me”. I was literally the only person in self checkout at the time. Not very welcoming.Also, what happened to the men’s shoes?

I love Target. I do not shop there as often as I used to because there are just 2 of us. now.

This location is always busy but its also fairly well stocked and staffed. Their DVD section is smaller than at other locations which is kind of annoying because I dont have cable but like having different things to watch. Other than that, this location has a nicer furniture section than other Targets and they have a liquor and wine aisle.

Removed a star for the employee who took up the family bathroom for 20 minutes while my daughter sat in a dirty diaper. Real nice employees...Not all targets are created equal, been here 4 or 5 times and not once did it have what I came for!

I saw the manager John insulting an employee at target, That manager needs a training in talking to Employees.

Customer service, you can always find someone to assist when needed, unlike other stores.

Target has just about everything I need to run my house. They do need to throw some more money at the clothing departments to keep them more organized.

I like target in general but this one has a bunch of sales on small products like cosmetics and a really friendly staff!

They renvated it - and added the terrible music that I’ve had the misfortune of encountering at other “refreshed” locations. Their selection and quality was already declining, and this just continues their decline.

My Target store in Batavia, IL has the most friendly staff. I have my to go to folks there and they never fail to amaze me!

We are die-hard target shoppers so it pains me to to leave this review. I bought a 40” tv at target on Thursday (three days ago). It was recycling day so the box went out as soon as I set it up. TV worked great for the weekend and then this morning, the screen stopped working. My husband called to tell them what happened and that we don’t have the receipt or box but we do have the credit card i used and they said no problem, bring it in and they will look it up and exchange it.So, we bring it in an hour after we call, and the manager (Keith) at customer service tells us without the box and receipt, tough luck and we have to contact vizio. He could care less that we were told to bring it in for an exchange, and now we are going to have to deal with vizio for the repair, exchange, etc since Target refused to even so much as pull up the receipt from 3 days ago so we had that.Needless to say, we will Never buy an electronic purchase at target again. Amazon will go back to being our go-to since we get digital receipts with our purchases.

Ever since installing self check outs they have fewer regular lanes open. When Im buying a cart load of stuff I dont really want to scan and bag all my own stuff in a teensy space. When I have my kids with me, self check out is nearly impossible to handle. My alternative is waiting in a really long line--with kids. Not fun. I liked this location a lot better before they installed self check outs. Otherwise the store is clean and about half of the workers are very friendly.

Purchasing online and picking up my purchase was simple and efficient.

I usually give places 5 stars there are better places to get clothes or food or toys. The place is moderately money wise, but the goods toys, food, clothes here is not cheap in the itll break or rot or rip right away kind of way

Nice store but help in the grocery section was irritating. Seemed my request took time away from stocking cold case. She suggested I walk to service desk even though she was wearing a walkie. After asking for the second time she called for help then treated me like she was doing me a favor.

Very disappointed with how they treat customers. I have been working 7 days a week and realized my coupon i was planning to use for christmas gifts experied yesterday. I called to see if they would allow me to still use it and they would not make an exception. I was told i could come in and try to see if it would work. Why would I. Most stores would still honor the discount as i have had this happen before and it was the next day. Never will shop here again! Customer service is horrible!!

Definitely would not recommend. I lived in Batavia most my life and always received mediocre service here but never enough for me to write a review.I have bought Sea Bands at Target (in Iowa where I currently live) for extreme nausea I have, and I needed some new ones while in town for a party. The store wasnt very busy (it was earlier today), and I walked to the pharmacy section. I had trouble finding them at the Iowa location as well but an associate was able to look up the exact aisle it was in as well as where it was in that aisle, and walked me there.There were no Target employees around so I asked a pharmacist. The CVS pharmacy is separate from Target so they directed me in the aisle they should be in, however my fiancé and I were unable to find it. I walked around the store for a few more minutes and found a Target employee in the cosmetic section. Upon walking up to him, he did not greet me. He was wearing a red washed t-shirt (not solid red, so he stood out), short brown hair, and was working sometime on Sunday the 28th between noon and 1:45 PM as that was the latest I could have been there.I asked if he was able to direct me to where the Sea Bands are located. I explained shortly I was having trouble finding it, and he finally faced me and waited a few long moments before saying, Uh, I dont know. He looked away again and I said Well, can you maybe look it up at all? I cant find it. He stared at me for a few more moments without saying anything, completely blank expression. I looked down and noticed he had a walkie-talkie as well as a scanner in his hand, two methods he could have helped me with. He could have called another associate through his walkie-talkie who could assisted me, he also could have looked it up on the same handheld system I saw the other Target associate look it up on. My brothers girlfriend is an Executive Team Leader at a Des Moines Target location for a long time now. Because of that, I am very aware of the great customer service she and stores surrounding strive for. However, this store is lacking respect for customers. As a food service manager, I know just how important customers are to a business.After being in the store fifteen minutes, having to track down a simple employee, and receiving no help at all, I told him to just forget it and to not even bother, walking away and clearly letting him know I was unsatisfied with his apathetic expression.For a simple experience, he ruined my frequent visits to Target. Target is pricier than Walmart but I used to go there to get all my grocery supplies. However I have been dealing with awful gastrointestinal issues that make me extremely nauseous, and so for me, finding simple Sea Bands would have made my day much better because they help me monumentally. I will refrain from going to Target back home in Iowa as well; Hy-Vee is just as overpriced (with better meat) so I might as well go there for all future grocery purchases.TL:DR; Would not recommend. Walmart 2 minutes down Randall is a better choice; just as clean, organized, and open much later. And at least youll find an employee around.

So i forgot I called and asked the same question a couple hours ago and I asked the same question I did before and the man said I already got this question and I remembered and apologized several times saying Im so sorry I forgot and sorry I forgot but the man started getting angry and yelled at me and I dont get why I told him sorry and he said he didnt want people calling him over and over again asking the same question but I think as a employee you should get used to people asking you similar questions and so the employee went on this 5 minute talk well in a yelling kind of tone telling me to stop calling but Im just trying to get a item that was out of stock and another kind employee told me I should call the day before shipping days and I did that today and I got the most worst experience the next time that happens I will ask for the employees name and talk to the manager about him/her because this is probably the first time this happened every employee I have talked to was nice and kind Ive asked the same question before and they were like its fine and call back tomorrow I can give you better answers but this experience was horrible!

I went into this store on a Sunday to create a Birthday registry for my son. What should have taken 5 minuets turned into 1 hour and me walking out of the store extremely frustrated. The three computers for guest to generate a registry were absolutely disgusting. Stickers pealing up, black sticky gunk in the corners and the key board looked all greasy. Then to my frustration the touch screen monitors were actually not touch screen at all (except for one yet the angle on the screen was tilted down and I was unable to see what I was doing). Carrie and Hanaa tried to help me but they didnt know what they were doing either. Apparently the system was going through some software update --during store hours and the Target team didnt even know about. As I sit here and write this review I am know on hold for 8 minuets and 35 seconds trying to get a hold of a manager that is in America to place this very complaint. This type of service is what I would expect from Wal-Mart not Target. Still on hold and its been 15 minutes and 28 seconds........
