First time servicing my 2019 F250 diesel at Mojave Ford. Can’t say enough good things about them nor about Service Adviser Marsha Guthery. Marsha was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a courteous and professional manner. Her Customer Service is nothing but outstanding! The Service Center mechanics got my truck back to me that same day! Excellent! I give the center and all those who work there a 10 out of 10 stars! Although there’s a closer Ford center near me, Mojave Ford has all my business from now on.

Please Start Washing The Vehicles after The Oil Change... Or Accommodate us somehow... Its all Part Of My Services I am Not Getting. If you guys can do the oil change you have to get inside the vehicle anyhow you guys can wash the outside of the vehicle. Makes no Sense other then you guys Dont want to. Great shop! We were expecting to stay for more than an hour at the site as a walk in customers but we’re out within an hour of turning in our car for service. Jeff is an awesome guy! I recently had some car issues and I brought my car to this place. When I arrived they were very helpful and did all of the work. The process was very smooth and I couldn’t thank them enough.

Was having a problem with my 2016 F-150 while traveling from Yucca Valley to Reno. Stopped in and they rushed me ahead of the line to get fixed. Great service and gave me a veteran discount.Unfortunately and not their fault, the problem arose 45 minutes later but we were able to limp into Reno. They had advised me that more work would be needed. Thank you all for getting me back on the road.

I was traveling by myself from Las Vegas to LA and my Tire light came out. I was looking for a place that seemed safe and professional and I found it here. Jeff Deronde stopped was he was doing and immediately helped me. Excelente service and they put me back on the road!!

Everything from car purchase to service is pretty painless and borders on enjoyable.Marsha and Jeff hold down the service dept and will always find a way to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. When I fully expected service the next day Marsha calls me the same day to let me know its complete.Downside a basic carwash used to be completed with service. Theyve gone away from that service due to COVID-19 and havent brought it back. Since I havent had a chance to enjoy that service after 1 year ,and three vehicles, I cannot comment on the quality of the detail. But I can say dont believe the line item that says the MPI/Carwash was complete.Other than that one little complaint the important part of the customer experience is great.

I was in AGAIN, to have work done on my 2015 Ford, which by the way has been an awful car. Its been one thing after another with this vehicle. Its been in the shop so many times, Ive lost count!!!Im really hoping that this new car will be better.

A great bunch of people! Very friendly and accommodating. I broke down near Barstow, miles from home in Nevada. They did their best to get my Nissan Xterra fixed, and fixed properly, after a botched repair at home months before, caused a much bigger problem while on the road. Marsha, my service writer, was great to deal with, keeping me informed as the repairs progressed.

Needed my F350 serviced while traveling. Marsha worked me into their schedule on a Monday afternoon and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours.Everyone was friendly and their showroom and rest area were clean and neat as a pin.

My Nissan Altima 2016’s transmission quit when I was driving through Barstow. Marsha, Service Advisor, for the local Nissan dealer said she would look at the car to determine what was wrong. The Autogroup was nice to take my wife and I to a local fast food drive thru to pick up lunch while we waited for the test results. It was the transmission. Marsha placed a priority on repair and it was completed the following week. We were treated very well at the Autogroup. Thanks to Marsha and the Service Staff.

Disappointed. Took my 06 into see what problem was. They had put it down as a diesel, its gas! Apparently they didnt have time! Had to back and pick up! They sure as hell had tim to show me ford products that was for sale, but not work on them! Sorry , if you cant work on the ford products I already own then I dont want yo buy anymore ford products!

I bought a vehicle from here. I went to several of different dealerships and I was not getting good customer service and was being judged by how I was dressed.This dealership was worth the drive from Riverside to Barstow. They treated me with respect and let me test drive the cars that I was looking at. I ended purchasing a Chevrolet Camaro 2SS. The price was way lower than the value. It also comes with lifetime powertrain warranty.This dealership treated me like family. I recommend this to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. We were traveling back from Vegas when my truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. I couldn’t find any mobile mechanics or any mechanics that could help.We had the truck towed to Barstow Ford. The service department was closed for the day, however the sales staff helped me. They secured the truck in the service area and the sales staff offered us a place to relax and use the facilities while we waited for our ride home. The mechanic diagnosed the problem the next business day and had it fixed a day later.The staff is friendly, but more importantly I felt they went out of their way to make us feel welcome when were far from home.Thank you Barstow Ford!

Everytime I bring my car here I continue to have more problems! First it was with the dodge side when I had my Dodge journey. Now with my Pathfinder, I have gotten my oil changed her twice and they said they checked all fluids (that was a lie!) My power steering fluid was bone dry. Then they charged me $130.00 to get my car diagnosed which is standard if you dont have a warranty (which to find out my car did! I had to drive it down to Metro in Redlands! And I will continue too to take my car down there vs here!) I am fighting to get my $130.00 back even though I shouldnt have been charged that in the 1st place! I am telling all family and friends not to go here!

The people there are really great. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Ann and Kristy are absolutely amazing. They make you feel like youre apart of the family, and they are fun to be around. I had bought a car from Ann before and I have no regrets. Shes such a wonderful person. This is my second review on this Dealership and I wish I could say that they have turned my 1 Star rating around but once again they disappoint. Not only do they not follow through with what they promise or tell their customers but the do not even have the professional courtesy to return phone calls. If you ever sell or trade in a car that you have purchased from Mojave Auto Group and are owed a refund on your extended warranty or your GAP insurance don’t expect to be treated the same way you were when you were actually buying the car. I submitted every document that they requested, handed them directly to the Finance Manager, Ryan, and I emailed them to the Business Manager, Michelle, that is supposed to handle the refunds, and here I am, over 5 months later and still no refund, no return calls, no help what so ever. You would think they would want repeat business but I guess they aren’t worried too much about that. Don’t get me wrong, you will get great service from the Sales Associates there, but once it’s time to deal with anyone else, good luck. All that’s left to say is spend the extra 30-40 minutes and drive to Victorville for all of your car purchasing needs, you’ll at least receive service from individuals that actually value your business.

These folks are the best .Our motor home broke down on us they got us in first thing in the morning had us back on the road by noon. . They are honest they could have easily have taken advantage of us . Since we will be traveling from central ca to az I will be going to them for all my service .

I bought a car in April and the buying process was great, however per my contract Mojave Auto was supposed to pay 2595.00 to pay my trade in off. I was given 2595.00 for my trade in so it was a wash. Mojave Auto actually only paid 2185 to the loan company and as of today and numerous calls to Ken in finance and Michelle in budgeting I still havent received the balance of 410.00 thats owed to me. I guess I see small claims court in the future. UPDATE here we are 3 weeks after posting this review and still no one has reached out or returned any phone calls.*UPDATE TO THE UPDATE here we are in October and no response from anyone😠

Went to nissan in barstow specifically for the lifetime warranty. I was helped by Lawrence and he went above and beyond to help us buy a car. We did everything over the phone due to my wife and I working full time and only had to go in to sign paperwork. Will forever be a customer of this location.

I went there because my 370z was making a clicking noise and needed a new battery. I was skeptical because Ive never left the dealership paying anything less than $500 before and Mike and his crew proved me wrong. They took good care of me and my warranty payed for everything instead of them trying to squeeze every penny out of me like other dealerships tend to do. Customer service is phenomenal and Im definitely coming back.

Best Ford service department I have ever worked with! Michelle and her team had my truck diagnosed within 23 minutes of opening in the morning on Monday. My truck had to be Towed into their dealership Sunday night and I was amazed how prompt they were to find my problem. I wish all Ford service departments were like this

They did a good job do my update on the repairs was not consistent

Made an appointment the week prior to bring it in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter.Only issue was they don’t rotate dually’s. As it’s a ford dealer they’d should have know what vehicle I had and told me they don’t do that there. They apologized and it was no big deal.Work was done on time and as expected.

My oil change was quick and the staff was nice and polite. The only problem I have is it says on the receipt I received a car wash and I did not.
