Needed a battery for Toya fob key. Could not even open it myself. Took 2 men, a small, very small screwdriver, and 10 minutes to replace the $4.99 batteryI was thrilled. Yyyyaaaa

Went in looking for a specific hinge and was greeted in a very friendly manner. Then instead of pointing me in a direction I was actually walked over to where they were. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Nelson’s is doing it the right way!

People always ask why I dont buy things on Amazon that cost more at Nelsons. Its because when those things need replacing, Nelsons does in 5 minutes, for free, what would take over a week plus shipping on Amazon. When items need only a part, you can drive 5 minutes and get it that day, not in a week. Customer service is worth every penny.

Whatever I need they seem to have just what I want. Staff is always helpful, friendly and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase
