Great store, great customer service! Aubuchon is a REAL hardware store, they stock the obscure items that the box box stores dont even know exist. Highly recommended!

One girl works there is pretty cute and actually has to do some personality however there was a guy there ask for help and hes like kind of rude because he was busy talking to that pretty girl of course when you talk to me its a lot different than when he talks to her I didnt like that made me wish I had a pair of you know what

Great store great people at the counter. However there was a higher up in the store that made my visit nothing but unpleasant. At the checkout as the cashier was trying to be friendly he was cutting her off to ask about systems. He seemed to be a district manager and has done nothing but drive my business away.

I was looking for bathroom fixtures that I found via an Internet search. It led me to Amazon (of course) and Home Depot (which I truly do like). I decided to see if my local Aubuchon had the products. They had them all and at just a dollar or so more. No travel, picked them up that day, the website had correct numbers in stock and the location in the store!

I ordered a cordless Black & Decker hedge trimmer from the website for store pickup. Within 15 minutes I received an email stating it was ready to pick up. I went to the store and made a quick trip in and out. ALL were wearing masks! The hedge trimmer is incredibly sharp, lightweight, and continued to amaze me through three rows of hedges. Battery life was even longer than I expected. My lawn looks awesome!

Local, competitive prices, and well stocked for almost anything you might need. Staff is knowledgeable and willing.

Ordered a stihl weed whacker on the stihl website to pick it up at this aubuchon store that I heard was a great product, then I was called by a person that worked at the store saying it wasn’t good so they stopped buying them, then I still wanted the product so I went to harvest equipment in Williston to get the product, the harvest equipment employees were very friendly and helpful, turns out it is a great product and works very well, also the harvest equipment in Montpelier is great, I won’t be ever shopping at that aubuchon’s again.

I went in bought a new weed wacker found a good priced one bought it and there was 4 cashiers standing around talking behind the register the lady that cashed me out had gone to help another person. My hands were full trying to get out the door with everything this weedwacker came with. Not one cashier offered to help open the door for me and resulting in poor customer service I now have a huge chunk of skin missing from my heel from the door shutting on my heel. Would have been prevented if one of those 4 cashiers helped me.

This has always been a great store. The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. These are the kind of things that keep me and my family coming back.

Sorry guys....this is an ACE/True Value store....over priced made in China products....the only true value is if you are vested in their profits...staff? There good people... probably underpaid.... definitely dont buy propane there.....gold is cheaper

They refuse to price match anything even if I can pick it up at Wiliston Home Depot. Their prices are outrageously high, 2$ more for a bag of pellets than anywhere else. I will take my business elsewhere where I can get things at the right price.

I bought my weed whacker from here, when I asked the employee about it he didnt know too much about it. It seemed to me that they were nice enough but didnt know much about the items they are selling!!
