Truly professional while quick and from the comfort of your vehicle (you never get out). Also the most thorough diagnostic checks I’ve ever had included with the oil change. Multiple technicians focused on my truck checking all fluids, filters, tire pressure and wheel torque. They did a quick safety check of lights, signals and wipers as well. He showed me my air filter (which was fine) and presented the oil dip stick after refill with the specific synthetic blend I requested. I’ve learned that receiving excellent customer service and work ethic like this begins with leadership which speaks to good management. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to serve you. Finally, thanks for the free car wash I received as a first time customer.

These guys are awesome. I was in Stowe and needed an oil change - drove down to Barre & they got me right in. They checked everything and recommended changing the engine filter, showing me what it looked like (it was very much needed). Super nice & professional. Highly recommend.

Hello, Brain here. First time being serviced here and as busy as they were they took it with ease. Although Jon’s spelling may not have been immaculate, the service certainly was. They took their busy busy day with ease, continuously offering there customers chilled water bottles and snacks as they pumped out their work. I would highly suggest this establishment to anyone in need of services they offer. Because of the mild wait they continuously apologized for the mild wait although I simply fell victim to some good laughs with staff and nothing more. An all around good experience and the entire staff as a whole treated me like a friend through the entire process and any person there I deem the type I would happily have over for a barbecue. From start to finish it was a great experience…every single one of the employees working helped in some way, from offering us drinks and snacks when we arrived to going through and showing me the things they recommended replacing (and why), they made us laugh with jokes to pass the time which from start to finish wasn’t even 30 min and that included the free car wash at the end that they claimed was because it was “ladies day” even though I’m sure it wasn’t and was just part of the package, it was much appreciated!Good help is hard to find these days but the crew working was very impressive and did an excellent job! I won’t be getting my oil changed anywhere else again if I can help it!

Went here for the first time the other day for an oil change. They dont make appointments but got right in with no waiting. Craig, Dana and Tim were very professional, knowledgeable and even helped figure out a few issues Ive been having with my car that were simple fixes to a supposedly expensive problem I was told by the dealerships mechanic. Saved me a ton of money by doing their basic checks. Will keep going back for sure!

Im new to town and went to see these guys for an oil change and inspection after leaving the DMV, Jon my service tech was very nice and suggested several options. I couldnt get inspected because I needed a new windshield, they made a glass recommendation which was appreciated. They were very efficient I was out of there within 25 minutes. I will be gong back for my inspection next week after my windshield is replaced.

Our family lives in South Burlington and we own 3 vehicles. Quick Lube has earned our trust so they do all our vehicle inspections. The Quick Lube people are nice, very fair and professional. We highly recommend them for all your automotive service needs.

Both the general manager and shop manager were incredibly courteous, and Jake did a great job replacing the calipers and rotors. Not once was I treated as if I didnt know what I was talking about (hate to say it, but that happens a fair amount as a woman). He even let me know I did not need to do the rear brakes, saving me some money!Its nice to know that you can get quality work done by honest folks who are focused on excellent customer service. You dont get that a lot of places these days. Small businesses like these are the way to go, and part of what makes Vermont such a special place to live. Ill be back!

I arrived a lil later than I had hoped, but they were so quick getting me in for an oil change!! Everyone I met was extremely kind and so friendly. Seems like a genuine honest group of guys, and we had some laughs! Definitely the most hospitable auto shop I’ve ever been to!!

I recently moved to the area and have had trouble finding a decent mechanic to rely on. Then I brought my partners car here for an oil change and was so pleased with the servivce and personnel that Ive become a repeat customer with my own vehicle. I have been to Vermont Quick Lube around ten times over the last couple of years for fluid and oil changes, inspection, brakes, tires, and strut replacement, and have always had positive interactions with the people working there. Everyone is friendly and upbeat despite an often busy and unpredictable work environment. Obviously with no appointments there can be some waiting involved but in my experience the guys work pretty fast and often get things done just as fast or faster than if I made an appointment somewhere else.

They talk customers into getting services that they FR DO NOT need... because theyre all about the sales and NOT what the customer actually needs.Sad, really.. they have potential to be a great shop.. they dont treat their employees very well either and in front of customers.

I went to get an oil change today and they were all very kind and professional, knew exactly what they were doing and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. My air filter was replaced, wiper blades were dull and they gave me a discount on a new pair, as well as a free car wash! Great people and service 👍

Just charged 19 year old daughter 104 for a oil change. Called them and told me ththat they offered her two different oils to choose from talked to the salesman he said he only offered her the most expensive oil because that is all they carried manager told me he offered her both. So they got caught ripping a girl off. Please do not go terribly place that would rip off a girl not trusting.Just talk to the owner. Very nice guy . We are working on a fix. Dropped off a set of tires and new wheels (without sensors) one night and went the next day to have installed. They did exactly as expected, quickly and cheaper than most other places. Added bonus for not trying to sell/push tire sensors on me.

I came to quick lube today and the guys were amazing! They were fair, professional, took their time to explain what are the issues BUT did not try to sell me what I didnt need. The oil and fluid change took barely any time, and the were through with the inspection. And the best part of it- they all did it with a huge smile and in the end gave me a free car wash! I came to quick lube on a friends recommendation and I will never go anywhere else for these kinds of things, I am their customer and a number one fan!

Those guys there are efficient and extremely friendly had a oil chainge a air filter and they even tightened my battery back into place in less then an hour.

One morning on my 6th day of work in a row, my door lock decides to freeze up forcing me to climb out my passenger side. Knowing I needed an oil change and a state inspection on top of that, I called the guys at VT Quick Lube and the rest is absolute magic. They were closing at 1pm that day but I worked until 3pm, so what did they do? They came and picked it up so they could look at the lock most importantly. This meant so much to me as I would’ve had to wait and deal until the following Tuesday when they reopened.Not only did they change my oil like absolute PRO’s, Craig and his technicians were so amazingly kind and patient explaining what I needed to pass inspection. Not only that, they explain the one stipulation with but my own parts but encouraged me to make the right financial decisions for ME — offering to work with me on the few things one at a time. And, AND!!!! To top it off, when they returned my car, they had cleaned it up a little on the inside! Granted the running joke is my car is ‘trash mountain’ — I cried when I saw that they had done some minor quick detailing for me. Block away. Love these guys!! Will bake cookies for my next oil change in April.

I recently moved from Texas to Vermont. This was the first place I recieved service since moving. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were straight forward with me and were honest about what my car needed. They even informed me of what the process would be like switchimg my plates and registration. They also informed me of laws up here that I was unaware of, like window tint restrictions.They gave excellent customer service and me and my fiancee will definitely be coming back to use them for all of our future services.

Since I work in Customer Service, I always want to give a shout out when I receive exemplary service - which I did today! Not only was the staff respectful and courteous, they took the time to explain issues with my vehicle which unfortunately won’t pass inspection. BUT I will certainly be returning for future vehicle maintenance due to the way I was treated today. The manager, Craig, immediately came outside to greet me (even though I arrived 10 minutes before they opened) and offered me refreshments while I waited. Wes, the attendant, was very personable and respectful, as was all the staff I encountered. The waiting area is clean, inviting and stocked with refreshments, which was great! Thank you Vermont Quick Lube for excellent service today, it was greatly appreciated! You all are doing an excellent job, keep up the great work!

I called on a Wednesday (I work M-F) to get a quote for tires. The technician was friendly and provided me a good quote. I told him I would like to make an appointment for Saturday because that is my day off. He said they don’t take appointments but he would order the tires for that date.I arrived at 10 am sharp on Saturday. The general manager and all of the workers were not wearing masks (not a big deal, just noting) and we were told by the general manager to wait. There was only one person in front of us.We waited an hour and 45 mins with our entire family (3 small children) to the general manager informing us at 11:45 am that they wouldn’t be able to see us today. The option was to come back next Saturday.There was a woman who arrived after us in a pickup truck who was being serviced and we were passed over.So this was an incredible waste of time. This establishment has the poorest etiquette. They seem very discriminatory. If you don’t look like you’re from Barre (aka if you look like you could be liberal and college-educated) then you are treated very rudely and your time is wasted. They clearly don’t care about making money. If this was a business who cared about making money then they would take 800 dollars for tires instead of play games and waste time.Terrible place!! Don’t go!

My mother was having issues with her car and went somewhere else twice, that’s when I took over. I brought her car to Quick Lube and they took care of it in a half hour, if that. I came in to the shop morning to have my oil changed. In passing, I mentioned to the manager that I had been hearing a noise in the right front and that my regular mechanic found nothing. I sat in the air conditioned waiting room enjoying a cup of coffee while I waited.When my vehicle was finished, they brought me in to look at my front end. The manager had mentioned to one of the mechanics that I had been hearing a noise. Not only had they changed my oil, but had caught a fine wire that had wrapped around my axle (?) and removed it. No charge! The noise that I had been hearing for months was gone.That to me speaks of good quality customer service. They listened to what I had to say. They didnt need to check it our, but they did. Customer for life!!

Quality service is extremely important to me and I can say, without doubt, Vermont Quick Lube is a benchmark for amazing service. They go out of their way to make customers feel valued and have a great experience. The manager’s attitude, demeanor and customer focus is phenomenal. They aren’t expensive, but I would pay more for service like theirs.

VT Quick Lube hands down, has been nothing short of that! Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and a genuine concern on how they can help me on that given day. I went in last week to have my tires checked for air & given the concerns of the technicians regarding a few other things on my vehicle I left there with a free car wash and a very generous discount on services due to a death in my life. I showed up for an oil change in the morning without an appointment and was served right away. They make it easy for you as you can stay in your car during the whole process. Synthetic oil was more expensive than I expected, but they gave me a rebate coupon. The mechanic’s also gave me suggestions on what else needs work on my car but they don’t judge you if you choose not to get those serviced.

I have visited Quik Lube 3 times lately. I have received excellent, honest service from Wayne and his staff. I was kept abreast of everything going on with my repairs, even bringing me out to show me what was needed and why. There was no condescending tone or treatment because I am a female. A knowledgeable one, tho. They are quick and efficient, getting me right in and getting right to work. When there was a small issue, they were quick to show and explain why, and I had the options presented for my decision on the work.Everyone should make a point of getting things done here. Went into get an inspection done and I thank the staff that stayed late to get it done!But I pulled in at 1:30 got told it would be 2-2.5 hours and doesnt end up leaving till 5:30I would just like to stress that the staff was great the service subpar for a business that doesnt do appointments.

Always a pleasure for inspections, oil changes, and small parts replacements, and hands down the best car wash in New England. Great techs and managers, neither of which are without flaws, but generally provide an excellent experience and are very accommodating.Examples:A car wash voucher expired because the system was repeatedly closed when I tried to visit (at least once due to low ambient temperatures), and they gave me a new voucher without a second thought. They were gracious when replacing my rusty calipers to pass state inspection was too expensive, and showed no hostility when I had the work done elsewhere and came back to get the sticker. They have always been prompt about getting new parts within literally a few minutes from the nearby supplier as needed.The only cons: expensive general repairs, but for most things the service level is worth the cost; and long waits for routine (express) services during the busy (tire change) seasons, which they dont accept appointments for. Both are acceptable given the nature of their shop and their commitment to quality. Other nitpicks: the return for service in some number of miles suggestions have never matched various manufacturers recommendations, and theyve also typod the odometer readings at least once, which somewhat lessens the integrity of the service record.Oh, and their touchless car wash finishing coat is ten times better on glass and paint than RainX, SprayWay, ArmorAll, and other products that dont last as long and take more effort to apply. I cannot recommend it highly enough.Big thanks to the whole team, including the management for striving to hire and keep folks that care. Normally Im a perfectionist and dont post five-star reviews, but I think this shop deserves it.
