One star because there is no option for zero. This place has turned into a joke real quick. Brought my Jeep in for warranty work which was scheduled to be a big job and couldn’t even get a loaner car. They ended up having my Jeep way longer than they said because they ordered the wrong parts the first time. Never kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call them anytime I wanted to get an update on what’s happening with it. Then after over 2 weeks of it sitting there I get a call saying it was ready. I got there to find my battery dead. Got it started with a jumper pack to find that the mechanic messed up a bunch of wiring or an electrical module when he tore my Jeep apart so now my brake lights were stuck on. So, not only have they had it over two weeks to get it fixed now they need to keep it longer to fix stuff that wasn’t even wrong with it when I left it with them. And still can’t get a loaner car so have to miss work even longer. Barely even an apology from them though all of this. I definitely do not recommend anyone getting work done from them as the mechanics clearly don’t know what they are doing and the staff is not pleasant to deal with. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle there.

Disappointed as we had the oil changed and the person who.changed the oil left grease footprints on my light colored carpet. They cleaned them after I complained

We recently drove down from Burlington to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Kona. Absolutely fantastic experience with Midstate from beginning to end. We worked with Charay, who had responded to our initial inquiry several months ago. She was very patient and never pushed (we were looking at a number of different options at a variety of dealerships before settling on the Kona). She was extraordinarily responsive to all of our many emails and really took the time to help us get what we wanted. Once we decided on a Kona, she found us the exact model we wanted (color, options, etc.) at an out of state dealer and had it on Midstates lot within a week. During a very tough time for car buyers, when prices were high everywhere, Midstate beat the competition by $700. Financing was at a great rate. And everything was super transparent. No hidden costs, no changes from their original quote. A fantastic experience all around. We would definitely purchase from them again, even though there are other dealers closer to us. Thank you!

Heaven forbid youre on vacation and need help under warranty. Let me help with how you should have handled this. Ask for the VIN and look it up yourself. Protip, go to Goss or Key both of which have been exceptional to deal with. Ram has a good product right now but dealerships like Midstate are an anchor to the brand succeeding.

I had been searching for Jeeps outside of Vermont for a week thinking Id get a better deal and selection than I would in VT. Boy was I wrong! Thankfully, I found my perfect 2 door Wrangler at Midstate! Paul helped me thru the sales process from test drive to the final paperwork with professionalism and exceptional service the whole way. Although I was not able to close a deal with Craig and his team, I strongly suggest giving them an opportunity to provide you with quality customer care and a new vehicle - the issue that stalled our deal was our trade-in had debt. If it wasnt for our lease being debt-heavy the deal would have been made. This team of salesmen are genuine: - respectful, honest... just no games. There is still the art-of-a-deal that will unfold, but overall, they started off reasonable in their offer, so arriving at a fair deal wouldnt take much.

I had to give one star, because not giving any stars was not an option. I brought my Jeep, (that I purchased from Midstate,) up for a service issue and was appalled at the service I was given. I had called quite a few times to see what I needed to do since I assumed protocols were different at this time. I showed up and no one knew why I was there, and were unaware that I needed a loaner car. I spent more time then necessary inside while he pulled up my information and attempted to find me a loaner car. Many employees inside were not wearing any masks, or following any of the new guidelines recommended. I then waited outside another 10 minutes while they looked for the car they were supposed to give me. I dropped off a 2016 Jeep and was given a 2013 Hyundai in return. The car had not been clean before I was given it and was in worse shape then the car I dropped off. Instead of giving my a different car, I rented a different car myself from a rental place. They charged me $500 for the issue they swear they fixed, and when I got my car back in my possession, I realized the issue was in fact not fixed. When I called them back to tell them, they acted as if it could not possibly be true, as if I was lying to them. They took my car again and told me they couldnt find the issue and didnt believe it was still in fact acting up. When I spoke to the Service director about my initial issues, he came off as very rude, didnt respect my issues, and then went on to blame me for the issues with my car. The customer service I received at this dealership was horrendous. I spent $500 for them to fix an issue that they never actually fixed, and told me there was nothing else they could do. I wont be returning to this dealership again, and I wont be referring anyone that I know to do business here. Their lack of care and compassion for their customers was unimaginable.

Great team to work with when leasing a new vehicle. Went in unsure whether to get a 2019 Jeep Compass or 2019 Jeep Cherokee and Jon and Paul did a great job walking through both vehicles, including test drives of each. Ultimately decided to lease the Cherokee and cant say enough how easy the team was to work with. It was a no pressure experience, and came out extremely well-informed and loving our decision. Ed Ryder made my husbands first experience purchasing a car in the US incredible. For the first time ever in my many years driving there was no pressure. Ed actually listened and cared about our bottom line not his financial gain. That was the most refreshing and delightful experience ever. He was funny and a complete joy to work with.

I had a lot of friends who told me that mid-state Dodge was really good and great that they helped them but I went there for a brand new vehicle I had money in hand to put down on a vehicle that day and I sat there for a good 2 hours went through all their paperwork did everything that they wanted me to just to get called and told that I had to go back and finish filling out paperwork that they had missed. The person that I had dealt with was very rude it seemed like he didnt care about my situation and the fact that I needed a car right then and right there he didnt seem like he cared that I had money to get a vehicle right there and then and overall I went there to see a certain person and that person pushed me to another person which I thought was very rude and very inconsiderate since my friends have dealt with a certain person and they recommended me that certain person overall I think midstate Dodge is a joke and Im happy with the vehicle that I had found sooner than they could have gotten me into a vehicle

Pitiful. All that needed to be done to purchase their most prized vehicle was make a phone call to my state to get tags transfered and they lost the sale bc they were too lazy. I was insulted by presumption that I couldn’t afford their vehicle, I was not called back 3x’s in the general process of buying this vehicle, I was hung up on by their finance manager then apologized to by his manager. This place is an absolute joke & they do NOT have any interest in selling vehicles unless it works for them in the easiest way possible. I didn’t really need this vehicle which makes my experience a hilarious mind-boggling circus of an ordeal. My advice?: go to anywhere but this shack of clowns to buy your vehicle. Theyre too busy chasing their tail to sell any cars haha !! Unless you need a good laugh, then by all means.......

This is by far the best dealership I have experienced! My salesmen, Cody Barclay, started the process with me through email, then came in on his day off because it was the only day that worked for me. They got me into a great truck at a very reasonable price! The other salesmen were also visiting with us and making the whole experience great. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had anywhere by a long shot! I am a disabled veteran and was lucky enough to have gotten to work with Tim Gray while buying my car, hes not only a really nice person, but hes a veteran too. He actually got me the car I really wanted and needed but thought was way out of my price range, but working with Craig and David they all figured out rebates and interest rates & got me my perfect car for the price I wanted and could afford and included in the price the GAP protection and the extended warranty for the full 84 months of the loan bumper to bumper! I dont know about other people, but over prepared rather than under prepared is the way I like to do things. They really did an amazing and to be honest almost unbelievable deal for me, I will highly recommend them to everyone!In all my years of buying cars I had never had a salesman sit me down in a car before I left to make sure I knew where everything was and how to use it, they made the sale and they usually didnt know when I asked, I didnt have to ask here Tim sat me down in the car and went over everything! Just bought a truck from salesman Jeff Halls a few days ago, very friendly and down to earth guy. Definitely the one to talk to if you decide to go through Midstate Hyundai. Very happy with the service recieved from the dealership and especially Jeff himself.

I think its important to know that this dealership does not respect grieving elderly people. When I spoke to the salesman Cote about not calling my grandmother regarding co signing for a family member he proceeded to tell me how he had spoken to her earlier and she said yes. Well, of course when she was alone, grieving and confused she participated in the conversation (which is why he thinks she said yes - she never said yes) but she never wanted to partake in any of this. I told Cote that his response was not appropriate and that he should honor the death of my grandfather and move on. I did hang up on him because I was so frustrated over his lack of compassion. But it didnt end there. Following my phone call with Cote he proceeded to call the other involved family member and tell them I was unprofessional. Unprofessional!?! I had witnesses to my side of the conversation who all believe I reacted appropriately to his lack of compassion. I know he has a job to do in order to put food on his table but at what cost? My elderly grandmother while shes grieving the death of my grandfather? Or putting more of a divide in my family because he cant take no for an answer and thinks I was unprofessional.

They tried to get me a loan with 8 different places when I went to them with the loan. Now I have all those hard hits on my credit. Thats not right. I bought a 2018 in 2019 full price They did not offer me a single inch better price. Took all they could. Its a shame

Did not have a good experience with this dealership and I would be careful. Got an online price quote on a new Dodge Ram 1500. Had 3 phone calls to the dealership to answer a few questions. Everything was fine up until this point. I called to verify the salesman was going to be there and proceeded to drive 1 hr from my house to purchase the truck. The salesman Cody sat me at the table and for 1/2 an hour he typed and went back and forth with his manager Craig. I expected by this time I would be buying a truck, but was handed back the email with the price quote I had received and a new price that was over 2k higher. (adding error on their part) I would of bought the truck from my local dealer based on this price. There was no honoring of the price given, or apology made for wasting my time. I would of expected at the minimum something like this, Im sorry we messed up, lets see what we can figure out. So I left for my hour drive home not wanting to spend over 2k more than I expected. Check the price you sign for ... it may not be what you thought it was going to be ..

We purchased our 2017 Jeep the beginning of April, we had a great experience with our salesman Steven Drill and team. Charay took excellent care of us. We got a 2016 nissan rogue and she got us a great price and was with us the entire process.
