I visited this tire Warehouse when tires I received from another Tire warehouse were not installed correctly. Joe the manager fixed the problem. I told him he was the guy I was taking my car to for my tires. I like the nitrogen package since I do see the difference in tire wear as well as a smoother drive and Tire Warehouse is the only tire place that offers this. I am back for the winter changeover on new winter tires. Getting the nitrogen and tire protection package for all 4. Joe and his team at Tire Warehouse are the best. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to address the issue right away. It was a really snowy and sloppy day and I needed to drive about 80 miles. Needless to say, I didn’t want a flat in a snowstorm. Joe and his team really hooked me up. I would recommend Tire Warehouse in Berlin to anyone and everyone and I’m always coming back.

Such great service today! I went in with two sets of tires and really had no idea what kind of condition they were in, ready to buy new snow tires (I know nothing about tires!!--which was obvious!) They quickly assessed that my tires were all in great condition, no purchase necessary. And gave me a two-for-one discount on my winter wipers, and a reference for a reputable nearby mechanic for other issues. Maybe it says something about my cynicism that I was so impressed to be treated with such honesty. Anyway, Ill be buying my next set of tires with you all!! Thanks !!

I had a fast leaking tire at 5:15pm, and they were the only ones open until 6. I got there by 5:45 and they put on a new tire (while rotating them so the mismatched one would be in the back) right before they closed and I was out of there by 6! Great and quick service.

Levi got us in and out with new ties all installed on her Kona in 45 minutes flat also had a great conversation about cars.

Came here with a flat tire and they fit me into their busy schedule, Levi and Joe were very nice and professional. Would recommend, would come back again.

Great service! I have come to tire warehouse twice. Once to buy a set of tires and once when I had a hole in my tire on a Saturday. I’m not going to go anywhere else from now on! My first experience was great I had a very friendly women who walked me though my purchase and really helped me choose the tires that were the best fit for me. The second time Joe helped me and was phenomenal. Their hours are super convenient and their service is speedy. I’m beyond pleased and so are my tires :)

On our way home to Vermont we got a screw in our tire and stopped here. The workers were very pleasant and they got us in right away. They were able to fix our tire in a timely manner and provided some of the best customer service we have ever received.

Traveling from out of state and we have a slow leak from a valve stem. Guy wouldn’t even look at it and said we could leave car and he could do tomorrow. It takes a huge valve stem and he would not even check to see if he had it.

On my way to Burlington from Lyndon, a bolt went through my new tire. I was stranded a long way from home. I found Tire Warehouse in Berlin. I had purchased my tires from Tire Warehouse in Littleton, NH earlier in the spring. The manager, Joe, was awesome and explained that, although they were very busy, they would get me in. Not only were they able to patch my tire, but they checked all my other tires as well. I was then informed to my surprise and relief that because I had purchased my tires from their sister store, there was no charge of their tire protection plan. They got me safely on my way to see my uncle in ther ICU and back home, making a long, stressful day much less stressful. Excellent service, kind, knowledgeable people. And a company that sticks to their word! Thank you guys!

I called last Wednesday and was told that my tires would be in by Friday. It is now 8 days later and they have not placed the order. They are now saying that I should put down a deposit for the tires which was never mentioned previously. They also told me that I was calling the wrong store. What a joke. I will never use your services again.

By far the NICEST tire place/tire people I’ve ever gone to. Joe greeted my mother and I with a smile and a ready-to-help attitude! He gave us answers QUICKLY- which seems to be rare for tire shops- and explained what we needed to know (he even brought the tire out to show us what was up with it)! He gave beyond exceptional service, made sure we got in and out and soon as we could (and even gave us a deal!), and was very, VERY nice to both of us the entire time we were there. 10/10 would recommend this place over any others in the area (and I’ve been to almost all of them in the Barre/Berlin area)!

I was in desperate need of tires, mine were bald with the wire sticking out. I was in and out of the tire warehouse in 20 minutes. The guys working on my car were fast, efficient, kind, and funny. They helped me feel safe to drive in my car and were so beyond helpful with all my questions(I even learned something!). The prices were amazing on top of everything. 18/10 service. If you don’t go to the tire warehouse for your next tire service you’re making a big mistake.

The Berlin, VT, Tire Warehouse provided excellent service for me again today. Everyone Ive dealt with there has been very helpful and friendly, and are great at giving whats needed at a fair price with no oversell. I definitely recommend this location.

BUYER BEWARE:I was charged $250 to mount 2 rear 4x4 tires. After less than 2 hours of light use moving wood to split, a tire fell completely off the rim. I called tire warehouse & they told me they were busy & would not even look at it for days. Only go here if you don’t care about the service you recieve.

Joe at tire Warehouse, was incredible with his customer service. Came in to repair a damaged tire on a Nissan pickup, and was in and out very quickly. Leaving with an extremely pleasant experience. From top to bottom the entire staff was very personable & professional. Highly recommended and will deffinetly be a return customer!!!

This is a fantastic place for any type of tire service in Central Vermont. I highly recommend it! The manager is very personable and the service is excellent and quick. The guys at Tire Warehouse in Berlin are fantastic!! I stopped there today after being told by several places that the horrible noise in my car was from my tires. They checked out my car, test drive, etc...and said not your tires, instead its a bad wheel bearing. They could have easily sold me another set of tires, but instead they diagnosed the problem at no cost. I will ABSOLUTELY go to them when ever I need to purchase tires or have a tire change over done. They are so pleasant, helpful and HONEST!

Showed up with a hole in my tire, the guys here were able to get me right in and fixed up...im only bringing my truck to them when I need tire service...they are the best!

Had a bolt in my tire, causing a slow leak. They were able to get me in right away for a repair. My wife and I started bringing our vehicles here for tire changeovers and have been very happy with the friendly staff and the ability to schedule appointments ahead of time when needed.

I was in there about a week ago the asst manager Rick was so fast and efficient and went out and looked at my tires and fixed a flat I had it was closing time and Rick made sure he stayed longer to fix my flat and made sure I made it home safe I have never been there before but will definitely go back for any tire help I need thanks to Rick helping me with my tire and the knowledge he had about tires if I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Second time in less than a month that a rock had punctured my tire. I took it both times to Tire Warehouse and they did a great job. They even patched it the second time for free since I was just here! Definitely recommend them.

I previously left a 5 star review for this store, after purchasing 4 tires and rims the manager was very helpful,1100.00 dollars helpful,I recently made an appointment to have my winter tires put back on,I made the appointment 5 weeks in advance because of the difficulty of unloading my car and loading my tires and rims, when I arrived I was told very rudely that I had no appointment,I waited for 45 minutes for the manager who made my appointment to arrive thinking everything would be straightend out, instead I was told to either leave my car or come back during my work week losing several hours work.His mistake,my mistake thinking it would be taken care of in a professional manner,he dismissed me by saying moving on in front of the other customers.I have been doing business in this area for over 40 years and will happy to pass the word on how I was treated here.

Great Service! Friendly and easy to talk to.Out of state and needed help on Memorial Day Weekend. Despite how busy and packed their schedule was agreed to patch our tire and fit us in sometime in the day. Two hours later vehicle was ready.

Super easy to make an appointment online; this helped expedite the process because they had all of the information they needed before I showed up. Threw in free nitrogen fill with a review. Been using this store for a few years. They always give good advice, and never try to upsell me on tires. They listen to what I want, rather than telling me what they want. I was really impressed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to fix a puncture I had recently.

I went to tire warehouse after my tire pressure light on my 2 day old car wouldnt go out. The dealer used nitrogen and I knew they were the only ones around that had it. Once i explained what was going on, they brought my car into the bay and discovered I had a nail in my tire. I was so upset because i left the dealer with this nail in my car tire. They fixed my tire and put my mind at ease. They were beyond professional and I appreciate it so much!

Update: Issues I was having with tires/vehicle after changeover were not attributed to any work that Tire Warehouse performed. My all season tires (which had 7K miles) were completely worn out due to an alignment I had at the place I purchased them. After calling and speaking with a tech at Tire Warehouse, they suggested the reason this could have happened. Helpful info. It was also great service for the corporate entity to reach out and inquire about what had gone wrong with my first experience.

Great customer service. I tore a hole in my rubber boot and a friend referred me to these guys to get it fixed with a vulcanized patch. I stopped by and they got it done for me in about 20 min and it worked great. If I need tires or another boot fix I know who to call.

Brought our car down to fix a slow leak in one of the tires. The manager had it plugged for free,due to my being a Military Veteran. This is something I never expected. The man on the phone hung up on me.I have a case where my tires may have a bad belt (a previous mechanic said this) and there arent many tire service centers that have a road force machine to test for things like bad belts or out of round wheels. This Tire Warehouse has such a machine. But it will take me 6 hrs to get my vehicle there because its far from where I live (2.5-3 hrs one way). So I wanted to hear some information about how they would diagnose the tire and likely costs. Mainly, I wanted to know this to feel reassured that they can actually fix the tire and/or that it is actually likely a tire problem in his expert opinion.I only asked about 3 questions and he said in response to the last question, Im a busy man, if you want to come down here and make an appointment, we can talk more. I said, I understand. Its just that it takes me 6 hrs to get my vehicle there. So I want to be reassured that you can fix it before I take the time. Is it possible I could call you another time when youre less busy. To which he responded, I got a line in front of me, if you want to come down and make an appointment for tomorrow and come down we can talk more. and then he hung up the phone.I cannot recommend this service center.

Called midday Friday to see if these guys could put on a new set of tires for my SUV, they told me to stop down anytime. I stopped in a few hours later with tires I had supplied myself and they were cool with putting them on right away, no problems. After a quick stop at the grocery store I got a call from tire warehouse that the work was complete. It was a very good way to start my holiday weekend and new tires are always a plus on road trips!

Not sure I got a good balancing job. TINY window into bay area was covered over. Made me feel like they didnt want me to watch what was going on. Other places like Discount Tire have enormous windows and encourage you to look - just cant go in the bay.

The guys @ the Berlin VT, very easy and professional to work...go above and beyond to find you what you need or want with a very quick turnaround time...my tires came in a day early and they even managed to move my appointment a day ahead a spur of the moment so I would have my nice brand new studded winter tires. Now it will be a much safer ride on our way to Santas Village this weekend!!! Have a wonderful Christmas 🎄
