Best and most reasonable tire place in town in my opinion. Its hard to take mechanics at their word these days, but the guys at Big O are usually pretty straight forward and reliable!

Great service! Guys had me in and out in no time and paid no attention to my emotional melt down over my tire. Lol!!Only complaint was they didn’t put the spare tire back underneath my van, but hey they didn’t take it down. Word for the wise. If you have a Toyota van the tire is underneath on the passenger side. Have to lift up a small cutout of the carpet in the middle row seatings foot area.

Did the work that was needed fast and accurately. Very courteous and friendly employees.

Always super helpful when I have to come get tires. Oil change didnt take too long. They also got my car to stop shaking. Much appreciated!

Sorry. And I mean thats my rating for the man at the desk... I Pulled in here about an hour and half ago with a tire loosing air so quick I could hear it leaking. Told the guy behind the counter that I was from out of town (louisville) and had a five oclock meeting. He didnt even offer to air the tire up. I told him its a fast leak and that the tire would be too flat to drive it soon. ANY OTHER PLACE would have seen the urgency of my situation... Not this guy. Hes Mr control freak and has been passive aggressively putting off having my truck looked at since I pointed out the urgency of the situation. Not only have I been waiting all this time and still not been waited on but Im pretty sure hes had a couple vehicles seen ahead of mine.How far down this place has spiraled since I lived here thirty years ago.The managers from those days would be appalled.

We have been using Big O in Bardstown for many years. Their service is excellent. We have never had an issue. They have been honest in their assessment of any questions that we have had.

Was told there would be an hour wait...waited for 2 hours and they were JUST then pulling my car in. I said forget it because I had to go to work. I will just have to get what i need done at another place. I dont have time to waste a whole day just to figure out a slow leak in my tire.

This was the 3rd set of tires I’ve bought there and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else at this point. Consistently great product and outstanding service. A real class act!!!

I love this place. Gentleman at desk as you enter name is Richard. A very good guy my opinion. He goes extra mile to help. Always has an answer no matter how busy he is and I have seen Big O Tires packed Richard had everything under control and always pleasant with a smile!!!!💯💯💯💯👍

Their slogan reads, “Lowest Tire Price Guarantee.” However, you will find the exact same tires on several competitors sites much cheaper-Amazon, Tires factory Direct, WalMart, etc. Big O will only match prices from stores they choose to price match. That’s weak! They say it’ll cost you more because of mounting, valves, etc., this too is a Big O untruth. Don’t waste your time, shop around and get a better deal on the same tire elsewhere.

This place never has time to change tires for me till the following day even if the wheel is off the car nice to know u dont care about ur customers

Went to have a tire fixed. Wouldnt hold air. Fixed tire,no problem with that,so far. However,they did not listen at all when I asked them to please make sure that they matched air pressure in fixed tire to the other ones. I know my car I drive it EVERYDAY!! I also am very aware that the tires I have on it will hold up to 52 pounds. I keep them at 42 to 44. It rides smoother and allows for pressure differences while on the road. They proceed to let 10 pounds out of the other 3. Now I leave I have 35 to 37 pounds in each tire!! And it feels like Im riding on the rims! I then have to stop and put desired pressure back in them myself! Did not appreciate being blown off and treated as if I was stupid. I have been driving it since I bought it brand new. I know my car and I know what I like! I know what the inside of the door panel says and I also know how to look on the tire itself. If you would have listened to me and not ignored me as you did you would have known that I knew exactly what I was talking about!!

This is the ONLY place I take my car for oil changes and tire needs. The people are very quick, efficient, and professional. Great prices.

Excellent service!! Picked up a screw in my tire on Sunday, called this morning & Randy said he could fix @ 4 & I was on my way in 20 minutes. Now thats service & the reason Ive been buying Big O tires for 38 yrs & will continue to recommend to others.

Fast, honest service. Went in thinking I needed new brakes and rotors turned. It was only a hole in one Tire and Brake rust issue . Fixed Tire and barely charged. Great Salt of the earth people.

Went there with my daughter car and my husband car dropped them off they told me a hour and a half it was 3 hours later and they still weren’t done and I have tried 3 other times customer service is bad and the don’t listen. They need to learn respect to customers and how to tell the truth. I feel like I wasted a $1100.00 on tires we should have went to Michaels. They stand behind their stuff and don’t lie to their customers.

Told me have my truck in 40 min for oil change and rotation took 2 hours. Then charges me 33 bucks for something I didnt ask for. Left geese all over my doors. Grease on every wheel but 1. Left valve stem cap off.

Fast friendly service, the service writers listen well and make sure all notes are passed on to technicians. My only complaint is that this location is the only place I have my tires worked on or removed and I am missing a lot of lug nuts for my custom wheels, but they did put on some generic lug nuts that let the studs show.

I wouldnt go there!! Went to get just a simple oil change, told them thats all I want done bot to do tire rotation or anything else on the coupon I had. They took my air filter out and both my windshield wipers and told me I needed to get them replaced. I told them please dont worry about it I dont need anything done at this time just the oil changed and to please put them back on my car. Its hrs later an Im driving down the road at 65 miles per hour and its raining so we turn wipers on an there is none! They didnt put them back on my car so noe wondering if the air filter was put back in to. Im so mad Ive got 2 kids in the car to

Great service time after time.

Had trouble with a broken wheel stud that was broke off so low I couldnt punch it out without flattening it. I dropped it off with a new wheel stud and 45 minutes later good as new, very helpful and cheap.

Horrible experienceI went in for an oil change. I told them I have a kill switch installed and showed them how to start the car. The mechanic ignores my instructions and rips the wiring out from the dash to disconnect the kill switch. They did the oil change, but didnt tell me there was live wires dangling under my dash. I noticed them when I went to pull away. The management apologized, but the mechanic said it was my fault. I got to rewire my dash because of this place.

I ve been customer since the late eightys have seen numorous managers, who hav become worse over the years they hire flunkies techs.ive it seen it all there. From damage tires for warenty claims to up selling front end parts,wrong weight and scratch chrome rims, now they try to doge the famous over priced big o warrenty that cost twice as much all other tires ,they r idiots and when u call the corpate office with a problem u find it s a national smoke screen the federal trade office should pass laws to stop companies like these from praticing .

Horrible Service. I dropped my car off for oil change and tire rotation. They broke my wheel lock and did not even offer to get me a new one or discount my oil change. Also when I got my vehicle back there were grease stains on the leather seat.
