This place is great!!! And the people are all great! Have gone here for years - quick service and fair prices!!! Just pure quick care!

It took me awhile to find out all they do. They have always done good work at a fair price. The first time I went there to get a second estimate they resolved the problem and advised me I did not need any parts. And did not charge me for something I had paid another place to do. I have moved to another town. There are many closer placed. However I will drive there as they have earned my loyalty with the way they have taken care of my wife and I.

UPDATE: The owner, Bryan, personally stopped by my house to discuss the situation with me and to explain what had happened. Because the other big express oil change shop in town just went out of business, Quick Care ran out of oil—the specific one that my car needed)—and the shipment hasnt come in yet.He offered me a free oil change next time I come in, which was a really nice gesture. He also explained the zipped it up comment which was a Iziptie they replaced. That made me feel a lot better and more secure.Given the circumstances, Ill definitely be giving them another shot! Customer service was excellent all the way around and the visit from the owner is something I can honestly say Ive never had happen.I appreciate the extraordinary effort and care shown.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was my first (and last) time coming here. They were friendly enough (so its not a one-star review!) but... it was not a good experience. I went in for an oil change. AFTER draining the oil from my car, they realized—and this is the most 2020 thing ever—that they were out of oil. (If youre waiting for the punchline, no, really, the oil change place was out of oil.)The truck was supposed to come yesterday but hadnt come. Why this suddenly crossed their minds AFTER draining my oil is beyond my mortal comprehension.They literally had to leave, go buy oil somewhere (Auto Zone? Dollar Tree? Who knows?), return (they sometimes get lost coming up the hill, I swear and Im thinking, wait, what? How do your own employees get lost returning to their own place of employment? And how often do you have to send them out for oil like this?!), and then fill my oil through a funnel like youd do yourself at home.While sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, I had plenty of time to look around the shop. The boxes of air filters looked like theyd been collecting dust for decades. It did not inspire confidence.To top it off right before I pulled away, the person who changed my oil said, Im pretty sure I got that zipped on there pretty tight. If my car dumps all its oil in a week, I guess I wont be surprised.All in all, about the worst first experience one could have. I wont be back.Friendly workers, though!

I was referred by a friend to come here because I was going to Valvoline for a few years. Seriously if you go to Valvoline youre getting ripped off, plus they dont check your fluids or tire pressure or from my last few services they stopped doing it. Here they check the tire pressure and fluids while they work on the oil change. Very professional and good quality for the oil that they use which is penzoil.
