Why do none of the U haul locations answer their phone? We ordered a trailer hitch and wiring harness on 04/28/2021. It is now 06/15/2021, and I am currently on hold calling yet again trying to get the parts we ordered. The local location will not answer the phone, according to the National Customer Service Center, the part is there, but we cannot reach the local store to get the part picked up. Numerous attempts have been made to reach this location, and also the location on Summer St. in Bangor, but have been unable to get anyone to answer their phones.

Great place to get everything you need to move. They have climate controlled storage units. And the staff is great to work with. Thank you!!

Pretty aggravated. I tried to call to rent a storage unit and couldnt get anyone on the phone. I drove to the building to check availability and was completely ignored by the staff person...didnt even make eye contact with me. She was helping another customer which I understand, but she could have said Ill be right with you...waved ... anything, nope. Just walked out of the store to assist him and left me standing there in the line. Im not really all about people treating me like I dont exist when Im literally chasing them down and trying to GIVE them money so....I walked out.I have another unit (currently with U-Haul in another town) that I will be transferring to the new unit I rented today with U-Hauls competition who has time to speak to current/prospective customers.My advice to anyone else...theres a great place on Stillwater ave. that rents trucks and units...call them instead.

Good service. After a minor billing issue manager Heidi was professional and went above and beyond to set things right and trusted my word. I recommend this location.

I made a reservation and got there on time, and I was told that they don’t have my parts and that I should go and find the parts somewhere else. so that is what I did and when I came back they gave me an estimate time of 30 minutes to an hour but I had to wait for 3 hours... it was terrible service. and the staff was disrespectful as well.
