After being sent all around Bangor, we live in Ellsworth and my mother was doing all of this for me while I was working, Whited WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for helping my mom with all of this. She is super strong and awesome but you guys went above and beyond to help us yesterday and today!!! We are so grateful for the help and getting us in quickly and really taking the time to go over the items the last place said were terrible. I am so appreciative for the help also since I couldnt be there with my mom for these appointments and I was so worried that she had to run around town in my Class A. I just wanted to leave a great review so others could know how awesome you guys are and how helpful you are with RVs!!

Traveling this summer in Maine from Texas, towing my 16k# fifth wheel with a 2019 f-350 dually with 18,500 miles. I began experiencing horrible front end shaking (death wobble) over last ten days whenever we hit bumps going 45+ which is often on the lousy roads we have. Called a dealer in the area and they told me the truck would need to sit for four days in quarantine before they fixed it. Crazy.But Whited was able to get me in for service the same week, had a 10am appointment and was out before 11am. Mike in service was “wicked awesome”. Everything was covered under warranty.When I got in my truck there was a sign letting me know the truck had been sanitized. That is the way to do it!!Thanks Whited Ford Service for great professional service!

A very smooth transaction buying a used truck from Tony. Paperwork was ready when I arrived. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Truck ended up having a lot of issues right after buying it. Was sold as is with no sticker, and was told all their used trucks were sold that way, which I have later learned may not be true.

My experience with Whited Ford was very poor. I made a very fair cash offer on a well used truck that needed a fair amount of work. They would not counter my offer at all. They proceeded to tell me how much the engine is worth at a junk yard and other irrelevant information. When I pointed out the issues with the truck (to make it safe and road worthy) they became hostile and argumentative. I had cash in hand and would have made this purchase if the sales department would have been willing to move on the price at all.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!! I purchased a ford F-750 out of state, and wanted them to go through it- bumper to bumper. Got it back with no air filters, front wheel-bearings still needing to be done, and front end locked in 4wd.Terrible service. I expected a lot more from a dealer, especially after dumping 10k into labor and parts.Waste of time. Waste of money.

Notified at 5:30 last Fri night that my 2013 Raptor was ready for pickup. Had a downshift problem that 2011-12 were recalled for and had them complete a tune up service also. Drove the 30 miles to pick it up and upon arrival, asked if they did military discount. Phil, in parts, told me yes, but he couldnt adjust the bill as it had already been completed. Id have to call back and talk to service manager, Mike. Mike related not in 23 years had they done that. I related that I as the customer was informing him as the mgr, what I was told. Further, upon picking up the truck, the inside windows had water on them and there were dryer sheets in the rear driver door. I asked why and his response was dont know nothing about dryer sheets.So, to recap, lied to twice....Heard bad things about Darling with respect to Raptors so thought Id go to Whited instead. Probably a bad decision, that wont be repeated.Tow company had no reason. Only drove on/off...buck passing....
