With everyone being so busy, Mike was nice enough to take a fee minutes to at least look under the hood and visually diagnose the issue. Hes got my business.

They do excellent work. They are very helpful and professional. In recent years they have recharged my AC on my car, changed out a radiator on my F-350 Super Duty, and most recently applied Rust Check on my new truck body.

The owner, Mike, worked on the air conditioning in our 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. He located the leak and repaired it for $150. He also fixed a battery terminal while he was at it. Were pleased with the results.

Great Service! Passing through Bangor and needed to have the AC recharged. I called from the road and they took us right away. Done in about 20 minutes. Prices all posted in the office, so you know up front what the charge will be. Family owned business. Owner is right there working on the cars. Made recommendations for other service by our own mechanic once we get home. Ill go there again if ever in the area and need service.

Great customer service. Took my car there for AC service because it had quit and when I left worked great and then didnt after a few minutes. I stopped back in there and they had it working again in a matter of minutes. Cant ask for more than that.

I had a great experience with Bangor Radiator. I had to get a coolant leak in my 2003 Jetta fixed, and they did an excellent job in a timely manner. The cafe beside the auto shop was also top notch and a great environment to be in while waiting for the cars repairs (10/10 comfortable couches).I would highly recommend Bangor Radiator, for their fast service and friendly customer engagement!

Poor service. Took our radiator to get dipped in acid to be cleaned. After several weeks of waiting they said it was done. When we got in back and took it home, it was quite obvious it was dipped. There was still trash and gunk all through the radiator. To top everything else off, the paint it after its dipped. It was evident the radiator was paint only a few hours before picked it up (we called ahead of time). It was a poor paint job, the paint was still wet when we got it, half the paint smeared off in the box it was given back it. Whoever spray painted it missed spot and even took the cap off the radiator and got pain down in it. Called to address the issue and refused to take responsibility. Horrible service and experience. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car here for an oil change. I was quoted for an oil change. I come back and he added the price of an air filter on top of the oil change without telling me he was going to put one in or that he was going to add that to my bill. When confronting him about it he screamed across the building threatening to rip it out and put my old one in. He approached me still shouting asking if I wanted him to rip it out, told me he wasnt in a good mood as he hit me on the back very hard three times while walking by me. Hes lucky I didnt knock his teeth out for touching me. The owner is unprofessional and I will NEVER go back there again.

Honesty, skilled and great value. The customer service is outstanding.

Left the vehicle in the morning but had to wait for 2 days. Still paint was not dry when took the vehicle. Who work here wear dirty dress and spoiled my seats by smearing grease. Wont explain the problem and he shouts the response from across the building and wont even acknowledge when you walk into it. Looks like need more people and totally unprofessional approach. I will not recommend this.

Took my 2011 Prius here last summer for a second opinion after getting a hard to swallow estimate from Downeast Toyota. My A/C condenser unit was punctured by a rock or foreign object (Maine highways are full of crap) which caused all the refrigerant to leak out. Bangor Radiators quote was half what the dealer wanted to charge me. Once the part came in a week later I brought my vehicle in. While waiting I worked remotely in the cafe/lounge with wifi, and the car was ready in 3 hours. The owner looked at the original estimate and he discounted it even further because it took his mechanic less time than quoted. Hows that for an honest business? My A/C works great and I will definitely call on Bangor Radiator for my next service.
