The experience from the beginning with Paul to F & I with Cody to Bruce who went over lots of details was awesome! Their customer service & attention to detail was spot on and so good to see still exists during a time when businesses are faced with more challenges than ever. I’ve heard so many good things about the customer service at Quirk Chrysler and this week I got to experience it! I bought my vehicle from Central Maine, my family has always done business with them and unfortunately I haven’t been getting the greatest business out of them. A part broke on my Jeep and they couldn’t see me until the end of September and wanted my vehicle for the day. My father in law told me to call Quirk and I am SO HAPPY I did, Wayne and Frank were awesome to talk with and were able to get me in and my vehicle fixed within a couple days! I know this doesn’t always work out this way but even if it didn’t I have gained a lot of appreciation and respect from this business and I will gladly be going back when I trade in next year!

Quick service. Excellent customer service and the prices were reasonable. I always choose Quirks for all my vehicles service needs and also oil changes and tire rotations. They never try to sell me add on services unless my vehicle truly needs it. I actually leased my car at a different dealership but I still choose to go to them for services.

The service was for a factory recall. I made an initial appointment on-line, using the recall info and my car VIN. The day of the appointment, I was there for 1.5 hours when they told me they did not have the part. The following week I was called, the part was in and replaced. The 1st visit was a waste of my time which could have been avoided, the 2nd visit was fine. The staff we helpful both times.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The only issue is when Correy called to ask how I was enjoying the Charger, I asked if he knew why the screen would go blank when I turned off the radio. The first thing he asked was why would I want something else to be on the screen (to that effect). I mentioned the 200s screen would stay on when the radio on/off button was pressed. He said he would look into it and will get back with me on the answer. To this date, I have not heard from him. However, I was able to figure how to keep the screen on when I did not want to listen to the radio. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Work with Dale due to ABS, Traction Control and Trailer Brake issue and he was extremely professional and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Since this was my first Diesel truck he also took the time to answer a few questions regarding the best fluids to use. The service department was extremely slow in returning calls to schedule the initial appointment. Rarely returning calls.... when they did it was days later. I scheduled the service for the 12 day period i would be on vacation to allow ample time to address my list of concerns. I had to call them for an update. They did NOT address my list of concerns they addressed two issues of the 6. When i finally was able to reach someone to figure out what they had done they said they were unable to find the issue and suggested i take the vehicle for a second opinion. Which is ludicrous. Clearly they need better trained mechanics and certainly they need better leadership in the service department as they were very unprofessional and not timely or informative with my calls. I am sure Dodge will be quite disappointed to hear of this representation as well. Will not return to this dealership for service and certainly not to purchase. Customer Service should be number 1 priority and it is very clearly not the case.

My wife and I have been married 35 years. We have bought may vehicles in our 35 years of being married. This was the first time that we bought a vehicle at Quirk. My wife was so excited to get her new jeep, because she had not had a new vehicle in 12 years. We had bought new vehicles from another dealership in Bangor. We noticed that they were happy to sell us a new vehicle, but when we had problems, they were not there to take care of the problems. My dad was a service manager at Bangor Dodge for 30 years. I saw first hand how important service is to a customer, and I have never forgot that.My wife is so happy with her 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I would highly recommend to any one looking for a new vehicle to buy it from Quirk.

Both places told me that the brakes are fine even though they obviously were unsafe to drive.The guys at Quirk was able to tell us exactly what we needed to get our Jeep back and running with no issues! Was there for 5 hours the first day.....oild change, rotate tires and fix rear door latch...they then finally say they have to order part...which is fine. Second day...there for the latch...4 hours later, they say its fixed. I pick up my vehicle and go to home depot and went to put a 50 pound bag in the rear door and the latch was not fixed. It was doing same thing. Now I have to go back to have it fixed again. I would have to say they didnt test the door before saying it was fixed.

The experience was exceptionally poor when I came in and purchased my vehicle, there was little to no communication on the side of the dealership and they ran my credit through multiple sources when I specifically asked for Chrysler Capital and my bank only.The finance department is inept and will lie to your face. If you plan to purchase from here, please do your research at other dealerships in the region and shop around. This dealership will take you for a ride if you dont.

I have spent significant time shopping for a new vehicle. I had no brand loyalty from the standpoint of local dealers as I just moved to the area a year ago. I was referred to Tim Patten by a friend and could not be happier with my interaction with Tim, the process of purchasing my vehicle, and the quality of the vehicle itself. My lease was nearing term and I stopped in to look at a Jeep Latitude. The Jeep was comfortable, had a few extra features my old lease did not and a great incentive package. To my surprise they even had the color I was looking for in stock. So I leased it in Maine even though I live in New York. I recently had an appointment to get my Jeep looked at. My appointment was scheduled at 1030 am. I arrived at 1020 am. The issue was a “intake manifold runner control circuit open”.. which is a power train issue. I bought an extended warranty for powertrain issues and when I told the rep that I had the warranty, he told me nothing was coming up on file. I had bought this extended warranty from Quirk so to see the extended warranty should not be an issue. After about 20 mins he found my extended warranty and told me he would have to make some calls to see if this will be covered. I wish this was the only complaint I have about my experience there.... so I’m waiting around and 1230 pm hits. I see my vehicle still has not been touched and is still sitting in the parking lot. I went and asked if he could tell me when my vehicle was going into the shop he said, “maybe another hour to hour 1/2” he apologized and said, “sorry we are just very backed up right now” I would have been 100% understanding if he had told me they were backed up right when I handed him my keys. Instead of waiting until possibly 2 pm it later just to get my car even checked out.... I asked for my keys back and left. The only reason I was even going to Quirk for this issue was because it was under warranty. But even that seemed like a huge problem. To say I’m more than disappointed is an understatement.

I took my vehicle in for an issue with with oil pump, which was covered under my extended warranty. Dale was great to deal with and my only issue was by the end of my 5 day stay at the dealership it ended with a total of $610. I am unhappy with the amount it cost me because all it should of cost was my deductible. And I was charged an outrageous amount on labor for something that took them about 30 minutes to put in. My other garage put in the same part in less than 15 minutes. Somehow I still walked away paying a small fortune. Still better than darlings but I was still bent over the counter with the price gouging.

They were discussing another co-worker having two girlfriends, laughing about it, then talking about how the better of the two was just “easy.” It was disturbing to overhear as a customer. Good fast service. Went in for a ball joint but they told me I needed to have new front breaks because they would have to beat the old rotors off the truck. Seems to me that if you need to take a hammer to the truck to remove parts to service it you should be the one replacing them at your cost too. Then on the slip said that I requested a break job to be done on the truck. Doesn’t seem very right to me. Three stars for the good service and having it back in one day

I had a 3 hour wait for a scheduled radio service. Was then told after 3 HOURS ......yes 3......they unplugged it and plugged it back in. Hope for the best or order a 500 dollar new radio. I feel 3 hours was an excessive wait time for the work, or lack of work. Oh on a leased vehicle I might add that is not even 3 yrs old........ AND charged me 126 $.......The people were very polite and friendly though. So that was a plus.

The dealership and its staff are top notch people and have worked really hard to do all they can for me. Im giving this a 4 star rating because of the people. I cant give it 5 because Im nothing less than disappointed in my 2019 RAM 2500 and will NEVER be buying another RAM truck. While the people have taken great care of me there Ive had nothing but annoying issues with this truck, bluetooth glitching and dropping calls, radio glitching and not working then suddenly working fine, wheel speed sensor failing many times and making 4x4 unavailable, etc. I expected more from a truck with HEAVY DUTY literally stamped on the hood. So I cant give a 5 star rating because Im disappointed in my purchase and its reliability so far from RAM, however the people and staff at Quirk are awesome and deserve immense praise. Please note: I did not purchase the truck at Quirk but they still have treated me like I was a regular customer. Really nice to feel supported and is a testament again to the people there.

This one star is based on my most recent experience. In general Service departments can struggle to make the owners of vehicles happy and the same is applied to this center.I brought my jeep in with a noise - the dreaded noise from a customer. It was under my bumper to bumper warranty. They said they could hear it but couldn’t locate it on the lift. I was advised to wait until it get worse - as someone who drives distance and challenging hours I didn’t care for that disinterested answer.Bring back again, still under warranty. Advised all sounds were normal and couldn’t detect. Just like that it was cured.Two completely different answers and what I can tell you, it’s clear as day something is going on and the center couldn’t be bothered to do more than a road test and look at a idling engine. Four vehicles deep here and this time I am highly disappointed.

I was driving home to NH from Ellsworth maine and my wheel began to fall off. It was towed from a convenient store. I called and spoke to Frank Dennis from the first call about my dilemma and he was amazing till the end. I am single and having this happen was scary but he took charge- talked to my insurance company for over 2.5 weeks, and Frank quickly had the work done when approved. I cant say enough about your valuable employee but he worked for my best interest and told me as I was leaving, your car is safe now- it will get you home..such a sigh of relief! I have been having some issues with my transmission. After taking my truck here, they determine the reason was because the dealership in Calais Maine never put any transmission fluid back into after they did a transmission flush. The service tech at Quirk didnt necessarily give me the answers I wanted to hear, but he was honest. That can be hard to find. Their transmission tech also seemed to be very knowledgeable. Also hard to find. Despite the 2 and half hour drive, Ill likely be doing business here again. I would recommend them to my Mom if she needed work done.

We had our Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Renegades in for routine service. As always, the Quirk service team was fast and efficient. They were especially helpful in changing on short notice the scheduled service date/time for the Renegade so we could change the snow tires to the regular tires; they accommodated our bringing the Renegade in 15 minutes before the scheduled shop opening time so we could get it finished as early as possible. My Jeep Wrangler was overheating so I brought it in to see what was wrong. It is called a Diagnostic Evaluation which to me means that they will tell me what is wrong. $126.92 later they told me that I needed a new radiator, a new waterpump, a new thermostat, and a new gasket. All of which would run me about $1200. Decided that I did not think all those new parts were required. I complained but they did nothing. A diagnosis should narrow it down. Took it to Swetts Auto on State Street in Bangor and they changed the thermostat, flushed the radiator, and changed the gasket. $370. and now all is perfect.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a blinker that works but the sensors say it doesn’t. I waited 2 hours before someone came to see me and say that it’s JUST now getting worked on.. Moments pass they come out and say the blinker works but the sensor is saying it doesn’t, I already knew that and I told them that. So I told them to just focus on the oil change since I’ve already been here and nothings been done for 2 hours. It’s now going on 3 hours and I’m still waiting for a oil change.

We bought new 26 miles, a 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie with now barely 10,000 miles, making a loud popping noise on the drivers side front suspension. Technician also hears popping noise, but unable to find it, after searching for at least 1 1/2 hrs. we returned home { 200 miles away}, QUIRKS did not have vehicle for us to use, nor would they put us up in a hotel. We purchased an extended warranty above and beyond the manufacture warranty. VERY disappointed??? What makes matters even worst, I bought new, a 2000 Dodge RAM Laramie, which still runs good. the new one only drives on paved roads and is parked in the garage when not in use......THIS NOISE HAS US CONCERNED FOR OUR SAFETY.....

I had a check engine outline come on the 2 days before I was supposed to return home to Connecticut. I drove into Quirk at 7:30 am and explained to Devin what was happening to my 2003 Jeep Liberty. She listened to me and explained what would be done to find out why the light flashed and disappeared. I needed reassurance that I would be able to leave Bangor, Maine the next day and not break down during my 350 mile trip home. Devin saw to it immediately. Technician Keith Williams checked out my Jeep and took care of its issues. I was able to drive home without worries.BTW-- They were finished and leaving Quirk at 11:30 am. From scheduling (although I really would have preferred a Saturday appointment as I had to drive from Millinocket), to being met by Gary when I dropped my car off and who also kept me in the loop every step of the way.
