Amazing food for a pretty good price

Good wings, fries, and the bathroom is open, which was a God send for me, thanks to them, I dont need to hire a detailer to clean my car or new pants.

Food poisoning! Absolutely horrible. Not clean. Cheap. No napkins. Poor presentation. Highly disappointed and highly suggest that others stay away from here.

I have several bad experiences with them. I asked nicely for my wings to be fresh because they gave me old wings, but the wings was not fresh. I guess you will have better services if you pick up your order. About 3 or 4 yrs. ago their food was on point for delivery. Their food is not the same.

Ordered the pick to whiting fish and wings. Fish was almost black it was burnt so bad tiny little wings no flavor. I asked that they put the fries in a separate box fries were all over everything ton of Grease food was not good. Also ordered jalapeno poppers that were undercooked and cold.

Food is always made to order and seasoned to perfection!! I definitely recommend this one over the other locations…..

Really tasty fries and catfish. They let us sit and talk while most places were closed. The interior feels a bit like a gas station, but they have a large menu and a full kitchen. They also have a large selection of desert cakes, which was a pleasant surprise. And they deliver!

I got dinner from here two weeks ago it was pretty nice havent eaten from here since last year due to the virus.

Horrible customer service. I called to place an order and this guy was practically shouting anything else while I was still speaking, literally a one minute call. I asked him why he was shouting he said because you are taking my time. I am still in shock.

They definitely need to stop 🛑…. All I want to know is “WHERE IS THE MEAT”

Order 4 meals, realized one didnt have fries. I called to let them know and they had the nerve to get smart. This is the 3rd time i had an issue.. I will never order from them again, so unprofessional.

Chicken wings over cooked ,french under.l asked for no broccoli,no mushrooms got them any way .pizza thin crust got regular crust.

They brought my food late. I understand that they may be taking multiple orders but I will not order from that store. The other employees associated to the store tried apologize. I’m not trying to be rude but I don’t care. They were unprofessional in my opinion.We are in a pandemic and I understand thing are hard. However, this has happen before but I gave them the benefit of doubt (bad service,lateness, etc.). No longer will I sympathize with waiting over an hour for my food. Therefore, the store is not worth our money or time.

The cheese pizza here is super-mega-awesome! Place a cheese pizza order for pick-up and 15 minutes later its ready. 👍🏾

Stoko’s York road would never give me old wings and fries!!! I know the owners and workers they would never had did this. Loch raven location is the worst! If I can’t make York road closing time I’ll rather eat at New York fried chicken. Smh. Loch raven location is terrible

They have a great food selection between the combo’s and the side orders I couldn’t get enough of those , literally all I’ve been eating for the past week.

I asked for wings to be fried hard times too and I got wings that were just fried and in my opinion grossly under cooked which is why I usually always ask for wings to be fried extra hard. The rice was tasteless and my food was thrown in a container. I ordered online, they do not update the status of your order, I had to call to ask if my order was ready. They kind of just make your food how they feel like making it and I would not recommend to anyone. This is one of many chicken places choose a different place in the Towson area this is not worth your money.

Always fresh good n fast. I got a cheese fish on a bun and wings fried hard/ extra crispy.

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it comes well prepared but there is a 50% chance it’s going to come unacceptable. What is always sure to happen is that the delivery Man will always call you from outside to come get your food, from his car! and when you ask him to bring it to your door, he gets mad huffs and hangs up on you! Umm where is it customary that a DELIVERY driver tells you to come get your food? Must be that lazy Baltimore mentality.

The food was all right. Ordered fountain drink really turned off. Yes they are maintaining cleanliness but the fountain machine or tea and lemonade machines are not clean when they have the residue from the rag you are cleaning with on it and fuzzies.

Tastes like reused, old, uncovered, grease. All the food appears to be fried in the same grease. SO if you like French fry flavored everything, try them out. Also the delivery drivers do not understand the meaning of deliveryyyyy. Which means door to door service. Which means car door to front door. Not parking all the way up the street, and then expecting the customer to walk to the food. Not pulling up in a parking lot, and then refusing to get out the car to deliver the food to the customers hands. There are people with kids, disabilities, or just plain elderly who are inconvenienced with leaving their homes to pick up their food when they opted for a delivery service. And then the nerve to expect a TIP?! When you try to locate them, a lot of the time, the phone goes straight to voicemail. Then they will return back to Stokos and claim that the customer was not outside and/or they called multiple times. LIES!!!! So by the time you get your food, its ice cold and disgusting. I doubt the staff washes their hands because prior to COVID they definitely used their raw hands to grab sub rolls and apply mayo. No hair nets... ECK.

Food is a hit or miss. Made an order which was missing items and the chicken was soggy from grease. When I finally got through to the restaurant, I had the unpleasant honor of speaking to one of the most rudest customer service persons ever. He attempted to argue with me because I asked for someone to correct the order and bring it, or issue a refund. He said he couldn’t issue a refund because “it was late and he needs an ID to give refunds and the drivers are delivering food anymore tonight”. Each time I attempted to talk about the resolutions I’d be okay with, he continued to interrupt me and yell at me telling me he won’t do anything. Not until I threatened to come up there to speak with a manger did he say he MAY be able to give me a refund. Won’t order from here again. Customer service is a huge part of what makes patrons continue to service a business and I have no desire to do so anymore.

Food is ok. The men staff is way nicer than the women.

Usually I go through Uber eats to order but I called for the first time whoever answered was rude and impatient. And on top of the that the collard greens was sweet and the fish wasn’t good like it was old grease And it wasn’t a nice portion 3 little fried fish. Usually don’t have a problem but this was terrible for $13.

My grandmother got food poisoning from there and when i called to talk to a manager they never called back so i called again and the manager was very rude and wouldn’t give me a refund,i do not recommend 💯they are unprofessional

Got there near five, it wasnt very busy. the service was friendly and observant. the place has a great feel to it. atmosphere is similar to a cafe in san jose i loved.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered delivery and the delivery driver forgot my soda that I payed for and then refused to bring it back. To make matters worse when I called the store back to tell them about it, they had the nerve to get smart. Plus my chicken wasnt fried hard at all like I asked. Smdh.... I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

I really enjoy the wraps from this restaurant. They are fresh and very delicious. Delivery times are super fast. If something goes wrong with your order or if you are not satisfied with your food order, they will do whatever it takes to make your order right. I highly recommend this restaurant. Their customer service is impeccable.

Me and my man got cheese steaks from their hardly nothing on it no tomatoes very little cheese steak horrible never ordering from them again

Ive been eating from here since I moved March 2020. The store is huge, clean and nice. The people are fast, friendly and courteous. All their food is delicious plus they get alot of customer service. Thank you!

Sometimes chicken is too dry but some times is really good... I guess you just got to check it before you leave the restaurant

They give you 2 napkins for 6 greasy wings and fries. You wont enjoy your meal on the go. And this happened to me over 5 times.

I order from them quite often and always seem to get a different experience. The cheese-steak wrap is always dry would not recommend that. Ive tried that twice. Yesterday i asked for lemon pepper wings and ranch dressing i got plain wings and blue cheese. I like blue cheese but not with plain wings. The beef patties are ok. One time i got 2 and they were really greasy. The mozzarella sticks are good. The half & half is good. I would order from them again but certain things i just know to stay away from!

I have been to the location at the hillendale shopping center twice in the past week. The first time I ordered three wings and fries with nothing on the chicken and they end up putting ketchup on everything. Today I order ed a shrimp cheesestate combo with everything no hot peppers and they end up putting hot peppers on the sub. When I call back to speak to a manager I was on hold for over 10 minutes and he never came back on the phone. If you visit that location please make sure that you check your food before you leave.ThanksI spoke with Johnny the manager at this location and he told me to come there and my next meal will be on him. After going back the meal was excellent the food was prepared exactly the way I wanted to and he apologized again for the way my order was not prepared the way I wanted it the last time twice . I told him that I would be returning again because the food is good and I really did appreciate what he did to get my confidence back in to going there to eat..Thank you

Food always good, but the cashiers attitude needs to be worked on. I ordered over the phone, the girl slammed the phone in my ear. She looked like she didn’t want to wait on other customers. Hope she have a better day. Either way, I’m taking a break from this place.

Ordered Jamaican Beef Patties and Cheesesteaks. The beef in the patties was runny and weird. The subs had no flavor at all. One star for nice driver. Maybe the pizza is better.

Im currently sitting in front of Stokos right now. I check online time see what time they close and its say 3 am. It also say that they just updated it 4 days ago. So, my mind they close at 3 am. I grey here and now they say they not accepting noore order a because they close. However, you updated Google to away you close at 3 am. I dont like that, tell me the truth. If you not open til 3 am you need to fix it time say you close at 12 am. This was a waste of my time. Never again Stokos!

Everytime I order from this Stokos I never get all of my food, or they send the wrong food. This has happened several times so I will not be ordering from them anymore. What does it take to fill an order correctly? This tells me that the customer isnt important!!! Therefore, I will spend my money at an establishment that values my business. They dont really deserve one star. Zero stars describes their quality of business.

I would like to give these folks a better rating but I cant ignore constantly being hung up on. Theyre not closed especially at 1030p. There are no delays due to the virus outbreak. This is unacceptable. Very poor poor service. I suggest eating somewhere else

The food was not the problem. The problem is that only half of the staff preparing the food had their mask on their face . After the initial shock wore off I was scared to eat my food and threw it in the trash when I returned home .

I placed a order for delivery they got all of my information accept my address and hung up, I called back had to wait on hold to wait for hold when someone finally picked up after I explained to them that I did not give them a address they said a few words than hung up telling me I gave them my address, I called back was placed on hold again someone picks up and I explain myself again than was immediately placed on hold while on hold the driver calls my phone and tells me my food is outside I explained to him I never gave anyone a address your at the wrong location stomps calls me back to just simply say I need your address , I did not give it to them immediately I wanted to let the person know that whoever took my order was wrong and needs some type of discipline she only asked again for my address I asked to cancel my order she than said ok and hung up, EXTREMELY dissatisfaction and disappointing in this place because I eat here I work in the same shopping center I will never eat here again stupid no good customer service order from ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Stokos is a great place to eat. Their food is delicious. I love the chicken and pizza. The salads are good and filling.

Based on other reviews this place is shoddy, and hit or miss. If it wasnt the only thing open, and I wasnt starving after work I would have checked them put *before* placing an order.Food arrived fast but the driver made me come out to his car to get it. Read that in some other reviews so its probably the same guy. He just called me and said he was here, I opened my door and no one was there. I look out the window d I see a car pulling up and just sitting out front so I wait to see if its him but no one gets out of the car. Eventually I go downstairs and out the front door of the building and he gets of the car and holds up my bag of food.When I got back upstairs I noticed that they put nothing on my sub. Id ordered onions, peppers, hots, etc. I got meat on bread.Just skip em. You can get the same greasy sub shop food literally anywhere else.

I ordered and sub and as I was waiting I watched one of them cut open a plastic bag with a knife they use to cut the subs..It happened to be the sub I ordered. i told them what I saw and they had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted it... they didn’t care they gave me my money back and continued to use the knife.

Ordered 3:15am .completely different from what the old location taste like . The chicken at this location was Old greasy and dry . Never again .

Stopped by to get a pizza for my son and his grandmother. To my surprise pizza was half off because it was before 3pm. I ended up getting whiting and fries for my self and smashed in the car on the way to my moms house. Hit the spot. Smiling friendly staff at the registers.Stokos is a great reason to love real Baltimore.

The food is cool, but delivery sucks. If you want lunch dont order from here unless your willing to wait over an hour. Oh and you have to go get your food from the car they dont come to your door.

I am new to ordering from Stokos and I usually get delivery. I discovered I have been being over charged for my orders by $3-4 dollars. I asked if this is a delivery fee since it does not reflect one on the menu and I was told its the cost for the order. The delivery guy was very blunt and their speech sounds harsh. I admit the food is very tasty however they could be more professional when interacting with their customers.

They will give you one normal size fish and the other is smaller and dry and harder too many times. It shows that they dont care.

I ordered food through Grubhub for my mother and had it sent to her apartment. The driver delivers her food and then returns to my mother’s house an hour later to tell her it wasn’t paid for. After a few minutes of insisting that it was paid for, she called me. Then the driver calls the restaurant and the girl behind the counter tells him it was a Grubhub order and it was indeed paid for. It didn’t occur to him to do this instead of returning to her house and insisting that she hadn’t paid for food that she’d already eaten? That’s unacceptable and we will never order from here again.

Stokos came through with a totally wrong delivery. Maybe it was late enough for them not to be able to come back & fix it, but stokos blew it and therefore they get a 1 star

The point of DELIVERY is to have your food DELIVERED to your door...NOT calling and telling me that my food is outside and to come get it!!! If I wanted to come outside I would have came and picked up my own food! DONT OFFER DELIVERY AND HIRE DRIVERS WHO ARE SCARED TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN!!! I will NEVER order from this place again!!! I may only be one person and this is one person whos hard earned money they will never get again!!!

One of my favorite late night spots. Food is hot and ready in no time and the staff always seems nice. They are one of the only spots in this area that stay open late.

Waited over an hour and finally called, said they called us soon arrival but they never did. I even double checked the online recpict for the correct phone number. They said driver then brought the food back and it would be 45 mins to remake it. I said refund me. The guy then said 35 mins and I said refund me again. Well... They didnt refund me. They stole almost $30 from me. Nothing more than thieves!

Nice family feel. Good shrimp albedo also. Food was yummy.
