I added one star simply because it will not allow me to leave zero. I called at 4:07 pm on August 15, 2017 when a disgruntled young lady answered the phone with just a hello. I then asked if it was indeed First Line Inc to verify because as for as long as I can remember, businesses do not answer the phone that way. I couldnt hear her response the first time so she screamed YES!!! through the phone. I feel like I now may be partially deaf in one ear. When I told her that she didnt have to scream and be rude to me in a very calm and understanding tone, she hung up on me. I would hope that the employer of this company take the time to train his/her employees on proper phone etiquette. I was planning to make a big purchase today but I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere..
