Worst experience ever. I understand taken precautions to prevent the further spread of COVID. However, placing a table across the entrance to the door to bar access to the store, collecting personal account information in earshot of people walking by, and the customer service rep checking text messages while supposedly assisting me worst atrocious. The sign posted read no more than four in the store at a time, and I guess T-Mobile didn’t take in account three associates browsing on their phones not really trying to assist customers. Move the table, try customer engagement, and get off your phones and do what you are being paid to do; CUSTOMER SERVICE!Saturday, November 28, 2020 @1230 pm is when I visited this location, and I suggest the Owner review the camera to see what you are getting for your money; NOTHING!

This place is Ran by good management , I was completely stunned when I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed by the Store manager Jorge L. He really knows how to speak to people all my questions were answered and I was helped to the best of his ability. Most stores I’ve been to seem to not have much interest in giving good customer service but this store manager REALLY KNOWS his job. I will be recommending this T-Mobile store to friends/family !! I wish I could give a higher rate because if I could I would !! Great Job Jorge keep up the great work !!

This place is kind of a joke. I wanted to get a new phone, walked in and they only had like 5 phones on display, no iPhones. When asked about what the process would be like to transfer over data from an iPhone if I did get Android, and was told that Id probably lose a lot of data unless I emailed everything to my Gmail?? Doing my own research has shown this is not at all true...I asked if I could see an iPhone, was told they dont have any charged, but could bring one out and charge one for me - which do I want? I asked about the differences and was told all the iPhones are pretty much the same.Bottom line, go to another T-Mobile store if youre looking to switch phones. These people are useless.

I had an absolutely wonderful time visiting the T-Mobile store today. Dionna C. and her colleagues were able to help me get set up with an Alcatel Flip Go and monthly plan very quickly. She explained everything to me with great clarity and thoughtfulness. Even though transferring contacts from my iPhone proved difficult, the staff worked to the best of their ability to accommodate me and lend their time. I highly recommend visiting this T-Mobile store if youd like great customer service!

Horrible costumer service. Was told replacement would be in, in a day. Went back they said ups hadnt come, went back ups showed up while i was there, was told it would take 2 hrs to process, wemt back 4th time..... they tell me my phone wasnt in the order.... unreal, lied to 4 different times. Wish i could give 0 stars. What made the process so horrible is they knew my screen was cracked and couldnt see if the notification that my phone was there or not, they refused to take an alternate contact number.. ho......riii.....bllleee

I went to this store to have them fix a screen protector that they had installed incorrectly. I was told no, and that I would have to purchase a new one.During the interaction it was implied that I was stupid, scamming, and that the incorrect installation (that again they had done) was my fault. In the end when I ended up getting a new screen protector. I was told honestly you are going to mess it up anyway.Hands down some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

On April 25 2018, my wife went here and replaced my cracked screen and bought a screen protector and they charged $180, I went back today to buy another one for my wife and to have them FIX Mine, since it bubbled, they wanted to charge me $10 dollars, I don’t understand why I have to pay for a professionals mistake. I didn’t create or make the bubble and already spent almost $200.Really disappointed. I will go to apple from now on. Big box retailers back their products unlike ZAGG

I was doing a simple thing, just getting my SIM card and porting my number over from the another network, but the worker there was indifferent and uncaring, and also was processing her friends service at the same time over the phone. Also, she made a mistake while processing my request, which I found out later when my request didnt go through, and accidentally switched a number. All in all, a horrible experience.

Went this Sunday at noon and the customer service was terrible and they all had attitudes when I was just trying to replace a broken phone. I was asking the girl a bunch of questions and gave me an attitude when responding. Very rude way to treat your customers !!!! Not a satisfied customer and will never go to this location again or at least on a Sunday afternoon when I see them working there.
