Who ever said this place is clean,must work for the company. I have never been in such a filthy and smelly laundromat ever. Half the washer doesnt work, some of the dryers dont fully dry.( This is a sorry laundromat). Sad, the people that live in that area have no other choice.(unless you drive). When I saw the owner, I see why this place looks like this.Smh! We need to stop supporting these businesses. I want to give this place a 0, but one is the lowest.

It was a horrible experience. Three quarters (3/4) of the Laundromat was not in working condition and its huge. And the attendant could hardly help you since there is no real customer service for you.

Its a nice clean place to go wash your clothes but it cost so much to do so

Ive worked at mt clare laundromat for 3 years and I love the customers .They are great people which made me. Wang to go to work everyday. Hopefully once I have my foot surgery I can come back. I miss everyone plus I miss Lori and Stanley and i feel awful they are working 6 to 7 days a week. I cant wait to recover from this surgery

Its not the worst. Staff does not consistently wear masks, so if thats an issue for you, go somewhere else. Otherwise, its cheap and moderately clean.

Attempted to visit three times in past two weeks, closed & window gates shut at around 9 - 9:15pm (I have crazy work schedule) just to dry my clothes. Store hours are posted online and on the door closes at 10:00pm. MaManageri/owner needs to be aware of the situation with laundry clerk leaving early, while probably still on the clock.Currently searching for a different laundry that honors their posted hours!

I have no clue how to do laundry. This is something that my wife always took care of and I always had a washer and dryer. Now I have to go over to this laundry. The prices of the laundry machines I think are ridiculously high. For a large machine that carries all my clothes is about $8.50 plus of course you need laundry detergent than all the other good things that go with it. Thanks to my big mouth I was able to find a woman in there to help me out that was extremely helpful she works there. When I do my laundry there I expect to spend $20 for two machines and two dryers.

Was treated horribly by a female staff member who refused to give me her name and managers name. Fri. Feb 1st 6:30PM. Was accused of doing stuff in the bathroom that I shouldnt have been in front of others customers there. Also said she had to clean up blood. I was asked to see such evidence and was told No. I Was very respectful and always clean up after using the restroom. Make sure you dont have to go #2 before ever going to this place.

I stopped in, washed clothes. The game was on, thats a plus. Plus the TV was nice size. I would wash their again.

Half the wash machines arent working! Half of the dryers dont heat up! The customers are SO RUDE and SO IGNORANT to the woman who works there. The woman Barb is awesome but definitely doesnt get any respect from the owners. I was in the laundromat one morning and was blown away by the way the Owners talked to her. Its sad they have a hard worker and show her nothing in return!... SMH

This place is a DISASTER! 75% of the washers and dryers are broken! Someone needs to invest in this place. The community needs a laundromat.

This place is a 5 star joke you have no air conditioning while u do ur laundry you cant read the machines on how many quarter you put in I know for fact I put in more quarters than I was supposed to they have one person working here but you dont know who it is because they are sitting down in the chairs.To do a load was 9$ for large $7 for medium. Only positive is the place is clean.For the neighborhood it is located in this is crazy to charge the amount the charge.!!!

Love the young lady that works there shes amazing and a big help!

It is June 11, 2020 at 1:07 in the afternoon and the woman working here has not had a mask on the whole 15 minutes that Ive been here. She is behind counter but with several customers in here she should have a mask on.

Pros: The staff members are very polite and always willing to help. They also do an excellent job of keeping the facility clean.Cons: The manager/owner lacks an ear for the customers. I have witnessed first-hand how he disregards feedback/complaints from customers without offering any real solutions. In my case, I put a load of clothes inside one of the dryers only to retrieve them 30-mins later to find them still wet. When I bought this to the owners attention he told me that as long as heat was coming out of his dryer that was all that he cared about. If I didnt have to walk and if the place was not so close to where I live, I most likely would not return.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very bad, you have to put in many coins to dry your clothes and many of the machines do not work, they are in very bad condition ... and worst of all, they dont even have coins to change .. 🥵🥵
