It was a little slow, but that is to be expected as it was early in the day. The staff was knowledgeable about the games and helpful.

I asked questions about different game systems and the worker was able to answer all of them.

Went to the store to go get a Xbox one controller but apparently they said they were out of stock and only had The newest Xbox controller which I did not want so they advised me to go to another store which is 30 minutes to 1hr away from my location which I would have to catch a Commuter train to the other location but also mind you they had a bunch of Xbox controllers on the counter which I don’t think that was willing to sell it’s stupid to send your customers to another store especially way out your location Save yourself the time and do not go to the store if you’re Looking for control or a game

Service is terrible,Stuff all over the Floor,and The Games are Boring. The last time I went there,they didnt even have 2K17. Terrible.

The store always smell like gym socks and underarms and the staff take too long explaining things to customers like people dont have other things to do.

I’ve tried calling this location at random different times over the course of the past 3 days and have never been able to reach someone?I am not surprised now after reading the reviews from multiple other people experiencing the same issue as me.Do the staff not know how to pick up a phone when someone is calling them? Or are they that lazy/disinterested in doing their jobs?

They got down on the kids but trade information credit but thats the business cant be mad at the store specifically.The staff member who assisted us was very helpful and patient even though he kept the joystick that was supposedly defected by a button so no credit..but still kept it. Like its not going to get fixed and refurbished for more..but like I said its business..at least this specific location the staff is very good and customer friendly.

I was at that gamestop on Thursday September 17 to preorder the playstation 5. I was in line and the tall black lady gave out the right amount of tickets. Soon as me and the guy got to the cashier she going to say she did a miss count. She put up two for somebody she knows. Dont go to that gamestop. She did the same again today to people September 25. That tall black lady need to be fired. Dont go to this gamestop.

Absolutely everytime my son drags me into this store I have a pleasant experience. Im not sure if Ive seen all the sales associates, but the ones I have seen so far, go beyond what I believe their duties are. They are excellent young men and women that work at that location, and I would highly recommend anyone shopping for game related items, to shop there.

Not a big gamer

This by far has to be the best Gamestop Ive ever been in. The staff was very friendly, down to earth, honest, and helpful. I went with my sister while she picked up a game for my God daughter for Christmas. They gave some really good suggestions without giving off the condescending geeky gamer vibe that I get everywhere else. None of the excessive gamer jargon for no reason, just straightforward family/friend oriented suggestions!

Definitely a great place to go if you want quality CS! Emily is amazing along with her awesome crew

Very slow service, although the employees are nice and whatnot they dont work fast enough and lines build up quickly. If theyd speed up service itd easily be a 4 star store.

Staff is ok you can get better service online. The store itself lack everything normally a say just go online you can get better deals for games with out the wait its normally a 10 to 20 minute wait inline because staff can be a bit too talkative and slow.

If I give zero stars I would. This place was AWFUL. The unorganized lines. People just standing around not purchasing anything. No clear indication of where the line start our end. The two workers were on auto pilot. They appeared to just time everything and everyone out. Brother spoke up to have the adults tame their children, tell people not purchasing anything to wait outside. Just ridiculous. I will NEVER come to this location again. Not going to ever happen. Took too much energy out of me.

Everything was cheap

I was an assistant manager at GameStop before. I know when you gut (use a case for display) a game, you dont touch or use any contents inside. I buy a NEW game and a code had been used. I call the next day, Im told there is nothing they can do since the code was a pre-order bonus and adds nothing to the game. Mind you, someone USED the code. Which is against the code of conduct for employees. Not only would Emily wouldnt hear my concerns, she attempted to talk down to me as if I was an uninformed consumer. This location, and perhaps GameStop has a whole will never get my business again.

Tried to sell a metro pcs phone Samsung j7 star brand new and lg stylo 4 boost mobile brand new phone. They said they dont take those carriers. Just because there not a contracted phone they wont except them. Oh well thats there loss. Thats why there closing at lot of gamestops up because there sales qoutas are down. Dont waste your time if you have boost, metro pcs , cricket phones. Your will be wating your time.😡🤬😬

The only reason this GameStop gets 4 stars because the management is VERY helpful! I only like coming here when one of the two Managers are available to wait on me. I have been there more than a few times when they werent around and my experience has been horrible!

Advice to anyone getting games or other electronics never shop at this location worst Gamestop store on the east coast trying to sell items missing parts. when you ask about items that are in stock after coming from another store that checks & gives that location for the item they get upset pretend to look then say I was trying to buy it .the most ignorant employees I have ever encountered in my life I knew that store was far from decent before hand but the only gamestop in my state that had something I was looking for for along time will never shop at that location again
