First learned of company thru flyer received at home. Called and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Was greeted and checked in immediately upon my arrival. Received a call back within a couple of hours informing me of my cars issue (transmission related). Tech stated that he would attempt to flush the system as sometimes that resolves the issue (it did temporarily). When I next drove my car 2 or 3 days later, the issue had returned. I called Apple Auto and they told me I could bring my car back in at my convenience, which I did the next day. After doing a recheck Apple Auto advised that my car did in fact require a new/used transmission. There was no additional charge levied.Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Apple Auto. (Thank you Peyton!) They were personable, yet professional. They reached out after servicing my vehicle to inquire if their shop had performed satisfactorily and to inquire if I had any questions or further issues. I would definitely use Apple Auto again and recommend their services wholeheartedly!

Apple Auto was clear with me about the work that was recommended and offered me choices that would work with my budget and timetable. They got me in quickly when my AC went out in my car, communicated with me about the needs of my vehicle based on its make and model, and had the work done the same day. They were professional, clear, timely, and knowledgeable. The work performed required no follow up and my AC is back to keeping me cool during this hot summer.

I recently had my front brakes changed and servicing was both quick but also less than I was expecting, or have paid elsewhere. My pedal feels firm once again, and they checked out the rest of my car for an upcoming road trip. Great overall experience. I took my wife’s car in for an oil change, though she needed much more work. Was given an honest quote and explanation. Great service that was above and beyond. I had an accident prior to going and the bummer was out of place, when I picked my car up they had put it back in place no questions asked. I had a stripped drain plug and didn’t feel good about getting it drilled out after reading about possible damage to the oil pan and/or introducing shards of plastic into the circulating oil. Apple Auto replaced the lower pan (and gave me the original which is in great condition so maybe I can sell it) at a reasonable price and quickly. Good communication helped, as I was really unsure what to do. I will definitely return to them for repairs in the future.

When I took my vehicle (2006 civic, 249k), Nick not only serviced my vehicle, but pointed out other items that would need replacing in the future and how long I would have until replacement. I was having issues with my 2008 honda accord ,I had a mechanic tell me I need a ecm and it would run me around $2000 .I heard through the grape vine that this company was a reliable shop in done excellent work (apple auto).I took my chances with in two day after my car was dropped off I received a call not only did they tell me that was not the problem the issue was corrected immediately ,and all I needed was s crank shaft,which ran me a little over $400 .this place is reliable ,and honest on the service they give you .not only have they gotten a new customer ,but if asked I will refer any one to apple auto for repair done to their vehicle. I brought my new-to-me 1995 Geo Tracker to Peyton and his team at Apple Auto and it was, to put it mildly, a bit worse for the wear. Between extensive rust to very important components, and its sheer age, I was concerned that the repairs required to make it safe to drive were just not possible.Peyton and his team took my risky, rusted purchase and made it into something I feel safe driving longer distances. In fact, I recently drove it from Baltimore to Rehoboth Beach and back with zero issues. If there was work they could not do in-house, they found reputable and local sources for the work. They were crystal clear about cost and what needed to be completed now vs. what could wait a bit until I raised the funds, and still managed to come in under initial quotes - and my vehicle was ready to roll in about a week.I cannot recommend Apple Auto on Harford Rd. enough! I consider them my shop now, and plan to bring Jessica the Tracker to them for any future repairs. I trust that they are taking care of what needs to be done at a fair price. Their estimate wasn’t much lower than the dealers, but it was more thorough and without loose ends that would lead to additional costsAt Apple, we paid less than the estimate because they passed savings on parts back to us, and generally found the people we worked with friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.Now that we are out of warranty we expect to continue using Apple for our scheduled maintenance and repairs.

I have always heard about apple auto but never used them. My Honda Accord had some things going on with it that needed fix and I decided to bring it here. Especially after I found out they deal with the car max extended warranty. Ms Terri at the counter had grade A customer service, even called me on updates on my vehicle. My car drives like brand new I have no regrets using them for my repairs. Grade A quality. And future work I need done I know where to come to.

I’ve used their services several times since they were recommended to me by a close friend. Ease of communication, thorough review of the problem(s), up front estimates and great staff. Trust worthy.

I was looking for an auto shop for maintenance and repairs if needed. I got a flyer from Apple Auto and remembered that someone else said it was a good place. Made an appointment for oil change. I asked if they used gloves inside the vehicle because of covid. They said they would and would sanitize any areas of contact. They called to let me know of a possible problem that could happen with battery and that it was under warranty. They also made a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with the service. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I am a single mother so budget was a big concern for me and they respected that. They did not make repairs until they were absolutely sure of what the issue was. They also informed me of needed maintenance coming up due to the age and mileage but never pressured me or made me feel like the car would die tomorrow if I did not. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this business.

Took my 2009 Chevy Silverado there for initial inspection. Peyton was very friendly and professional. I had some work I knew needed to be done outside what was required and they spotted all the minor issues and was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. It was a little more expensive than what Im used to, but you are paying for quality work. Truck is running much better and cant wait to get it back in to fix some other minor issues. If you are looking for a band aid, this isnt your place, but if you want quality work with a friendly and professional staff, I would highly recommend!

We also like the friendly and helpful service. Once, I had heard a noise in my tire, and one of the guys had me ride along so that I could point out what I was hearing. They don’t seem to try to push to get things fixed that don’t really need to be fixed, but they offer helpful suggestions on how to make the car run better. They also are super helpful with getting you set up with financing if you need that. Overall, it’s been a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I desperately needed some work done on my front brakes and rotors due to trouble stopping and occasional pulsating. During my 30K service visit at the Lexus stealership, they told me I needed new pads and rotors, stating that the rotors were too thin to machine them...they also quoted me nearly $800. New rotors on a 2016 car (1st owner) and only 30K miles seemed a bit weird to me. I live in the neighborhood and always receive the coupons in the mail. So, I decided to call Apple Auto and Shawn was able to squeeze me in the same day. I dropped the car off and walked home. Shawn followed up with me promptly to discuss their findings and the cost to do the work. Needless to say, it was much more affordable and their equipment measured sufficient “life” remaining on my rotors, as I figured. I did ask for a quote on the work with new rotors out of curiosity and it was still hundreds less than Lexus. Working with Shawn and the other gentleman behind the counter was a very pleasant experience because honesty, good service, and zero attitude is hard to come across these days. FYI - this was on 12/2 and my brake pads seem to be settled in nicely with the machined rotors and it honestly feels brand new again and safe to drive/brake. Thanks again!

I just moved into the area and had a flat tire over the weekend. I didn’t want to risk letting it sit and get lower and lower over a few days only to have to drive on the rim and risk damaging it further. I dropped it off at Apple Auto and they were able to help me get it fixed and get my tires replaced. They didn’t try to upsell me and they were honest about what I should get done/what I could afford to not get done at the moment to reach the most economical solution (especially during the pandemic when money is tight). They have a nice, neighborhood feel and everyone was kind, friendly, and polite- would definitely recommend this shop!

Can I tell you what a wonderful thing it is to just find a car place where people are friendly, and repairs and services are done in the time frame that they are quoted to be done. Went there for an oil change, and although there wasnt a huge waiting area, I could sit and read my book and drink my coffee while I waited. Great service. Went in for a tire repair. After findibg out that my tire was unrepairable, they were able to get me a new tire in and change it same day. Which was hard for me find in todays service climate with everything backed up. They took care of everything quickly and they were really down to earth customer service centered people. I HIGHLY recommend! I went in for an oil change and they took the time to look over my vehicle, rotate my tires, put more washer fluid in my car and even replaced the battery in my key!
