I have been going to Framerite for 45 years. My Dad was a customer before me. Fast, friendly service and the job is consistently done correctly the first time.

I have been going to the dealership I purchased my car from for a long time. After a lot of mishaps and issues, I decided to try somewhere new. After seeing the reviews for Framerite I decided to give them a try.Normally at my dealership a full synthetic oil change would cost me roughly $80-100. Framerite quoted me for about $40-50 here. (I think it might have been 39.99 or 49.99, I cant quite remember.)However, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The job was done just a few minutes over the time they estimated. (An oil change was an hour, but they were also very busy.)I know this place might seem tucked away on a busy road and not very assuming, but sometimes those are the places that surprise you most. I really recommend you check it out.(Also, the waiting room was pretty nice!)

I have never had a negative experience at Framerite. They are up front about the cost of the repairs. They have a service that takes pictures of the repairs and they are sent to your e-mail. I have found them to be cheaper than the car dealership. More importantly, they are honest and trust worthy. I would not continue to take my car there, if they were not.

I always take my vehicle to FrameRite for service. They are very nice people. They go over your vehicle when you take it in & tells you what is wrong. A very honest business.

I have been coming to this business since 2008/09 and I was treated very well since day 1 and I was just there yesterday (3/11/21). They have never suggested unnecessary work for any of my vehicles.If anything, they may give you a heads up. Ex: your breaks are fine, but in a few months you may want to think about getting them fixed. Or hey you need new tires before winter, start off with 2 new ones and later you get 2 more. Not the usual you have to do this right away feeling. There is never a pressure to get something fixed that’s not needed.I would single Mr. Bill out and say he’s the best, but they all are the great!!! I’d call them before a dealership.

I recently took my vehicle here to have some service done on my brakes. They provided me with a loaner vehicle which I didn’t expect and had my vehicle done within a few hours. I was truly impressed with there honest pricing and fast work.

I just wanted to preface this review by saying that this shop does very good work. I’ve taken my car there a couple times now and each time I’m very happy with the work that was done. The reason this is not a five star review is because the latest time I took my car I had my rear strut assemblies replaced. All looked good until I got home and noticed my back 2 safety lugs sitting in my front cupholder. When I got out my car and looked at my back two tires I noticed that each tire had its safety lug missing. I didn’t receive a phone call, or a text message telling me that they either couldn’t initially get the lugs off or couldn’t get the lugs back on at the end. So I wound up having to take another day off of work to take the car in so that they can torque the lugs back on. Now I did share these exact same thoughts with the owner, who’s name is Bill, and who was taking care of me at the time. I told him that I don’t like to complain about anything especially because I’m younger. I told him in a roundabout way that it basically is unacceptable for me to go home and to find a half done job. I then asked him if he called me, which I knew the answer was no. He tells me he called me and texted which I called him out and told him he didn’t. He then said he looked in the whole car and didn’t find any lug key. I told him if he would have called me from the beginning I could have either told him where my extra lugs/key package was, which ironically they took out my glove box and used one of my extra lugs?????, or I could have told them to just put a new set on with a new key. And all in all in the end I tried being as respectful as I can being the young person I am and him being an older person but was left quite disappointed in such a reputable shop. And to top it off not one person as I was standing outside waiting 30 minutes for them to put the two lugs on came over and apologized for the oversight. Again I will say that this shop does very good work and their reputation shows that. But in reality I have the thought in the back of my mind now that if they can’t even put on two lugs, which they manage to get off in the first place, and not even tell me about it how can I trust them to not have forgotten or thought it not necessary to call me about another issue as they were fixing my car and if they fixed it well? I know they do good work but now this thought will always be in the back of my mind. I hope this review doesn’t embarrass but rather helps correct a minor thing that makes a big difference.

The guys at Framerite gave me good vibes from the moment I walked in. The way they run their business is a rare thing in today’s world - with integrity. Rather than trying to suggest unneeded work, they instead suggested things that I had let lapse previously and even rebuffed one of my inquiries for additional work, as it wouldn’t be necessary for another 40,000 miles. It’s hard to find quality service work at times, but it’s even more difficult to find quality people in this segment. Here, you will find this in spades.

Framerite is owned by a very honest and good man. Bill is w/o a doubt the best auto repair owner I have ever known. His character is impeccable. I have a rather old car and my knowledge of vehicles is limited to driving them and very basic maintenance. My previous mechanic retired and recommended Framerite to me for future problems. I took my car in for an oil change and to get it looked at because it started stalling sporadically.They have wonderful communication throughout the process and work very efficiently so you can get back on the road again! Ryan called me to give me a quote and explained everything wrong with my car in a way that I could try to understand it better. I appreciate that he took the time to do that and patiently answered my questions. There’s quite a list of issues with my car, after all.I am very satisfied with my experience here!

I acquired a 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 last fall. The front end seemed to be loose and the front tires were wearing strangely. Then I hit a bump on 95 at 70 mph and experienced the Dodge death wobble. Never been so scared in my life. Framerite went over the entire front end. Feels like a 2016 instead of a 20 year old. Great work. Great people. Reasonable price for quality work.

I went here because I had a estimate from another repair place that seemed a little high so I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. The first place said I needed struts and sway bar links to get rid of a clinking sound in the front of my 2012 Chevy Sonic. Framerite told me I didnt need new struts just sway bars and they were right. Sound is gone. I was happy they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need and even gave me a loaner car so I could go home for a few hours while I waited. It didnt take long though they were done and I was back in my car in just a few hours! I would definitely go to Framerite for any future auto repairs I may need.

Framerite is awesome- they print you pictures documenting the condition of parts of your vehicle in danger of failing or in need of repair so you can see for yourself the parts they are talking about replacing, but then they don’t over pressure you to get everything repaired at once. It really lets you understand where things are so you can budget for problems you are likely going to need to address soon, but won’t make you feel like you must spend $500 today when you only budgeted for an oil change and tire rotation.

BEST AUTO SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am 71 yrs. old and this was the first time visit, quite remarkable. I was ready for the bad news of an expensive repair, but they encouraged me to let them investigate the problem one step at a time , I think any other shop would have automatically charged the max. Their solution was well-explained, and v inexpensive. The waiting room is comfortable, well -lit, with all the creature comforts of being in someones home. I was treated likea special guest.

I have never felt more taken care of at other car repair locations. The customer service is spectacular, and they will tell you how it is without trying to convince you of repairs you don’t need, and they’re punctual and communicative. I feel so blessed to have found my local car repair shop!

I needed to have essential repairs done so my car would pass vehicle emissions inspection, and Jimmy and Bill did thorough, comprehensive, and excellent work. They worked hard to ensure I received the fairest price - I was impressed to see that the labor was only 1/3 of the whole bill. By far, it was the most positive experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. I highly recommend it to any and all who need car work done.

I went to Framerite to have my frame repaired after being rear-ended. They did a fantastic job! I had to have my vehicle inspected later on (due to being a rebuilt salvage) and both technicians, at a different shop, that reviewed my truck commented on how you could barely tell there was ever damage to the frame. They even asked that I leave Framerites business card with them so they could refer their clients (they dont do frame repairs). The mechanics at Framerite know what theyre doing and make you feel comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend this shop.

I was charged $70 just to inspect my AC and all I got was half baked results. They couldnt even figure out if the compressor was working or not All I heard was there are leakes.

I had a significant repair involving re-welding new shock absorbers onto the frame of my vehicle. I went to several different mechanics, all of which replied they could not do this sort of work. Finally, I found Framerite.Im new to the area, and finding a trustworthy mechanic is a very tough feat. I waited to review the work for a solid two weeks just to make sure it upheld. The day after they fixed my vehicle, I made a 12-hour round trip to test out their work. It all held up perfectly.Im extremely impressed with their speed and quality of work. Their customer service was through the roof. They even reached out to me a few days after the repair to make sure it was all going smoothly. They sent me a thank-you note in the mail, as well. Everything about this experience with Framerite was perfect. They went over the top and Im extremely appreciative of it. Ive found a reliable, quality place to take my car if it ever needs any sort of work. They are great.
