It was good while it lasted. Now they are gone and replaced an upstart chain that is buying up Mom and Pops and they no longer do auto service and repairs.

Ive been bringing my car here for a few years now and everyone here is super friendly, very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I really like that I can bring my car here and not feel like Im being taken advantage of because Im a woman.

Service was quick, very accommodating, and priced fairly. I happily drop in at the recommended 5k-7k mile interval to get the most out of my car so it will hopefully run forever. Carbiz has a great thing going!

Needed air in my tires, called 10 minutes before closing, not thinking Id be able to get service that night, they said if I can come within 5 minutes theyll take care of it. I was just down the street and it wasnt an issue. Got it taken care of quickly, no charge, and super friendly service. Most places were closed so this was a life saver!

I have to say this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a dealership. There was no haggle or back and forth. The prices are what they are. This dealership stayed open almost 2 hours past closing for my wife and I. I then notice a vibration in the vehicle and they actually offered to sent someone with a rental car to pick up the car and I am over an hour away!! This is unheard of. I couldn’t even get a rental from a dealership right around the corner from me, and they were going to drive over and hour for me. The vibration is still there at this time when I got it back just not nearly as bad. They are coming back to get it to take care of it for me. Our sales person was wonderful and very respectful. The service people are also very nice and respectful. They have earned my business for life! I will never goto another dealership as long as Carbiz is around!!

Excellent service! Harvey the service manager and Marlene the manager of the body shop - both of them made sure my car got the correct parts and service. Everybody at the service center was very pleasant to deal with. They explained everything that needed to be done to tge car, whether there were service fees, and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I just came from the Carbiz service center and Tim was great. He was kind, thorough and they got me out in less than an hour. This was my second visit to the service center and the team there are wonderful. Theyre all so nice and welcoming and Ill continue to drive 45 minutes for their customer service and taking care of my car which I absolutely love. We purchased a used van and after about 400 mikes the check engine light came on. Even though it was past the 30 day limit for the guarantee they fixed the vehicle for free. Customer service was excellent both during the sale and service.

I recently had front brake work performed on my Mercedes GLK-350, and there was no place that I had in mind to perform the work other than the team at Carbiz Service. They finished my car earlier than the alotted time. Marlene was in communications with me through the entire process. The only part that was a bit funky was... when I went to cash out for my car; they pointed to the parking lot and stated my car was between to areas. So, I had to walk around to find my car. Apart from that, I would have offered 5 stars.

They are so honest and customer oriented. I would and do recommend their service department and support staff to family and friends. They know their customers and treat them with the utmost respect. They even provide a loaner car if you make an appointment in advance, and they think the repair may take longer than expected.

Just left CarbiZ service center and once again the service was awesome. A new face to the service dept Felize was helpful warm and courteous. I left my car there in the morning and she called me when it was ready. This is why I always come back plus the prices compared to the dealership is cheaper which is why I got my brakes done today. The carbiz service center is top notch, from customer service reps to mechanics to managers. The service reps actually try to save you from unnecessary work. Honest people, good service. I have been getting my car serviced and fixed at Carbiz for some time now and find them to be honest and a nice place to have my car maintained. They have good and fast wifi that you can use while you wait or cabel television. There is also tea, coffee and some vending machines. There is also a PrintPOD machine which I think I allows you to print from your laptop but I havent tried that.
